Accepted my order, took my money and didn’t deliver anything.

Kebab was questionable, looked like Road kill

Ordered a 3 piece southern fried chicken meal and a pizza. Received the tiniest portion of chicken, which was mostly just batter. Pizza was cold.

Kebabs were great as always, but the munchie box was poor chips were over salted chicken burger was like chewing rubber it wasn’t nice ended up in bin certainly wasn’t worth the £10,95 ( munchie box) definitely won’t be order again

Usually excellent but tonight was cold and late. Delivery time kept changing. On the app watched as I was 5th to be delivered to.

Loved the food and service was excellent only minor point was a table of 13 next to us who were not disruptive but the volume was raised.Shall be back in a heartbeat

Food arrived on time but was not what I ordered, it came with meat but I am vegetarian so I could not eat it, I also made a note for no meat. Not sure what I'll do with my order since I can't eat it

First time experience. I went to a lot, A lot of other places for chips and cheese and this has been the best. Chips are perfectly fried, Cheese melted on top like heaven. Garlic sauce. Mwah💋

I usually like to support the independent outlet but the woman was very rude. I asked for coleslaw. She screamed at me saying no. I tried to explain that all I wanted were the ingredients that I saw in front of me... Onion, lettuce, cabbage and Mayo. No... She didn't have coleslaw and I should leave. When I reiterated for her to digest what I was saying in the kindest manner... She went crazy, said ok.... Then I asked for garlic Mayo on top and asked me to leave. Felt like I was in an awful comedy sketch. So no. I didn't order anything

Chicken pakoras were really nice. Bursa wasn’t very nice, sauce was very watery and no garlic flavour in it. Meat was tender but flavour spoiled by the sauce it was swimming in.

Refused to serve me and told me to leave because i needed to use the restroom and said “ we aren't a public toilet” before i could even speak. Ive been going there for years but it’s been ruined by her. Used to be the perfect spot for after a night out. Wasn't drunk or anything otherwise id understand. But she was just extremely rude, wouldn’t let me or my partner even open our mouth’s before telling us “ get out” so idk such a shame.

Chicken wrap was ridiculously greasy and had either a rock hard piece of chicken or was a bone I almost broke my tooth on, Wouldn’t recommend the hard chewy pakoras either however the kebab n chips was ok

I would well recommended quality food good friendly service 10 out of 10

Food was over cooked soggy chips and barley anything in the box for what was paid Had loads from there and was always magic really downhill or maybe just a bad night 😞

Anyone in aberdeen for a weekend should go here , the food is excellent , fresh and the prices are great for Aberdeen town centre , the premises are spotless food is made fresh infront of you , try the chicken fillet burger for 4quid it's great, would definitely recommend

Really nice changes to the menu, food is good as always and deliver time was great. I can’t fault the restaurant at all.

Chicken kebab - very dry. Pizza - pod for extra toppings and didn’t get spicy peppers got normal red pepper. Chilli sauce wasn’t chilli more like sweet chilli with pickles. Absolutely shocking.

Always a good service from Richi’s, great food and always a good delivery driver. I’ve been ordering from Richi’s for some time now and have never had a negative word to say.

Restaurant accepted my order but never delivered and then closed ? Have had to contact JE for a refund on this order.

Delivery was great, driver was early and very friendly. However that’s where my compliments end. The chicken was like rubber, I couldn’t eat it. I won’t be ordering here again. Very disappointed

I ordered food at 9.20pm and got a delivery time of 10.30pm which seemed long for a late evening and only for 2 items but it was Friday night so whatever. Phoned at 10.40pm as no food and was told it was just leaving. 20 mins later it finally arrived and its a 5minute drive to my house from the takeaway so really I think I order was missed and was quickly prepared when I called. Food was okay my partner enjoyed his wrap however my kebab meat and pitta bread was hard so I won't be ordering again. An hour and 40mins for food that wasn't worth it 🤷‍♀️

A bit late but understandable as a saturday night will be busy,dont mind the wait as i know the food will be as good as usual👍👍

Pizza all mashed up and not even cut

Took just over an hour to get to us. Really fresh salad, decent size portions and good sauces. Really impressed with quality and price but a bit sluggish on delivery.

One of the best kebab that i ever had. I loved how they prepared it (takeaway) not wet or messy if you know what i mean. First time I've ordered in this restaurant (online) and I highly recommend it. Happy tummy x

I ordered the burger munchies box for myself. Gorgeous and filling. My friend had the chicken wrap munchie box. He enjoyed it. The only thing that let it down was the wrap was slightly burnt. Delivery was 30 mins late, but well worth the wait

Very tasty food, and special instructions followed by the restaurant, however the portion size was fairly pitiful. Good if you don’t have a man sized appetite!

Kebab with salad. Pitta was on the bottom with the grease soaked in and just sliced not even filled. Salad consisted of onions, lettuce and a few bits of white cabbage and about 4 tomatoes dumped on top. It was warm, not hot. Also ordered cheesey garlic bread with pepperoni. Got 4 slices of mildly garlic bread with 2 slices of pepperoni on top for £3 nearly £4. Absolute rip off. Not good at all. Driest kebab on this earth. I dont normally leave reviews, but just had to today as this was shocking!

Got the burger munchie box and my friend got the doner pizza munchie box. Both were very delicious and very filling!

Absolutely will NOT be ordering again, not only was the food 30 minutes late the delivery driver tried my door handle twice before knocking, knocked then tried the handle a 3rd time! Food was cold also kebab was dried out and crunchy. Disgusting.

Delayed by 50 mins .. no refund as stuck in heavy traffic while shop less than 0.5 miles from my address ... glad to have had some chilli sauce to give very tasteless food some flavour. Had to give stars to be able to review. Shame

Me and my friend got a munchie box each. I got the burger, my friend had the chicken kebab. Delicious, filling and excellent value. Highly recommended

Not a bad little munchie box, very tasty chicken shawarma and the chips were good too. Lovely dinner meat. Arrived without juice, but the driver was back with a can within 10 mins. Would recommend.

Not the greatest value in terms of portion size, but if size isn’t important to you, the chicken shawarma is amazing and the chips are some of the tastiest from a kebab shop I’ve had. Will definitely be back!
