Reem Lounge in Liverpool

They play loud music to the early hours of the morning with no regard for the tenants who live above. The oven is on very loud from 13:00-23:00. Sometimes past midnight too. The smell of the grill is overbearing and smoke regularly pour out onto the street and into the apartments above. They truly do not have respect or regard for any of the residents. Very poor attitude when issues have been escalated directly to the manager/owner.

We came here for a night out. Reasonable prices and very good atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Would definitely come back here.

Horrible noisy music that is played until the early hours of the morning IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. We stayed as a family upstairs for a break and the music was so loud we couldn't sleep at all. This place couldn't care less about the loud music or disturbing the local residents - their attitude sucks!

The staff and the owner are very racist. If you are not a Arab you won’t be treated right. Doesn’t matter if you are a costumer or a staff member, they don’t behave properly unless you are a Arab yourself.

Really nice lounge, enjoyed my food and staff were very friendly. If you are in the area I definitely recommend this lounge! Sabri was a staff member who provided us with great service and a lovely experience. thank you!

Best Shisha in liverpool and excellent food with nice music. Also, suitable for watching matches and staff really friendly.

Amazing shisha lounge, good music and the food and desserts were on point. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lounge to go to in Liverpool city centre.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my order, I asked 3 different members of staff politely and neither of them wanted to know and the place was fairly empty so they weren’t busy, when it finally arrived it was terrible and I left 5 minutes later, a complete waste of money and with the bad service and worst shisha it ruined my night!!

As I was a customer I had to go up and put my own order in my self as no one was coming to check if everything was okay or if I wanted anything. And I kept getting snotty looks from older men who where working at the time.

Honestly do not bother coming here they make you wait to order which takes 20 mins when there is hardly anyone in awful service worst sheesha place I have ever been too!! Don’t even bother coming here!! Several better places in the north west

Only come to this lounge if you are from the UAE otherwise you get treated like a piece of crap..I recently visited the place with some friends and the service was poor I mean very poor. Staff act like you don’t exist and you have to ask for things five or six times before you end up going to the counter and basically helping your self. If you are from a certain demographic you get 5 star treatment and seating of your choice (btw reserved seats are only for these customers). We were moved three times by staff to make room for these customers. And the difference in treatment and hospitality was obvious. This place has failed to address its blatant discrimination of non-Arab specifically black customers. I would rather MOP THE OCEAN than return to this poor excuse of a shisha lounge. and I would urge other people visiting Liverpool or who live here to stay away. You can message me for some alternatives because this is NOT it

The service was excellent. The staff member Ashley was fab and she recommended the best shisha that I have ever tried.She was amazing and soo bubbly me and my mate came twice. Ayesha and Maleehah

Always come here with friends, best shisha in Liverpool in my opinion and the food is always lovely. Service is always on point, especially from Sam who always makes sure the shisha is going smooth, and the waitresses. Will be back again soon

Reem is such a wonderful place to go to, the staff are so welcoming! always smiling and happy which puts a big smile on my face. The environment is so chilled and safe and I feel right at home when I am at this establishment. I could honestly spend hours there and not get bored. The time flies!

I am a regular at Reem, I spend most evenings there. Amazing shisha, food and drinks.The staff are amazing and service is quick. However one of the girls, Chanttelle has recently made my visits to Reem very uncomfortable, which I can not pin to what is the problem, other than I am regular costumer and she wants to treat costumers on a personal level, which seems unprofessional for a place that I would rate 5* and recommend to anyone. This is a shame as everyone else is professional and friendly. I hope this changes because I am regular and have been coming to this place since it opened.

Went for a meal, desserts and shisha. The guy was trying to rip us off with the shisha. Food arrived cold and I asked for side dips but it never came. The waitress barley knew anything about their own menu and was very rude, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They serve good food and good shisha. The atmosphere is good and very plush surroundings. Well worth a visit.
