Before lock down, we used to eat out every now and again. Now, that's not an option, but Prepped seems like a great alternative. We ordered the beef chop for two with a bottle of wine. That was a salad starter, huge beef chop with chips, sauce, spinach etc and chocolate brownies. We checked that everything was gluten free because I am a coeliac and that was no problem. It was delivered to our door as described and it was easy to cook. Absolutely delicious. I didn't take any photos because we were too busy eating and enjoying it!

I can really recommend Prepped, the quality of produce and simple instructions make it a winner! The whole family enjoyed it.

Just had preppeds land sunday lunch woth pavlova dessert. Very easy to cook, just over 1 hour for a top noth roast and trimmings. Really tasty, fun, and empty plates all round. If you want to do a roast and punch above your weight it's really worth it.

We had to order the food online as each week there is a new menu. So this week the selection was three dishes one of which was vegetarian We ordered two different meals . The slow cooked pork with with chorizo and the mushroom pie Both were delicious especially the pie. What’s great about this type of meal is it has all the convenience of home cooking , probably a bit better than mine , but with non of the faff of preparing the meal . Just 10 mins or more finishing off at home and a lovely meal Couldn’t be easier and at a very reasonable price too Don’t think it’s open all week though so it’s worth checking the website beforehand

We have always walked past Jolie's but decided to give it a go. This will now be our go to place for a nice cuppa in Saffron Walden. Very quaint and quiet and the staff were very nice. I ordered a sausage roll and it came served on a slate platter with a nice side-salad and home-made chutney. Totally unexpected and a very nice touch. My wife has an almond croissant and said it was the best she had ever tasted. It is also made locally. Well done

What a great little place this is - a real asset to the high street with an interesting menu and wine list. We were there on a very busy Friday evening and staff were working hard to serve everyone with drinks and food orders. We had a bit of a wait for our food but, in the meantime, we enjoyed a bottle of wine and we got chatting to a couple of ladies on the next table - it's that type of place, friendly and informal. Our sharing platter was fabulous, I love this idea of a bit of everything on a plate! All in all, a great evening and experience. Our only disappointment is that we don't live nearer to De la Terre - we'd be frequent diners if we did!

Lovely venue, open for dinner Friday evenings and Saturday lunch. Lovely venue in the nicest part of Saffron Walden. Fantastic service and a really warm welcome. Delicious bread followed by plate after plate of unusual tapas, my favourite was the lobster. Reasonably priced wine and very tasty desserts. Will definitely return and recommend.

We go here every time we visit the area! The food (Bacon rolls / breakfasts) and coffees (Latte / Americano) are great and the ladies working there are very friendly. Highly recommended!
