Red Koi Stirling in Stirling

Habiendo usado este restaurante un par de veces antes, realmente no me gusta su comida, pero mi esposa sí. Hicimos un pedido a través de Just Eat y, un rato después, el restaurante llamó para decir que no podían proporcionar los platos principales. Lo suficientemente justo; Les pedí que cancelaran el pedido. Dijeron que no podían y que tendría que hacerlo a través de Just Eat. La única forma de hacerlo parecía ser a través del chat; después de un tiempo, Just Eat me dijo que podían cancelarlo, pero que se quedarían con la mitad del dinero y que debería cancelar a través del restaurante. Dos llamadas al restaurante quedaron sin respuesta, pero volvieron a llamar unos veinte minutos más tarde y me dijeron de nuevo que no podían cancelar el pedido. Actualmente estoy fuera de mi bolsillo y sin comida, y he perdido una hora de mi noche. Si te gusta la comida que hace este lugar, te sugiero que evites hacer pedidos en línea; es posible que obtengas un mejor servicio cara a cara, cuando sea más difícil engañarte.

La comida aquí es sabrosa y buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente el menú fijo. El personal es amable también. Me alegraría volver.

Aquí cada semana tenemos comida para llevar, siempre muy buena y sabrosa. Estaciones de cocina frente a ti, así que todo está visto. Pasamos por alto otras dos comida china para venir aquí, eso lo dice todo.

La comida llegó en mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, los rollitos de primavera estaban empapados, la sal y los chips de pimienta no tenían aderezo, las algas eran EXTREMADAMENTE saladas. . . La salsa satay era como el agua. Estaba bien y era comestible, pero tenía un dolor de estómago horrible al día siguiente y no lo recomendaría. No volveré a ordenar

Ordered a home delivery from Red Koi . Curry was really nice. The chicken chow mien was one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommended will order again

Never received what we ordered. Got a pack of chips instead of cheese spring rolls. Chips onions any greavy are packed together and it’s soggy. We do order a lot and we will never order again

Used to be better when it first opened than it is now. Sometimes the food is good sometimes not but you do get big portions

Salt and pepper munchy box? Where’s the salt and peppers? Cause I certainly don’t see any. Not even a can of juice with the munchy box either!!!

Ordered salt and chill chips and chicken from them - the chips I kid you not were plain with a weird batter round it, literally plain chips for £4. The chicken tasted of salt and not much else, the chicken bits were absolutely tiny with as little chicken in it as possible. Had two bites and flung the rest out. Also took 2 and a half hours for delivery. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be eating here again.

All four of us were delighted with our meals from the Red Koi take-away. Each dish was flavoursome, (not always the case with some other Chinese meals we've had), and portions were of a very good size. So much so that we had enough leftover for a meal the next day! We'd definitely be back on our next visit to the area.

Im not the biggest fan usually, but weve used them 2 times now and the food is always very well made, you get a lot for your money too!

Tried this place when it opened my choice was crispy shredded chicken with honey chilli sauce, chicken was so tough it was like pieces of leather but the sauce was great, second time tried chicken sweet ginger & pineapple and sorry but it was tasteless, won't rush back.

We found this takeaway by chance .. the food was cooked in front of us by a most impressive chef.. all ingredients are on display and 100% fresh .. the food tasted amazing and totally different to any Chinese takeaway we've had before.. highly recommended . Shoo is open on a Tuesday too when all other Chinese takeaways are closed !!

Our first trip to the newly opened Red Koi and an excellent first impression. Great to be able to see the kitchen in action and food being freshly prepared for us to take away. Will definitely be back
