Take away, enjoyed a lovely takeaway with very fresh hot food delivered on time, really tasty food, prawns amazing as were the duck spring rolls obviously freshly made

Got to be one of the worst Chinese I’ve ever had! It was so bland no flavour it all went in the bin!

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Food was inedible i threw everything in the way wasn’t even passable for my dog. Curry sauce was water chips were white chicken balls were dripping in grease, I like greasy food for a takeaway I don’t like to eat grease. Soup came in a rectangular Chinese container there was possibly 100ml of soup in it. Piss poor so not go there. Disgusting

Ordered and waited 50 mins for 3 items of food and the order was wrong?! Tried phoning 30mins before advertised closing time but no answer - drove down to find it closed. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.. ALSO Food rating is advertised wrong on just eat - NOT 4 rating but 3.

While staying in Porthcawl a few years ago we tried the Rising moon Chinese takeaway, the food was delicious. While on a return visit this week ordered again, the delivery was quick and the food was just as good as I remembered. Probably the best beef chow mein in the world!

food was terrible, chicken was all black inside, haven’t stopped being sick since i ate it! not what you want to be eating at 9 months pregnant!!

5* absolutely brilliant. Come on holiday for a week and found this Chinese. So happy. Delivery driver was friendly and worth a tip everytime. Speedy service with piping hot food. Love it

Only had this Chinese takeaway by chance as we were staying at Trecco Bay And someone left a menu on my car windscreen- simple marketing! They have wide range of dishes on their menu and have brilliant special offers. We ordered a small selection of the dishes and the price wasn’t bad either! I was told the delivery time would be about 45 minutes and a really nice Welsh lad delivered it to us within 15 minutes of ordering. Once we dished up the meals they smelt great and were a really good portion size and not to mention still hot! They are a great takeaway..so look out for menus if you’re staying on Trecco Bay

I phoned about 7.30 Thursday evening and ordered to collect, was told it would be ready in 10 mins. I got there promptly and food was ready and waiting. Got home and the food was still piping hot and absolutely delicious. We are hard to please with Chinese but their special fried rice and chicken chow mein was spot on, we shall definitely be back for more.

Alarm bells started ringing when I opened the poppadoms they were greasy and smelled of rancid old oil. The rest of the food was no better and none of us would eat any of it, what a waste of money it all went in the bin.

With an hygeine rating 5, worth a try. Prompt delivery after order given. Food was delicious. All in all a good choice!

Staying at the caravan park so thought we would order Chinese. Almost 2 hours and 3 phone calls later our food arrived. Had to leave the door open for a while as the smell of weed from the delivery driver and our food was horrendous. The food was awful. 3 different dishes that all tasted the same. Won't be going there again. Disgraceful.

Delivered to trecco bay caravan abso beautiful food came boiling hot and all fresh the best chinese takeaway ive ever had would deffo recomened and use again when on site

Had a take away whilst staying at the caravan park. They will deliver. The food was good. Nicely sized portions.

I normally use a different Chinese but it was closed so tried this one. I haven't been here for quite a lot going time and everything I ordered was really tasty! (Beef and mushroom, chicken in garlic sauce, bbq sauce, special fried rice and prawn toast). The portions were big and delivered very quick! Spot on rising moon!

Felt I had to add this Chinese to the list as it wasn't listed! Wanted to test out a Chinese in the area as recently bought a holiday home here. Took a wander down new road and found the only Chinese on tripadvisor chef and server outside smoking and yacking away! So I carried on down the road and found this little gem! Rising Moon or New Rising Moon! Checked the hygiene rating which is as stated on the council website as a 4! Showing improvement to when this restaurant first made headlines! I popped in to get a menu then got back home to study the menu before ordering! Lovely blonde woman on the desk very friendly. Ordered over the phone hassle dress to collect. Picked up and had free prawn crackers! The portions were good and the food tasted lovely! Very hot too! Thoroughly enjoyed and will be visiting again!
