Great service and the food was lovely. Very happy

Previous experiences here have been great however today was terrible. 10 minute wait before staff member approached waiting area to then show us to our table once set up which was fine, this was followed by a 20 minute wait to order food. Order taken incorrectly as the server ordered one children's main meal instead of 2 even though 2 starters were brought after ordering children's 3 course deal for both children. The missed meal was not received for a further 20 minutes after asking where the meal was - by this point we had shared our meals out to accommodate our daughter as they would have been cold by the time hers arrived and she was hungry. Children were restless by the time forgotten about meal arrived so no dessert was ordered from children's menu as we were worried of the time this would take to arrive. The two adults meals ordered were below average and lacking in flavour. For the quality of food and service provided today the menu price paid was far too high - The toilets were also unclean during our visit. Over all it was very disappointing. Can

Excellent, fresh food and great team to match. Thanks to Jamie for a great family experience where otherwise these outings can be stressful for parents, especially when our kids have allergies. Manager Jamie talked us through the process and put our minds at ease and even spoke with the kitchen to let them know of our order. All much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Myself & My Mum attended prezzo at Braehead today . We couldn’t get over the service we received . We were served & seated by Jamie , from the moment we arrived he was nothing but pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle . He was friendly and cheery which made our day . The food we had was amazing and we can’t not wait to return . Thankyou for our amazing visit and for making our day with the treat of our meal :) .

I recently dined at Prezzo and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our server, Agata. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. She was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious—perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, flavorful sauce that hit the spot. Agata was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations, which we really appreciated. She also handled a small request we had with no fuss, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and Agata’s excellent service made it even better. We’ll definitely be back!

shocking we asked for a table and they said they were short staffed and weren’t taking anymore tables so decided to go to the restaurant beside it called the Filling station ( lovely food great service) and watched other people walk in ( even people that HADNT booked) and got a table straight away absaloutly terrible service will not be visiting again

My wife and I were bought a voucher for this restaurant for Christmas. On arrival we were treated well until they found out we had a voucher. After this they treated us like we were unwelcome, they gave us the worst table right at the entrance where it was freezing even though there was ample seating with no reservation signs on them. Stuff were horrible. The food was not presented well yet. Anyone else's food looked lovely. My wife ordered the spaghetti bolognese which looked like slop. I ordered the pizza which was bland. When we arrived home we ended up unwell.

Horrendous food overpriced for there pre packed meals. And the services is shocking not to mention closing when they want when they should be open

Seating was comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was tasteless. Portion size was fit for a child. Chips where well made Macdonalds style. £60 for 2 plates, 2 beers + tip. Not great

Ordered the goats cheese and roast pepper pizza - was very disappointed. The pizza i received was a margarita with a couple of fresh pepper slices and a couple dollops of goats cheese. The pizza was also tough. Not impressed and not accurate to the menu. The menu did not mention mozzarella, and said it would be roast peppers, not fresh pepper. (It tasted like something a 5 year old put together). Feels lazy. Additionally, we ordered the bruschetta. Another major disappointment. All we were served was rock solid flat bread with cut up tomato and dollops of pesto. This is not a bruschetta and also it was impossible to eat. The only thing I was happy with was the service, which was efficient and friendly. For the prices we were expecting more. Not impressed.

Went for lunch with my girlfriend, had one starter, two mains a fries and two cokes. Portion size of everything very small. £56 and still hungry, off to Gregg's... Oh and the set menu is a con :D

Portion sizes were ridiculously small, felt like I paid £16 for a kids meal. Food was average, staff were pleasant. Would not recommend.

I came here with my sister for a quick bite to eat. Our first greeting from the restaurant was a gent who was wearing nothing but casual clothes: truth be told we thought he was just a customer. We waited a good length of time before our order was taken and a similar length of time untill the arrival of the food. Arrabiata was nice, good amount of chicken! The garlic bread is tiny for £6 there was barely any. Not overly thrilled with the service, but as an understaffed chain establishment: the expectation was low to begin with.

Just had lunch at Prezzo Braehead Service was fantastic, Toni was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The sea bass was the best I have tasted in sometime. Would highly recommend.

