Every item here is home made. We found this place just before closing as we wanted some dessert after our meal. The gentleman offered us some sample coconut cookies - these were so good. They were like a coconut macaroon but delicate, soft, chewy and not overly sweet. We got a slice of cheesecake and a cream bun. Man both of these were amazing. The cream was flavoured with rose and complimented the soft pastry so well. The cheesecake was flavoured well on a buttery base. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful kind family that perfectly reflect the sweetness of their desserts. The saffron cake is a rare gem in Edinburgh, truly one of a kind. The lovely owners create a warm and homely atmosphere and the Irani tea is simply sublime. It’s always a good time to visit. :)

Bought the Pistachio vanilla cake from here yesterday and the cake is fantastic! Light, is not very sweet and the crunchy nut perfect! And plus point, the lady (owner) was very kind, she always gives a free cookies while waiting for the 🍰 cake! 🎂 Iam glad that I try the cake… and cake gone in one day 🤣 cos everybody likes it! Thank you so much to make this perfect cake for my Husband birthday! 🎉

Razz patisserie Edinburgh Tiny place but so worth a visit for evening coffee & cake! The coffee is awesome served in China cups as is the small selection of cakes! We had a portion of saffron cake each which was delicious and so moist but could’ve been shared between 4! Totally recommend a visit here if you’re looking for a late night coffee and dessert! Closes at 10pm so don’t leave it too late to visit!

Small business selling delicious home baked stuff. We were served by two sisters who seemed to be the owners of the patisserie. Double expresso also exceeded my expectation, that coffee was better than many high-end cafes.

This place is an absolute gem! The white hot chocolate with pistachio and saffron is so full of flavor, I’ve never had anything like it. And the coconut cookies and sweets? Just perfect. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back for more. Highly recommend!

First time at this place, it was a lovely experience. The customer service was amazing honestly, they gave out samples which was great. The desserts were so fresh, I had the almond and coconut cookies, cream puff and chocolate cake. This is a great family run place, definitely worth a visit and will be back soon!!

Stopped in Christmas Eve to get a little something sweet for dessert. The women that helped us recommended the vanilla cake and gave us each a coconut cookie with our Americanos. The cake was absolutely delicious.

The cakes and drinks are incredibly flavourful and the service is immaculate. Their saffron cake and white hot chocolate with saffron and pistachio is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had.

They have the BEST chocolate cake I have ever had (and I am very picky with baked goods). Service was very warm and welcoming (and the free coconut cookie is icing on the cake). If you are in Edinburgh please make sure to pay this Patisserie a visit.

Saffron cake 7.95 was good, it's somewhat dense, kind of like a cross between sponge and sugee cake. Soaked w saffront syrup, but wasn't overly sweet. Share between at least 3 tho, it's a huge slice Coconut cookie was great too. It's got this unique chewy texture with coconut aroma and exterior was crunchy. 2.95 per huge cookie(that's somewhat expensive) They also very nicely gave us 5 more small coconut cookies. The bigger ones have better texture being softer within and more crunchy outside

I can't wait to share my experience at this cake shop •Razz” at Home Street. I had a puff pastry and an iced coffee, and they were the perfect match—delicious and satisfying. The owner, who was incredibly nice and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’m already planning to come back, especially for a birthday cake. Their cakes aren’t too sweet, which is perfect for kids. Overall, a wonderful spot with great treats and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This lovely family-run patisserie is a great place for desserts. The woman who bakes all the cakes, pastries, and cookies was very friendly and explained the traditional recipes to us. We even got a free sample of their amazing coconut cookie! Their traditional tea is also wonderful. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommended 👌🏻😋

Open for late night sweet treat cravings and the treats are DELICIOUS!!!! we tried the coconut cookies, cream puffs, and saffron cake which were all divine. The owner was so nice to us and it was really a joy to be in his cafe. Can’t wait to go back and try the saffron latte!

