Really struggled 2 get an order on line, had 2 and up calling

Me my other half got food poisoning from the is place do not going here again I was sick and my other half was sick too

Food was stone cold. Pizza box was soggy as if it was drowned in water. Pizza was cold. Chips had a little heat but had gone soggy. Had to eat it anyway as wasn’t waiting any longer for more food and had meds to take. Won’t be ordering again.

I got someone elses order 😢 n was really late.. ..n cold n wasn't my order ended up in bin as we dnt like that n was frozen ...

Best korma in Cumbernauld and reasonably priced!

Ordered at 7pm food came 2 hours later. Food was cold and honestly was rubbish for the price of it.

Paid £10 for some overcooked lamb thrown into a mild red sauce That was no Patia. Chips were like cardboard and pilau rice it wasn't!

had to call restaurant twice to find out where my delivery was. was told it was out for delivery and then waited over 1hour for it! the food arrived stone cold and we couldn't eat it. the chips where that cold they were rock solid. terrible and very disappointing

Didn’t get all I asked for and the food was cold and soggy. I was told it would be here at 19:30(ish) but didn’t get here till 20:03

told me it left at 5:46 when I phoned to add something on to the delivery then told it just left again at 6:30 I placed the order at 5:26

The donner wrap I ordered had next to no donner meat in it absolutely atrocious the wrap has more salad and cheese than meet

fish was very poor quality. really thin and cardboard like. chips were reheats. by far the worst fish and chips I've had in cumbernauld to date.

Lovely meal from the Chilles takeway, omelette, chicken, chips, garlic mayo and salad. Freshly cooked, tasted very nice, and filling.

food was almost 40mins late...app says delivered but wasn't..food was average.. chicken poori was bland and salty..pakora had been sweating in in box so it was all soggy...won't be using again.

Absolutely terrible. Food never arrived, was told it would arrive at 8.55pm, when it hadnt arrived called up and was told it would be 15 minutes. When it hadnt arrived by 9.15pm they then said 9.35pm and it never arrived. Avoid like the plague.

Mixed hoagie wrap is tasty and wrapped to perfection. Cakes by rebacca are always top quality.

ordered well ahead of them even opening, easy simple website i use google or apple to sign in , so don’t need to fill in address , name etc ,use google pay or apple pay , usually get chicken tikka masala and korma celanese for my mum , tried garlic cheese nan with it today ,wasn’t sure if cheese would go with meal ,how wrong i was ,really lifted the dish and complimented it ,SO GOOD ,food was pipping hot and very good portions, nearly £30 but definitely feed us both today and tomorrow, good quality chicken and beautiful rich sauce, definitely my go to for Indian food in cumbernauld , very happy customer, if ordering on a Saturday i like to order it for specific time and order in advance as saturday’s are definitely their busiest .recommend

I've ordered lots from Red Chillies, usually is 10 out of 10 but tonight not so, order was cold and needed reheating.

Just to be clear, I am very happy the food was delivered early. The food was hot, and it was tasty. Great pizzas!

I order regularly from here but recently its been a bit of a joke. consistently getting orders wrong or the orders are right but it's freezing by the time I get it and the sauces are always spilled over the bag inside. no point complaining to be told the will send out new stuff for it to be just the same when that arrives. be going somewhere else from now on

Best pizza ever, always worth the wait at the weekend. 18 inch pizza and 2 chips feeds the full family, pizza is better than anywhere we have ever tasted. Another thumbs up from all the family and that a rare thing. Same again next weekend lol 😆 👍

Forgot my can of juice for one, The pizza was cold along with the pakora and chips. I'm guessing they were extra busy tonight. Food was late, but it was still good. They are consistent with their quality, so I can forgive my order being a bit late, as they're normally either early or right on time.

Having never been to Cumbernauld before I decided to take a look on the app for something to eat. I found this place and thought that will do. I did have to wait over the time given for my food however I must say that even though the food was late it was worth the wait, was still hot enough to eat and was very good quality. Should I ever return to Cumbernauld in the future I would definitely be buying from them again.

Spot on. Pakora great as usual. Sauce on burger would have been good but used some pakora sauce from tub that came with deal.

Food was undercooked and off colour

Been my go to Indian for nearly 3 years now. Food is usually very good, but on the rare occasion that I’ve had an issue they’ve always fixed it.

Update: 20/4/23 standards dropped badly recently over an hour for delivery, pizza extremely dry, kebab just thrown in tray with dollop of sauce will be avoiding till standard improve

Amazing experience.. thank you soo much red chillies for a nice response. I went to buy beef burgers which they gave without salad and mayo though I refused for any other sauce. Then I talked to manager and they delivered the same burgers with the required things free of cost. Thank you much. My kids really enjoyed otherwise they were getting angry

Poor service and no customer service when your order is wrong the girl on the phone and the rest of the staff have a conversation that you can hear what they say and then when you tell them you heard everything they put the phone down on you.

My normal family order is vegetable pakora, chicken korma (sweet & creamy), a garlic chilli naan, which is totally. Banging, chicken burger meal with cheese on the chips, cheeseburger meal with cheese on the chips, single cheeseburger with tomato sauce,4 cans of coke, 2 of which are included with theod quali meals and 2 tube of garlic mayo. Sometimes there's a problem but these are always rectified by Mo who is the owner. I never order from anywhere else unless I want Chinese so that says it all. ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD AND CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service & food ALL of the time, the quality of the food is exceptional. YOU HAVE GOT TO GIVE RED CHILLIES A TRY, and tell Mo that Stevie with the one arm recommended you should try his takeaway.

What we got was ok but part of the order was missing (chips). (Part of a kebab & chips meal deal - not photographed). Wasn't worthwhile going back for them so it was disappointing.

Got the buffet, food came piping hot, chicken was so tender and all three curries were delish as we shared. Cant fault atall. Great value for money too.

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews about delivery waiting times but I collected myself and had my food within 20 minutes of ordering at home. I appreciate not everyone can collect themselves but I can only comment on my personal experience. The food was delicious, my wife and I had a chicken poori which was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely delicious. My daughter had a 1/4 pounder cheeseburger and chips which she claims was better than McDonalds, I’m not sure what to make of that though! The vegetable pakora was really good too, not hard and reheated like pakoras I’ve had at other local takeaways, nicely cooked and accompanied with a tasty sauce. Highly recommended.

Got to be the best Indian I've tried the South Indian garlic chicken is the best I've ever had and the chicken cooked to perfection 🥰
