Solid overnight stay - and more affordable than the other airport hotels.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn...starting and ending with meeting Danny at the reception. The whole team working there, including in the restaurant, is amazing. The rooms are clean, though they appear to be somewhat dated, with a spacious entrance to the actual room (unlike newer rooms which are quite narrow at the entrance to the room). The beds and pillows are refreshingly comfortable and the covers warm! The heating works well and there is always hot water in the taps (though it takes a few seconds to heat up...be patient). We were there in winter, but they have a fan ready for summer. The food in the spacious, clean and well equipped restaurant is done just right! Also, I do not know if it's just me, but this is one of the few Premier Inns where there is a very good mobile data connection and so, I have not been forced to pay for the WiFi (the free one is available at Premier Inns, but I usually need a faster connection).

Hotel is very tired, with the room allocated to us being extremely old. Everything in the room was tired and old. The shower may as well have not existed as it was that poor and the bathroom tap just exploded every time you turned it on. Reception was alright.

Currently staying here 1/2/25. Rooms stinks of cigarettes. I haven't slept a wink. The smell is so bad. Reception have said they are "fully booked" better off travelodge next time. 100%.

Great hotel on Manchester Airport's doorstep. Ideal for resting before flying, although I was there for work in the area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, not too much noise (even from airplanes), and usual Premier Inn high standards. Happy to stay here again.

Nice enough hotel, rooms are the standard rooms you expect and the food was nice. It is close enough to the airport that you can hear/see the planes take off but inside the rooms you don't really hear too much. If you are flying from Manchester then this is a good option.

Very dated hotel. Needs a make over. Don't book this if you want a good night's sleep. Right under the flight path the Manchester Airport

I’m currently checked into the hotel and had pre booked for tomorrow’s breakfast but not dinner. We went to the restaurant and the manager Jo advised us about the meal deal option and went out of her way to assist us. Also went above and beyond to assist all our needs. The food was delicious I can’t say a single bad word. My room is great with a wet room and aircon to adjust my heat setting to my desired temperature. Great stay. Thanks again Jo. Xx

Not a 5* hotel but for closeness to the airport and Wythenshawe hospital it is very good value. The Beefeater restaurant is very good value as well. Take the meal deal it’s definitely worth every penny.

Room clean and comfortable. Bit of a leak think it was the toilet cistern in bathroom. Adjacent pub not open during day which was disappointing. Bit of a problem in restaurant for breakfast service we waited 45 minutes as they were having a problem with hob, need to sort out a contingency for this sort of situation. Poor communication by serving staff who were just avoiding eye contact with disgruntled customers. Obviously a bit tatty in communal areas due to high footfall due to being so close to airport. Understaffed in bar area of an evening, so expect a wait to be served. Probably wouldn't stay again.

We’ve stayed here many times the past few years before flying out of Manchester airport. This last visit the restaurant experience was appalling. Wrong food brought to us. Then what was brought was inedible. We had to order pizza in from Uber eats instead. After wasting over an hour. Rooms not as clean as before. Staff struggling. Seems this place is ready for a refurbishment and some staff training. Won’t be back until it has done this.

Worst Premier Inn ever, staff don’t care. I asked for an Iron early in the morning, none available which is fair enough, but with horrible attitude, I was told, nothing available and nothing will be available just deal with it. Ordered Takeaway and told no trays available just make a plan to take your 2 plates and drink to your room. Parking lot full of gigantic potholes..I think they closing down soon and don’t realy care anymore

!!Airport hotel!! So close to Manchester airport that you have the planes over head. Clean rooms and friendly staff, perfect for pre travel day. Restaurant has had a change of ownership, so they were still finding their feet. Also, the restaurant is looking a bit run down and could do with a revamp.

The room was huge, as it was at the top of the stairs after reception, there is a corridor between the hotel and the pub. The small staircase and landing at the top had a musty smell. As I said room was massive for a hotel. I arrived at about 8.30 to 8.45 and even though I had booked a meal deal was told last orders for food had gone. I then had to wait as I asked for a credit back for the meal. I walked around the corner and bought a burger. My main moan, 4.45am I am woken by bang clatter and the what appeared to sound like a vacuum cleaner humming away. I opened my door to see someone at the bottom of the stairs walking through between the hotel and pub.( I assume a cleaner) anyhow that was me done, couldn't get back off. I complained after breakfast which is great as always and cooked to order. Was told that the cleaners don't start until 9am ish, I said I saw someone wandering around between pub and hotel, and given a card to email in a complaint and they would ask the pub manager what was going on. Overall I didn't enjoy the experience I was a business customer not one using it for flying out if the airport, which is near. Our firm try to use premier Inn, bur I won't be using this one again.

Booked well in advance and got a really good deal. Room was clean and quiet. The front desk arranged a taxi to the Airport which is just five minutes away. There is a Pub/Restaurant ajoining the Hotel.Arrived by train from Manchester Piccadilly which took about twenty minutes, the Station at Heald Green is next door to the Hotel. All in all we found it to be a very good experience.

A hotel that's in need of refurbishment. Bedroom carpet was very grubby, room was stale, smelt like old tobacco and beer. The bed linen was clean, staff friendly enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was in a beefeater next door and decent. Close to the airport so handy for travel.

We always use this Premier Inn when using Manchester Airport but found room 3, an accessible room, is quite rough and could do with some refurbishing. Reception was easy and efficient with friendly staff. Food and drinks at the Beefeater were very nice, and again staff very friendly and efficient.

On my second visit to Nam, I once again had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The beef pho is a heartwarming, especially on chilly days, and is a must-try for everyone. The consistency in the quality of other dishes is also great. During my first visit, I enjoyed the crispy fried calamari (though I missed taking a photo). The pork belly buns are equally amazing. However, Nam’s chicken wings are my personal favorite. Frankly, I’m not sure as to why this place isn’t more popular, especially when compared to another Vietnamese restaurant in Ancoats. In my opinion, Nam offers far better food and service.

Went yesterday 4 of us. Service really slow. 3 of us ordered the same cocktail at £14 each and everyone tasted different and looked different ... mine tasted like it had no alcohol at all ! 3 of us ordered the tacos .... they were cold when they finally arrived! Obviously been left out for a long time before getting to us. Shame really as the place looks great but that's all it is ... a well decorated venue 😫
