Great spot for a few games of pool ,some quality drinks and friendly staff. Locals are very friendly and the pub was very nice.

Very impressed with the farmhouse .A lovely meal and we could take our dog with us.people who ran it very sociable.

Ben has done it again and delivered a very filling, very tasty, and very well priced Dinner. The Sunday roast is amazing. I'll be rolling my way home. Two types of meal available, 3 meats offered. The trimmings were cooked to perfection as well. Thanks again Ben. Always a please. Amy & Dan.

Heard last week that this was under new management, finding our family group of 10 hungry on the walk back from the day out, we phoned ahead to check if there was availability for such a large group. There was. We found a very pleasant environment with good food and excellent service. Family friendly with very reasonable prices. Great value and good food. Very friendly. Bar prices very good and bar area brighter than I recall from a single visit back in 2006, which I must say is beneficial to the overall experience. Plenty of good quality TV's for sports viewing. Plenty of seating and tables, Couple of quiz and fruit machines and a dart board. Just missing a pool table in my mind. Will visit again, wishing you all the best for your new venture.

Despite being a local I have stayed away from this pub, since it’s been under new management the atmosphere is much more welcoming! 5 of us went for food for the first time tonight and it was lovely, didn’t take too long to come out and was delicious! Excellent value for money too, will definitely be going back.

We have two coeliacs in our family and they catered perfectly for us. The food was great, the service was great! Recommended

We've been to the Farmie for several years but the food is a new addition. The owner is a friendly and happy host. I tried their new Steak and Gravy Pie. The owner came and asked me how it was as he anted to ensure quality. It was delicious. Clean plates. We had a good chat while we discussed his constant improvements. I had the grave misfortune to order food from this place. It was over an hour late being delivered and it definitely wasn’t worth waiting for. Presumably the cook learned their skills in a prison kitchen because the food was one stop short of slop. The eggs overcooked but the hash browns made up for it by being completely undercooked. The coffee was like sump oil and all in all the worst culinary experience of my life. If you value your tastebuds give them a wide berth.
