Rose Lane Coffee in Liverpool

Nunca recomendaría este lugar desafortunadamente. Puedo entender si una cafetería independiente tendría grandes tiempos de espera, pero esto estaba más allá de una broma. Es una lástima que no recibí el servicio amable que he leído en línea. En cambio, me encontré con miembros del personal arrogantes que no solo hicieron comentarios racistas, sino también homofóbicos (que pensaron que los clientes no podían escuchar) honestamente decepcionados como lo fue visitar el área como mi hija que es una estudiante cercana. Para enfrentarme a un servicio tan pobre y luego recibir un café que estaba tan quemado y amargo, carente de espuma sustancial y en general no vale la pena el dinero... No soy de los que hacen críticas, sin embargo, me fui de allí con incredulidad. Insto a cualquiera que no haya intentado aquí a mantenerse alejado e ir a otra cafetería (no puedo recordar el nombre de dónde fuimos después, pero eran absolutamente increíbles) pequeño consejo para quien esté a cargo - capacitar a su personal adecuadamente, y ordenar el café porque es un poco sh! t : (

Me encanta Rose Lane Coffee porque el personal siempre es muy amable y acogedor; tiene un ambiente muy acogedor. Sus bebidas son deliciosas y nunca decepcionan. ¡Gracias RLC!

Preciosa cafetería. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. Estuve un par de veces y sin duda volveré pronto. El café es excelente.

This place has really come on in the two or so years its been around. The coffee was always good but at the beginning I found myself sitting in an empty coffee shop. Now it’s a bustling hub where people come to meet and chat. The coffee’s still great and the service warm and friendly. An asset on Rose Lane.

I regularly pass Rose Lane Coffee Shop on my morning commute and call in occasionally when time is on my side. The lattés served here are really nice. Normally, I opt for tea over coffee however I have to admit, the coffee served here really is the perfect blend! The pastries are also really freshly tasting and staff are very friendly and efficient. The prices are not exactly minimal, however they are perfectly reasonable. Considering the quality of food and drink served here is far better than the equivalent at Costa Coffee for example, it's more than reasonable for this place to charge roughly the same prices for their offerings. If passing, I would definitely recommend paying a visit to this delightful, local business!

Went into Rose Lane coffee for first time this morning - got served quickly, staff were lovely, and the white mocha I got I think might just be the BEST coffee I’ve ever had- super smooth and creamy, not too sweet nor too bitter- defo my new favourite!

Great coffee, pastries & doughnuts to die for. Staff are lovely, friendly & very professional. Prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.
