Pronto Pizza & King Balti in Wakefield

Terrible! Order was missing chips, chippatyis and pilau rice. First time ordering from here. They are literally a five minute drive away from us. Took 45 mins. The tikja masala was bland. No taste at all. Very disappointed. Pay extra to get a better food experience.

After ringing up and ordering for collection, we got there, collected our food and ended up with the complete wrong food!

Orderd a Oreo cheesecake and I received a chocolate cake that didn’t even taste like oreos and was just a plain chocolate cake! Very disappointed

Order food when it came they hadn't got the order wrong and took them 40 to come back a solve the problem. Found plastic in my salad. Would not recommend.

Got this kebab on home delivery, what arrived is anyone's guess, a giant nan bread stuffed with hot salad, donner meat and mushy chicken tikka , No lamb meat and no sheek kebab. What A Rip Off

I ordered a pizza meal deal which ordered before, and never had problems before tonight. The food was not put in insulated bag to keep it warm, so was already cold by time arrived. The driver didn't bring any change, driver promised to come back after next delivery with my change, but locked his keys in his car so couldn't go anywhere. I phoned takeaway advising them he still owed me change, that was at 9.pm driver finally got mechanic and got into his car at 10.15. I phoned takeaway back at 11.00 who told me driver already on his way back to me with money, but clearly wasn't. I waited another 46 mins and phoned again chasing my money was told id have to wait another 45 mins and hung up on me, there 10 mins away by car if that.they don't know my plans or if I have to be up at crack at dawn, but think nothing else better to do than sit twiddling my thumbs, phoning them chasing money in owed, the amount I irrelevant, they expect you to pay on delivery, you expect same courtesy to get your change when food deliverer, not three hours later, after chasing it several times, and in end involving police.. Think reserve to loose my custom after tonight, which is couple orders aweek.

this takeaway has a good selection off food and drink prices are reasonable food comes on time and is really good and the delevery drivers are really freindly as are the staff in the shop food is delivered hot

Absolutely awful..pizza base uncooked and premises dirty..would not use again. I collected my order and saw for myself the state of kitchen so many order for delivery so dont see prep area.

Ordered garlic pomadora pizza . Crust was under cooked..as i was waiting for order..had chance to look around at kitchen would not recomend ordering from here..very dirty.

Ordered chicken and chips and chicken fillet burger.. whilst waiting 40 mins in the takeaway for my food I caught a member of staff boxing my meal up. Whilst boxing it up he dropped a piece of my chicken on the floor he thought no one was watching he then picked it up and put it in my box!!!! I told them I seen what he did and I wanted my money back dirty animals!!!! Will never eat from there again since these new owners have taken over the place is vile and needs shutting down

Me and and my order 2 mixed kebabs in a naan and could not believe the size of them we could have shared 1. The taste and smell of the above item would make you believe you were heaven

Me and the wife had a kebab each from here, a donner and a lamb one or what was suppose to be lamb. They were terrible the worst food we had ever had the misfortune to order, the meat on the donner was cold and rubbery with a poor excuse for a limp salad on the side witb no chilli sauce. My Lamb was the worst it was like dog food meat stewed in some kind of red grease saturated sauce with salad mixed in that had gone to mush a bit like boiled cabbage. To top it off when we phoned to complain the staff were rude and put the phone down on us. Please please AVOID this place, apparantly this is not just my bad experience it has got a reputation for it. We will never go anywhere near here again.
