Ramzans in Fife

Got a munchie box and portion size could feed a small army delivery drivers seat belt alarm went off with it says it all 😄. All fresh and good quality food. Almost wish I had a bad review because reading some of the responses to complaints has made me and my boyfriends night 😂👍

thanks for your reponse. It felt a little overly defensive based on the comment about my girlfriend. It all went in the bin, and she told me not to go as she knows I am not subtle... The fact you have been around for so long proves nothing. Rap music has been around alot longer and its still shite.

Atrocious quality of food and portions are abysmal Save yourself a few £ and either make something or travel outwith the area.. They are lucky that there is no competition in the area or they’d be bust within a month… feel sorry for the people of Kennoway

Ordered a takeaway from here for 4 people as we heard people talking about how good it was however we were left very disappointed as the chips were very dry and bland , the fish very greasy , sausages were very tough , hamburger was greasy and like chewing rubber , so bad we had to order another meal from elsewhere , such a let down and a total waste of money .

Sent 2 pizzas to me that turned up all broken. I found out once I took them back to them that they had been dropped. I was told this by one of the owners. My order was for 2 pizzas and a chips and cheese when I called up to complain about the 2 pizzas I was asked what was wrong with chips and cheese I said nothing but I want all my food at the same time. They did not refund me and did not apologise if they had just said we will resend I would have accepted but to say my chips and cheese was fine is a joke. In response to your reply she did not offer a full replacement hence why I brought the food back your girl on the phone as previously stated asked what’s wrong with the chips she didn’t offer a replacement at any time and to respond saying it had been dropped is embarrassing for you as if I dropped someone’s food I wouldn’t deliver it at all so you are a liar and after being in your premises I wouldn’t order from here again anyway it is dirty. I hope you get a visit from EHO soon. There was no swearing and yes I was shouting and it wasn’t to a girl it was to some cheeky little man. I didn’t say a girl dropped it either. Can you not read? Or are you making mistakes because of all your lies. If you want we can keep doing this and it will always be your newest review. If you stand where the customer stands you will see your shop is dirty. Like I said after actually being in your premises I wouldn’t order again anyway.

Ordered calzone on basis of recommendations, not overly impressed, cheap cheese used, dough clearly wasn’t proved long enough. Filling wise it was just sloppy, the chicken tikka pieces although few were actually nice. Also within two minutes of collecting needed heated even though I arrived bang on the collection time Astounded at the processing fee when ordering online, what exactly is this for?

Will never deal with ramzan again, I,ve give them tip,s over £1 or more ( that,s on top of delivery), and they are pissed of because I was short of 43p absolute joke, you can ram!!, zam your stuff.

Fantastic kebabs. Don't think the curries are as good as I've had elsewhere (chicken madrass) - chicken tasted a bit strange??? Mushroom rice was great though Overall, good food, delivered hot & I definately recommend 👍 Further to this, when selecting delivery time, doesn't seem to register. Food arrived over an hour before requested time yet again - shame, because food itself is excellent. Suggest only order when you're ready therefore ...... aside from delivery times, good food as above 👍👍👍

Absolutely disgusting food tonight! This is never usually the case, however, tonight, the curry was wrong, no chips arrived when I ordered. Then, the chicken was pink. I phoned up, I made the complaint and the phone was put down on me.

First time buying from here, usually go to Amritsa in Kirkcaldy but don't have our car so needed somewhere that delivered to Methil. I will definitely be going here again the food was delicious and piping hot, I asked for my Pasanda to be extra mild even though it is mild already and they didn't dissapoint, whereas most places do, I could taste the cashews and coconut it was delicious and my hubby enjoyed his Biryani, the lamb just melted in his mouth and he is very hard to please where food is concerned. Great food good service the only fault I've had is theyr salad is more like salad cream soup with things thrown in including cooked peas, I wasn't even asked if I wanted a dressing.

Twice now delivery driver has knocked us out of bed with someone else's food, left the gate open and dog could have got out. Not the best review as never tasted the food but really no more knocking us up please.

Probably the best calzone in the area, well worth the extra travel or delivery. Still probably the best calzone in the area and I'm told that the pizza 🍕 are also the best. Always busy but the have great staff who work very hard to make sure your order or delivery is hot and on time. Keep up the great work guys.

We my wife and I had the two meals for£16.95 so we chose a Madras lamb and a korma lamb the sauces of both looked disgusting but when you tasted it it was like powdery the lamb itself was nice but the sauces terrible, the nan bread was nice but the rice wasn't. The reason I got the meals from you was because my daughter told us they had lovely meal from you but obviously must've been a different chef or something because we dumped it and we didn't enjoy your vegi pakora no crispiness or taste really disappointed we won't be back.

1st time to order from here and disappointing. Arrived early but Nan bread and rice was stone cold. Ordered Madras and it tasted nothing like Madras. Tasted more like a standard curry with a bit of spice and heat.

Used ramzans for over near 15 years maybe longer, food is always on point only ever had 1 issue in that time and it was rectified and redelivered within ten mins of letting them know it was actually not there fault more a supplier fault. The banana milkshakesare out of this world and the pakora is bang on. The staff including delivery staff go ahove and beyond.

Ramzans always delivers even on collection. There indian food is exceptional, but all there menu is good.

Long over due, mistake was made with an order(about the time). Customer service was fantastic and dealt with it above and beyond. Food is fantastic !

First time visit, and definitely the last. Food disgusting, rice was soggy, chicken bhuna awful and tasteless, as was the prawn poori. In over 50 years of eating Indian food this is the first that didn't taste Indian. Utter waste of money. Have to give it 1 star to post comment otherwise it would be 0 star

My wife and I had a chicken bhuna and a garlic nan tonight and it was brilliant.

Only giving 1 star as need give a rating to leave review. Absolutely rank! Both pizza were burnt, chips had been sitting in far too long they went soggy 🤮 wont be ordering again..

Heard a few things about this place so thought I would give it a try,so imagine my shock when I noticed on the van outside that it is hallal meat they serve, sorry but I'm not going to eat anything killed in that manner.

Just had the special Rogan Josh and it was the worst curry I have ever had. This had not been cooked from fresh just a whole load of sickly orange tikka sauce with a couple of pieces of meat in. I expected better after someone recommended. Never again though.