The food portions was absolutely tiny, you would expect for the price you would get a big portion. I would have needed to measure my meal in millimetres. The service was ok, but our server didn’t even say anything. If I could give the atmosphere a 0 I would, the overhanging lights were flickering, you would need a hearing aid to hear the music If I was the person on earth, and this restaurant was the only one left. Humanity would be gone. Hope this helps

I've been Prezzo Braehead before Covid-19. Used here often! Amazing food and responded price. The service absolutely kind nice! But tonight I'm looking forward to coming back .It's a terrible experience. Smaller portions of food and not fresh!!!Waiting for food for more than 20 minutes!! The waiters are very indifferent and don't care about you(however there no busy) Totally like the SHIRT!!! May they under the new management, But We never ever come back!!! I'm surprised they can still operate.

Me and my Boyfriend decided to treat ourself to a lovely Italian cuisine last month and we decided to come here. It took us abt 10 minutes to be seated when there where only 2 tables that where occupied everything else was chocker, there where only two ladies working and the atmosphere was just so sad. The lady serving us was lovely and I have no complaints for her. The food however, my boyfriend ordered a large meaty pizza and the crust was incredibly thin almost like paper and the meat was just too much it looked like the meat had just been thrown on and there was barely any cheese on it. The mozzarella sticks were fine but you could tell they weren’t a homemade type of thing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it it arrived with barely any creamy sauce you would expect in a Chicken Alfredo dish, the pasta was very hard and the chicken tasted like it had definitely been microwaved. The price was unreal for two people who got 2 mains 1 starter, water and 2 desserts and it was nearly £70!! Unbelievable. I appreciate what this restaurant does but I do not recommend coming here

Went to Prezzo as a family of 5. The beef burger and carbonara were delicious. Kids also enjoyed their meal. Staff were also Friendly & attentive.

Had a fantastic meal with my family before the ice hockey. Food was absolutely amazing and the service was second to none

Can't fault this place. Fantastic food, great staff, buzzing atmosphere. Bit pricey for straightforward Italian, but these days it's no surprise.

First visit to Prezzo, menu is decent with lots of choice. We had the Prezzo Burger which was delicious, it came with fries but the portion was small for the price paid. Daughter had the Cheese and Tomato Pizza which she said was lovely.

Service was fine. Can’t fault it. Food is served that quickly you can tell its microwaved or heated from frozen. You can taste it too. Not good given the price point. Expensive, poor quality food. Sad looking garlic bread £5.75 as well, mental prices for what you get. Won’t be returning.

7 Feb 2024. Staff were very nice polite and attentive. We had the 3 course meal which was very well presented and tasty.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food on offer. Although I felt really disappointed with the speed of the service. The server was lovely, but I got the impression they were understaffed as she was rushed, and she even made this point a few times. They do a number of offers, but advertised offer on boards at restaurant weren't presented as given full price menu when seated, and we had to ask for it. The price of French fries is ridiculous, given the portion size. Priced at a couple of pounds less than the total price of the 3 course children's meal. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre it was decent. Unfortunately, children are not as forgiving when waiting to be fed.

Excellent food & service & staff are very attentive & pleasant. We have visited on many occasions & always feel welcome. We would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant

Visited today for lunch, however I cannot comment on the food as we were completely ignored for around 10 minutes whilst waiting to be seated. Two staff members were cleaning tables at the time and still chose to ignore us. It wasn't overly busy and yet still no acknowledgement whatsoever.

On Sunday 26.11.23 Overall very average, the restaurant looked clean and tidy very well staffed ,never saw any offers on promotion or wasn't offered any .we got seated straight away I ordered a starter and main ,my friend got a main and dessert I feel the price wasn't worth it due to the high cost and the food was ok I wouldn't recommend popping in for food unfortunately, never had a chance to try the cocktail but had a Bailey latte which was pretty decent.

Its ok, the food was fine, nice drinks, lovely staff. Dishes are in need of replacing, pasta was not fresh tasting. Very over priced and the garlic bread was under cooked.