Their Vanilla cream cake is quite possibly the best cake I’ve ever eaten, and the chocolate cake is definitely phenomenal too. Coconut cookie sample was also to die for and the service was fantastic, everyone was so welcoming and kind! definitely going to be making many more visits here :)

I just had to have a sweet after my late dinner in Edinburgh. Open late and easy walk from my stay I was glad I found it! Very welcoming and gracious host. I was given a coconut cookie while I gawked at the cakes and pastries in the case. I had the Persian style napoleoni and a decaf cappuccino. Everything was delicious. Great find!

This such a gem - whenever we have the chance, we get some of the delicious saffron cake. The owners are always super nice and graciously indulge anything we ask about Iranian culture, food and more. This Summer we also tried their Iced Saffron Latte and it is delicious. You won't regret paying a visit and treating yourself to any of their goods!

We stopped by for a take away hot chocolate and ate the caramel cake. Everything is very delicious and very good treatment.

I happen to cross by this cafe quite often and gave it a go today. Nice cosy cafe and the Desserts were spot on and HOMEMADE! The owner is too sweet and such a generous guy, he gave me free cookies and some extra slide of the Divine saffron cake. This is going to be my regular 💕

An absolutely lovely little cafè, which sells something out of the ordinary. Iced Saffron Latte is something everyone must try, really 10/10 and also Saffron cake. Really good. Pleasant and respectful staff who meet you with a smile and give you what you want. Have nothing negative to say about this place. People in Edinburgh are lucky to experience this every day.

Absolutely lovely place. Everything is so delicious and the atmosphere is so friendly and comforting. All the pastries are homemade and they are amazing. Worth every pound. 11/10 Will be recommending this place as a 'must visit'. The Nutella hot chocolate is especially yummy and has unique, yet gentle and not too overpowering hazelnut undertone. We were also given coconut cookies as samples and they were otherworldly. 😍

Incredible cafe. The owners/staff are very humble and friendly. I’ve always got a free taster cookie the moment I enter, even if I don’t end up making a purchase. They even put extra cookies in the box apart from the ones I paid for. Conversation is always nice and one feels cared for. The cakes, pastries, and cookies are very tasty as well. Niche Iranian food that makes your day. It is expensive but understandably, still worth it. (saffron is expensive) Would recommend 10/10

This local family run patisserie is an amazing place for desserts. We were greeted by the brother of the woman who bakes all the lovely cakes, pastries, and cookies. He was super friendly and kindly explained about the traditional recipes and what was what. We even got a free taster of their amazing coconut cookie. He also mentioned that their cakes were not too sweet, and he was right. The cheesecake was super creamy and smooth, but without the loaded sugar you come to expect nowadays. My wife tried the traditional cake with saffron, cardamom, and rose. It was fluffy and delicious without being too heavy. They make a pretty good cup of coffee as well.

This place exudes great charm, and I’m utterly speechless at how lovely the taste is, as well as the hospitality of the owner and her son. They offer very authentic Persian options, which were wonderfully nostalgic for me. My German friend was equally impressed and delighted with the extraordinary saffron cake, perfectly balancing the flavours of saffron, rose water, and pistachio. The cream puff, with its touch of rose water, provides a delightful twist, even for those familiar with Persian desserts. The venue is cozy and charming, making it an ideal spot for dates. We visited for dessert, and their opening hours are quite convenient. The hospitality was so exceptional it moved me, reminding me of the warmth of Iranian hospitality. The owner generously gave us two extra cream puffs, which was a lovely gesture. Upon arrival, we were also treated to an Iranian coconut cookie, which was delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again whenever I return to Edinburgh.

The pistachio drink and saffron cake was heavenly. And the profiteroles are exactly as you get in Iran, fresh and delicious. The two people working there are wonderful. I'll definitely go back again and highly recommend it.

An excellent, quiet spot to get the best Iranian pastries. The lady making the products was friendly, kind and tremendously welcoming as we came almost at closing time. The saffron cake was mind blowing along those delicious coconut cookies she gave us for us to try. Is all about customer experience, we will definitely be coming back
