the sichuan noodles are me and my dads go-to meal on a lazy weekday! love this place, highly recommend the food here :)

Wrong food was sent and tried calling and no answer

main was a bit thin on the chicken content, wrong side order was sent, and one of the dips had exploded all over everything

Hi I ordered a large Big Mac meal and double cheeseburger but you gave me grains of rice instead.

Main was warm but sides arrived cold and no dip provided.

no chilli dips with my starters..but food was good

Drink was incorrect and I was given spring rolls instead of gyoza

We waited nearly 2 hours in total! Then told sorry. When asked for a refund told the restaurant won’t give any money back, hope you enjoyed your food. Little sarcastic I think and not great customer service. It’s a shame because we like the food and order quite regularly from there. We will think again before ordering from there now.

Quite disappointed by the food. It was hot and fresh which was great. Beef chow mein was very sweet. Mixed seafood Singapore noodles were okay, slightly on the sweeter side too but good.

App saying its delivered but haven't got any food

The food was delivered early,by a friendly young man. The portions were perfect. The food was once again Superb, very tasty and perfectly cooked. I cannot recommend Spice Bar highly enough.

Katsu chicken was over cooked and difficult to eat. The fried rice was over cooked too and clumped together in crispy lumps. The whole meal was freezing cold. Might benefit using foil trays rather than cardboard boxes. The meal would have been lovely had it of not be cold and hard. Was eaten and went to waste. We also got beef and king prawn chow main. This was plentiful and warmer than the other meal but it also went to waste because the sauce was awful and not typical of a proper chowmein.

the chicken sweet and sour wasn't sweet n sour was very spicy which it shouldn't be. think the wrong item was sent and had to throw away

the Thai green curry wasn't the best. they do make better noodles that rice.

Never had an issue untill today. Order was late and few items were wrong. Food was still hot. the spicy chip was bland and flavourless, just spicy but the rest of my order was nice. hopefully better service next time.

I've never had a bad experience with this place before so I'll cut it some slack. but after being more than half an hour late and then missing one of our meals, it will be a while before I come back. the food we got tastes nice as always

Ordered Spring rolls with dip but the driver must have helped himself to the dip, even so portion had been big did the food taste too sweet and had an after taste , not ordering again

Great place. These guys are wok masters. Got the large chicken in black bean sauce. Box was packed full of delicious fresh, tasty food

the food arrived early and piping hot. plenty of food, was really nice too. only thing I would say, is for a £7 duck rice box, I would of expected more meat. but still happy 👍

First time ordering from Rice bar. And it was the nicest Chinese I think I've ever had. I got a box, with noodles, beef and shicuan sauce. wow amazing. a definite 10 out of 5

Prawn crackers and drink from meal deal is missing.

Ridiculous delivered to wrong address. Had to ring driver back to get told be 20mn as he has to get the order again. 2nd attempt had no clue where to deliver and had ask someone while I'm trying tell him where to come completely ignores me. When order comes not value for money and missing spicy chips. Fml never again. Compensated with 2 cans drink.

Disgusting. The spicy chips were dry. 4 prawns in the sweet n sour box. Mixed meat udon was lukewarm and the noodles soggy and sloppy. Disgusting mixed meat teriyaki. First time ordering and will never ever order again. Delivery driver was very nice though.

ordered the korean wings and they sent 2 wings in a box of chips and cubed chicken pieces. they usually send 5 wings. I've ordered this loads of times. not sure what happened but it was quite disappointing

The food is amazing, my only qualm being the incredibly grumpy delivery driver saying he'd been trying for some time to contact us via mobile however we had received no calls. Plus seeing as he arrived within the estimated time slot he was clearly not waiting that long at all.

Iv have ordered from her previously and they gave me the wrong item and I rang up and they apologised and gave the right food again however I ordered food today for my pregnant sister and they gave the wrong food again and drink I rang over 70 times and they hang up or they don’t pick up on the Google phone number I am utterly disappointed and would like a refund.

Contacted the takeaway to ask if the order was on its way, no response. Driver did not say anything when he arrived, food cold.

Takes too long to deliver. Also, beware the Manchurian Chicken. It has no chilli symbols after it. It’s one of the spiciest things I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had to quit a third of the way in. Currently drinking milk by the gallon.

I ordered on Uber eats they said to me there coming to me I waited for ages over hour and half then they cancelled my order last minute and still charged me on purpose I recommend not to order from here

Never received this order. Food was ordered while at a community meeting and it was confirmed as delivered at around 8:17pm. Tried calling restaurant (going through all their available phone options) but no response. Waited till 8:40pm but the food never came. I left very disappointed.

Have ordered from here a few times and the food is always nice, comes piping hot. They pack the food in the container. I would say they are better than wok chef. The only let down was the spicy chips, the chips tasted bland and it just felt like it was chips added with chilli powder, could do with some better seasoning.

The order itself was taking about an hr and an hr after the said time i didn't receive it. Neither was anyone picking up my call even after ringing them more than 4 times. So negligent of their work/ business i really don't want to know how they handle their food. Will not order from here again.

Deliver was 30 mins late and bi communication to say. I had to call them to check where it was. Nearly waited almost 2 hours for the food. I had beef sweet and sour with rice. Lots of rice and veg and not enough beef.

Food was cold because delivery was so late. When speaking to the restaurant firstly they said the driver couldn't find my address then they tried claiming that I hadn't put the order through and they had no record of my payment. The driver showed up 30 minutes late and said it was due to traffic and that he had never said he couldn't find our address. Terrible service from the restaurant.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered food at 8pm and delivery was expected to take roughly 30 minutes. Ended up waiting two hours with countless attempts to contact the restaurant with no answer. The place closes at 10pm and the food has arrived at 10 past 10. 2 hours late. Disgraceful

My order was 25 minutes late and when I tried to call I got no answer and I gave up on the 17 attempts, chips were cold and dry and everything else was salty

Order came very late (expected time was 21.30- 21.50 but arrived 22.35). No apologies nothing.The vermicelli was bland, I ordered spring roll but got Samosa.

This takeaway is just really misleading "rice bar" the only rice sold is egg fried rice and the rest are noodles with meat or seafood. The rice here also aren't very soft to eat. And flavouring was quite disgusting
