Excellent lunch at Rosa’s; good Thai food at reasonable prices; we’ll looked after by Tina, Ja and Sneha. Menu varies occasionally but I always find something interesting and a real Thai taste

This place does amazing food and I would highly recommend it if you are in the area. It is also very affordable and the staff are very friendly.

We were greeted by Tina, checked our reservation & escorted to our table Service was not only exceptional but swift & very pleasant Chicken green curry , superb, cashew stir fry & prawn phad thai very tasty We were attended to constantly, considering it was a busy Saturday evening. The food was served quickly very hot & extremely tasty We could not give enough thanks to our host Tina who attended us both intently & suprised me at the end of our meal with a birthday treat.

We visited this Thai Restaurant without booking. Located in a nice place at the Blue Waters Shopping Mall near the Cinema. The senior staff NOT FRIENDLY and I would say rude. The ambience is just OK. Not a place to relax and enjoy. The tables were so sticky to touch and the staff ignored our concerns. They are not able to explain the menu properly and is beating around the bush. The Tomyang soup was simply tamarind water. Not good at all. Chicken Satay taste is like old stock and the smell not nice. Total disappointment for Thai food and Thai hospitality. The service charge is too much for this service.

Woman at the door unprofessional. Kept telling me that our order was being packed up, said it 3 times over a 40 minute period. Also when I approached her to order my takeout, she said she’d be right with me, but never came back. I had to chase her. Then as I mentioned above, she kept saying food was being packed up, but clearly wasn’t!! Ordered drunken noodles with chicken and pad krapao, minced chicken. Both were very tasty, however I had 5 large bits of chewy gristle in the minced chicken, put me right off. Cheap ingredients! Not sure we’d return. Had much better service and quality elsewhere.

I have come to eat in this restaurant plenty of times, solo, with friends & family and it never disappoints. Very good authentic Thai food is served here. The next best thing to eating in Thailand. Good lunch time offer menu. 👌

Lovely spicy drunken noodles! Really enjoyed the food and so nice after shopping to stop and grab a bite. Did book just to make sure.

We were Christmas shopping but were need of a rest and a bite to eat and happened across Rosas in Bluewater. We both like Thai food so decided to try it. It was perfectly acceptable for the time and place but I do find the 'compulsory' tip annoying.

Food is excellent with so much choice and flavour and the staff are so genuinely wonderful, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Husband and I are regulars as we are totally addicted especially to the Tom Ka noodle soup, papaya salad, drunken noodles and green curry. The list is endless and we can’t wait to keep trying so many other dishes!

The chicken satay starters were almost raw so we sent them back, the manager came over and said a lot of people say the same but assured us they were cooked. The chicken was pink and slimy and definitely raw. The mains were much better. Wouldn’t return.

Get takeaway from here often, food great, service great, delivery great , what more do you want 5 * 👍 good vegan options

Terrible service actually the worse I have experienced in a long time - I was still eating my main and we got given the bill she then brought the card machine over 2 seconds later asking me to pay the bill all whilst still eating as the forgot my main so had to wait whilst everyone else was eating she then put the cost in the machine £30 over then what the bill said I didn’t notice this until it was too late and we had paid- finally the manager came over laughing and found it funny we had been over charged by £30 she arranged a refund but so rude and just a terrible attitude the stuff had won’t be returning

Went here for the first time with a friend for dinner. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our drinks order was taken promptly, and our drinks arrived at the table without issues. The same with our food order, It was taken, and our food arrived really quickly. Our food tasted amazing. You could tell it was made from fresh ingredients. Overall a great experience, and will be going back again.

Teribile cheap tasting food is not even the worse thing about this restaurant. We were greated with a hostile attitude by the lady who was then running around creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Found it very unpleasant.

Me and my husband’s first visit and we were so impressed. My husband even said it was the best pad Thai he’d ever eaten (tofu). I had the tofu green curry which was delicious (and nice and spicy). We stumbled across Rosa’s Thai as we were looking for easy vegetarian/vegan options and without too much of a queue. The menu looked good and the staff were friendly so we gave it a shot. We are both so glad we did and will happily return.We had the 50/50 crackers with dip, as well as sweet corn fritters, both which were nicer than you expect for something simple. We followed this with a Tofu Panang, Stir Fried Aubergine, and Steamed brown rice. The curry was beautifully balanced and warming. The aubergine’s texture was soft and succulent and so good. Even the brown rice seemed unusual and tasty. The portions were perfect for a good meal and we are both happily satisfied hours after. This is somewhere we agreed proved that you can have GOOD spicy food and go back for more despite the heat because the flavour is good, rather than just blowing your head off with spice. These two dishes were great and I will happily try others another time.Re. Covid - most staff were masked but not all. Service was careful and anti-bac liquid was available on entry.
