Very nice lamb doner, one of the best I’ve tasted Will visit regularly, staff were friendly and the sauces were very nice too.

Ordered food for a special occasion...absolutly ruined it. Firstly my correct order did not turn up, upon ringing romford delight they were not interested at all in resolving my issue. They were rude and basically didn't give a s###. I spent extra money on ordering a larger chicken doner only to be delivered food not sufficient for an anorexic dog. What chicken doner that did turn up seemed to come from quite an obese chicken as there was more fat than meat in the meal. The curry chips I ordered were not delivered and with Romford delight saying they had been sent must have been stolen by aliens inbetween the so called food residence and my front door. I have eaten food from this shop for a few years now, but mainly based on their terrible customer service and dire quality of food will definately not be eating there food ever again. There are many food outlets in Romford. Please strongly take my advice and purchase your food anywhere but here. Even the pet store down the road would be better.

Asked for a veggie burger, it didnt have much flavour compared to other veggie burgers out there. I asked for Cookie dough ben and Jerrys icecream, got given chocolate fudge brownie. Ordered banoffee pie, it tasted off, and was all mushy and broken. Banoffee pies are supposed to be solid, i had to bin it. Worst take away i have ever had.

Just ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and it was awful the chicken was so dry I could chew it , the lettuce what there was of it was brown and slimy and the chips were raw and cold honestly the worst take away I've ever had never again 🤮

They have lots to choose from on their menu. The restaurant has gone down hill in the last few years though their prices have staid the same. I would only eat here if I wanted something quick.

Really disappointed with my food, normally this restaurant is good to order from. This chips tasted and looked like they had cooked and chuckle act in to warm up. And the kebab meet tasted and looked like that to had been re cooked as it was hard and over cooked. Overall very disappointed with this as normally it's a cent place to order from.

Lovely Kebabs and wraps. Frequent customers. Unfortunately occasions where delievery time from order is a 2 hour wait but sometimes it can be super fast.

After ordering from them 20+ times in the past, the food turned up cold. Calledto let them know & have never received such appalling customer service. The "manager" was rude, accused us of lying about it (not sure what we'd gain from lying, we called within a minute of them delivering it). He refused to do anything to rectify the situation & said the food wasn't cold. We had ordered pizza & garlic bread for our children. Usually we have to wait for it to cool before giving it to them & they refused to eat it because it was "cold & disgusting". I called just eat who were very helpful & they called the restaurant. The manager confirmed to them that he wasn't willing to do anything to rectify the situation. I've never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer services. I'd strongly recommend trying any other takeaway as the service from this one is disgusting. 1 star is too much for them in this situation.

First time ordered a family chicken bucket - chicken was cooked just right, no grease at all. Chips as usual were nice, and so was the side salad.

The chicken smelt bad. The meat was very dark, like it was an old chicken. It was far from fresh. Next time I order I will stick to their kebab wraps. Hopefully next time is a better experience.

Very good like always but even though it was a hot day the ice cream i ordered was completely melted... I dont know if it was only just put in the freezer or/and placed next to hot food in the car so had to refreeze it, but will order again

Just recently moved to this part of Rom due to a flood at our house and wow - wish they delivered where we usually live because the Pizza at this place is outstanding! It's very well priced, tastes fresh and has a good amount of cheese and herbs to give it that great flavour! Plus thin actually means thin - not like a lot of places!! Have already been back 3 times in the last 3 weeks and will be back again for sure!

Ordered a mixed kebab of chicken shish and lamb donner, was all in one tub with the salad and was swimming in either water from the salad and fat or both. Would suggest putting salad separate so it doesn't ruin the rest of the meal. Chips were good and delivery time was very quick.

The wrap was all bread and had no flavor the pizza the same in fact nothing was good chips over done chicken dry scampy overdone. definitely not the best meal i have had.

All I ordered was 2 Haagen dazs ice cream and a strawberry cheesecake and it took over 45 mins to come even though it was close by, not to mention the strawberry cheesecake was still frozen so I couldn't eat it 🙄

Very dissappointed...food arrived on time but was cold. Ordered a medium chicken shish with rice...all came in one small box...cold, plain rice and 3 pieces of cold chicken and congealed chilli sauce! Not even enough to feed my 2 year old! Won't be ordering again.

I have ordered food for around £13, and when left a message a request about sauce (to have it separately from the food), they rang me for some reason to ask to pay extra for it. I was so sorry I have paid by card, so I couldn't cancel my order. Cheap people, lost a possible local customer over 50p. Anyway, delivery was fast, but if you expect a good Turkish kebab or burger - not going to happen. Food is tasteless and dry, honestly I would never order from here again.

Used this place for around 15 years & was always fantastic! 7 years on, I come back to the area, re-order & still just as fantastic! Also sell a lot more than they used to :) Bbq wings where abit salty but was still okay Highly Recommended
