Ristorante Da Adriana in Walsall

This restaurant has opened fairly recently and we went for the first time 2 weeks ago. It has a very homely atmosphere and the food is excellent. There is a good variety of dishes as well as a huge variety of pizzas.

We three visited Da Adriana on a Saturday evening as it was my husband's birthday. The restaurant is in a quiet part of the town with parking outside the front door. Adriana and her daughter gave us a great big Italian welcome. Italian ambiance oozed from every part of the intimate restaurant which felt as though we were sharing a lovingly prepared family meal! The food was magnificent using the finest fresh ingredients and freshly prepared for us. My daughter who spends a lot of time in Italy was ecstatic with her meal: the special mozzarella in her starter was so creamy and the tomatoes just right and the pasta was home-made. The garlic mushrooms and freshly prepared tomato soup were top quality. The main meals were delicious and excellent value. We can recommend the wonderful chicken cicciatore. Perfect! The pinot grigio, limoncello and prosecco were similarly delicious and of good, genuinely Italian quality. Our meal was so good that there was no room for pudding! Excellent welcome and perfect freshly made food and not too expensive: great value for money. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will certainly visit again!

We had heard about this place from friends who had dined here and were invited along to join them for a meal. It's a very nice place located in a quiet side street with parking in the street outside, The Italian owners were very welcoming and the ambience inside nice. The food was excellent, freshly made and plenty of it. We will certainly be back again for more!