Service and atmosphere were fine, but gluten free options were lacking. Ordered bruchetta and received a small assortment of soggy food on top of a barely chewable flatbread. Next I ordered a pizza, expecting a actual pizza. I got two tiny flatbreads, with about 4 toppings on each. I was very disappointed when I looked at my younger sister and saw that her CHILDRENS PIZZA was larger! Other than that, toilets were acceptable but all food seems quickly made with little care

Waitress lovely. Looks like that currently team is under the staff, because supervisor is running food, and giving bills, while 3 different tables are waiting to be seated for 5min or so. Food is alright. Although, for price you that you pay, you would expect something more interesting. I had spinach pasta. I know that pasta has to be cooked well, but still a bit of bite. However, it felt more that " a bit of bite". It felt like undercooked.

The food was amazing, the prosecco was chilled and so was I, I had a makeover in M&S and I was feeling good. I think I was served by Agatha (if I misspelled apologies) and the lovely ladies thank you.

This was the first time going to Prezzo and it was a pleasant experience. The service from the waiting staff was on point. I would recommend the calzone as this was a big helping. My partner had the pasta which she enjoyed. We had deserts also but I thought they where not worth the quite expensive price as the helpings where small. Coffee and mozzarella bites where good. The only downside for me is the location of this branch as its overlooked by a large part of the upper food court. If you have Meerkat/taste card then they do the 2 for 1 on food on main menu.

I used to love going to Prezzo regularly. Won't be going again though due to their discriminatory card only policy. Cash is legal tender but they refuse it. Avoid!!

I had lunch here today with my Daughter and Granddaughters. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our food was served quickly and tasted really good. Lovely relaxed surroundings for a nice family get together.

Food was standard and was charged £8 for two pints of soda and lime? What a joke. Apparently it’s £2 per soda and lime (half pint)

Food was served quite quickly, unfortunately it was before the drinks were served, we had ordered these as soon as we sat down 🙁 portions were on the smaller side compared to some other Italian Restaurants we have been to but the food was nice.....£3.50 for a can of Pepsi, this is ridiculous, I appreciate you need to make a profit but this is ripping people off, we won't be back for this reason.

Good location, however I found the portions a bit small.

Restaurant located in shopping centre - very quiet as were all the eating places. Really friendly and efficient waiting staff. Pizza was a little tough to cut through, but was tasty enough and not too dry. And the macaroni went firm a treat.

Attentive staff, food poor. Large margarita pizza was as dry as the board it was served on. Truffle fries were as oily as a tramps side parting. Won't be back.

One of worst places with horrible and service. Their food was horrible and expensive but the worst of all was the service!!

My daughters brought me for my birthday lunch, first time visiting and would definitely recommend it and I'll definitely be back. Staff and food were great.

Plenty room for table for two when we arrived at around 17:30pm. Staff were quick to take our order & food was served quickly. I had regular Ham & Mushroom pizza which was plenty & my wife had Carbonara & comment was "not so good".

It was very nice Italian restaurant in Glasgow of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. We eat and tasted most of starters and main course such as all types of meals. They were very delicious and tasty 😋, meat 🍖 was fresh and cooked very well and you can order whatever you like 👍. The location is not very tourist friendly but it’s not very far from city centre and you can reach there less than 10’ drive. Sheaf and staff were very friendly and helpful with costumes and very quick for drinks 🍹 and meals. I strongly recommend this restaurant as I from London found them very good for your lunch or dinner 🥘 with your friends and family. Parking in street is very cheap as well.

Managed to book myself and neice a table here on a busy Saturday last minute, was so happy they could accommodate us. The kids menu excellent value for money. My neice got the kids mozzarella dippers, pepperoni pizza and we shared her dessert etch was chocolate dippers, with a generous portion of Nutella. I got the lasagne Al forno. Bubbly hot and delicious. Overall a good meal and staff were very freindly and helpful.

Had mozzarella bites to start, they were not fresh, as they had been frozen. Served with cold tomato passatta. The pizza was OK. Arribiatta was bland. Chocolate tart was also OK. I wouldn't return here

Attended this restaurant today and the attitude of staff was appauling. I attend this restaurant on a regular basis but the staff have changed in the past 2 months and certainly not for the better

This was my second visit to Prezzo at Braehead, this time with my parents. The menu is excellent with some dishes I haven't seen in other Italian restaurants. Prezzo at Braehead is a very clean establishment and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I'd definitely recommend!

Very nice, went with grandson and the food was nice, the staff were polite and very attentive, will go back when I'm in Breahead.

I was at Prezzo for lunch today it was first class I had the beef and butter potatoes on the festive menu.i will go back there again.
