Usually perfect but tonight I requested separate sauce on the hoagie as I always do and it came smothered in sauce. Ordered quite late and it arrived within minutes so maybe the rush was the issue.

Get food from here all the time and love it but pizza was cold, had the other stuff we ordered sat on top of the box so pizza was squished, paid an extra fiver for all chicken pakora munchie box, the thing had hardly any donner meat and just packed with chips not worth the money.

Wafer in ice-cream was soggy and not just the end in the ice cream and crumble biscuits in it aren't nice at all

Food was absolute perfection! Pizza was delicious. Belgian waffle is massive portions and the chocolate brownie and ice cream is one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Chefs kiss to all of it!

Both vegetable and chicken pakora were dry like last nights reheated stuff. Also batter filled with nothing seems rushed. Very disappointed normally rave about the freshness here but will avoid now.

The waffle was amazing as always but the donner wrap was just filled with fragments of bone, like an un godly amount of bone fragments which has really out me off ordering any donner meat from here which is a shame as I loved everything else. ☺️ 4 stars as their waffles never let me down 😊

Ask for a donor kebab with pakora sauce separate, and the sauce was frozen. Went to pour it over my food, and it was like a block of ice . Won't be back!!!!

We ordered Chicken puri, now that isn’t puri and we’d assume they’d know better to not deep fry naan bread. The chicken and gravy inside stained my hands and nails bright red coz I ate with my hands. Yes I’m Indian and yes I eat with my hands when I eat Indian food but ironically, what I ate wasn’t Indian grade. There’s no need for that much food colouring, my hands look like I dipped my hands in Halloween and I have work tomorrow in a clothing store. Make food you advertise plse.

2nd time in a row they’ve messed up my kebab with no sauce, I clearly state sauce and salad on the kebab even though it’s standard and it’s I get it covered in salad with no sauce. Raging, they’ve ruined my dinner again! useless and won’t be back.

i asked for fresh cuts of meat and i got the leftover that must have been sitting for ages and asked for no whipped cream on my milkshake and got that wrong too and over 30 mins late

Received my order and my chips where soggy and cold my pakora was cold and only a couple of pieces pakora sauce tub half full looks like someone has ate half of it chicken tikka chasni was cold and clumpy

I have been here a few times and in the past it's been very good and nice. But today when I phoned in my order I was told it be ready for me to collect. It wasn't.. I ordered a Doner hoagie and chicken pakora. It was not nice and I threw half of it in the bin. The chicken pakora was just strips of chicken with very little batter on it and it tasted a bit off. And the Doner hoagie had more raw veg on it than anything else and when I got to the meat and chips it was hard and again not nice at all. As I said I threw half of it away in the food waste bin that's how bad it was. Maybe go back to MasterChef up the road.

Love the food from here. Pizza average this time, and the kebab had too much sauce dripping out the box, meat was rather tough and not moist as usually is, and lack of salad. Also 4 cans don’t equate to a bottle of juice ordered but thanks anyway!

First time ordering form here, Food delivered within timeframe given, food was good, I personally would have preferred the Donner meat on the pizza to be thin slices rather than thick chunks, but other than that the meal was enjoyed by everyone

My pizza was freezing when it got to the door. Not to mention wet and the kebab asked for no veg still got it but what really surprised me was that the kebab meat was actually green 🤢🤢

Not great. Pizza and milkshake were nice but chips, cheese and donner was really dry! Chips were chewy and no flavour, a tiny amount of cheese and not a lot of kebab meat for a large portion! We order from here a lot but it seems to be a hit or a miss, sometimes amazing, sometimes really disappointing 😒
