I ordered chicken nuggets with brown sauce and cheese fries. The chicken nuggets packaging was soaked because the brown sauce leaked through everything and the nuggets were soggy. The fries were very greasy. Not even an hour after consuming this, I got the most unbearable stomach pain I've ever had and had food poisoning for the entire night. Do not recommend

Order via Just eat at 16:55 for a delivery at 18:30. Called at 18:45 to be told it's only just left. Called again at 19:10 as it still hadn't arrived, (arrived during phone call) The owner solely believes that delivery times make no difference. I argued with him and things got heated, we swore at each other. The main issue I find is that if a place providing a service and specifically food, and the 3rd party go between (Just Eat, Uber eats etc) has a time you would like your food at, then this is up to the establishment to arrange the delivery correctly and not when they feel like it. There is also a great thing on these 3rd party apps, being able to update the buyer if they're food is going to be late - Sadly in this case that never happened either and I'm the bad guy apparently. It's unfortunate because the food isn't bad, it tastes pretty decent. Due to the lack of understanding on how to run a business, I won't be buying from here again.

The most delicious pizza in Prestonpans, definitely recommend, and the staff make it even more welcoming.

I don't know where to start about the pizza I got today. I'll start with the fact that I ordered a pizza with ham and pineapple and I got a pizza with pineapple and sausage. I'll continue by saying that the pizza didn't look like anything. There were hairs and to top it off my friend got a bonus in the slice pizza laura .I would throw up, I would never take anything from there to eat.

Good food, good staff and good prices. Would be silly to go anywhere else

3 orders in a row with stuff missing. Phone to complain and always get the manager saying he will put extra in with the next order. Added it up and they've done me out of £14. Won't be back

Amazing family owned takeaway. Probably doesn't get the recognition it should cause its in a small town. I genuinely won't go to any other takeaway for something they would sell, it's that good.

The food is good but it’s the staff that cuts it for myself. Especially when 2 members off staff are standing at the back door taking photos of the public ie myself and my friend. This lady is the owners sons wife, surely she should know better!! The new girl that has started with dark hair was also involved

I left a review on Just Eat regarding my order last night, I cant delete or amend the review so I want to apologise, once the food was received it was amazing, cooked fresh, piping hot and the onion rings were the best ever.

Already had pizzas, burgers and steak pie, all food was excellent, great delivery times , reasonable price and easy order via website. Will definitely be regular customer ! Thanks guys 😊

Just ordered for the first time 2nite here but not ordering from them again waited 2hrs to get it delivered when arrived it was cold and horrible. Ordered at 7.20pm and arrived at 9.30pm

disgusting didn’t even look like a pizza and never had what I requested on it the pizza was a mess not presentable at all.

I pre ordered 10 large pizzas for delivery at a function last Saturday, and they arrived warm, on time and were delicious. Fantastic service.

Had takeaway last night. Smoke sausage was disgusting and king rib had no flavour at all and batter was like mush. Even chips were soggy. We have order many times but last 2 orders been disappointed so won't order again.

Food is always perfect. Tastes amazing. Never had a problem with this takeaway. Wouldn't go anywhere else.😀😀

1st time I have used this chippy after reading favourable reviews, this was a mistake because it was dreadful. The smoked sausage is the cheap type and the fish was over cooked and like rubber and we did not receive the juice I ordered. I phoned to complain and was told “ no I won’t take that, I have served the fish all night with nothing wrong with it, we have served that sausage for years so I won’t take that” We paid nearly £27 for this and it was the worst chippy I have had delivered. I never complain or put bad reviews up because I don’t think it’s right but the attitude of the man on the phone was so bad. He said bring it down for us to see -aye right- this is the reason for the bad review because of his attitude. If I had been in a restaurant I would have sent it back, the same standards should be upheld in a delivery 😡

Ordered munchie box asked for extra chips instead of pakoras. The chips were like cardboard all of them went to my dog. The pizza however was amazing and kebab meat was kebab meat.

Nothing at all!!! the chips were disgusting & certainly werent fresh today, as for their customer service or should i say severe lack of it!! if being told to rifle through my bin to the retrieve the rotten disgusting objects & to take them back to get a refund .................. sorry u have just lost yet another customer vile vile vile.
