Standard premier Inn really, it's in a handy location for Manchester airport, the check in was a little on the slow side, breakfast was good.

We’ve stayed here many times the past few years before flying out of Manchester airport. This last visit the restaurant experience was appalling. Wrong food brought to us. Then what was brought was inedible. We had to order pizza in from Uber eats instead. After wasting over an hour. Rooms not as clean as before. Staff struggling. Seems this place is ready for a refurbishment and some staff training. Won’t be back until it has done this.

Worst Premier Inn ever, staff don’t care. I asked for an Iron early in the morning, none available which is fair enough, but with horrible attitude, I was told, nothing available and nothing will be available just deal with it. Ordered Takeaway and told no trays available just make a plan to take your 2 plates and drink to your room. Parking lot full of gigantic potholes..I think they closing down soon and don’t realy care anymore

!!Airport hotel!! So close to Manchester airport that you have the planes over head. Clean rooms and friendly staff, perfect for pre travel day. Restaurant has had a change of ownership, so they were still finding their feet. Also, the restaurant is looking a bit run down and could do with a revamp.

The room was huge, as it was at the top of the stairs after reception, there is a corridor between the hotel and the pub. The small staircase and landing at the top had a musty smell. As I said room was massive for a hotel. I arrived at about 8.30 to 8.45 and even though I had booked a meal deal was told last orders for food had gone. I then had to wait as I asked for a credit back for the meal. I walked around the corner and bought a burger. My main moan, 4.45am I am woken by bang clatter and the what appeared to sound like a vacuum cleaner humming away. I opened my door to see someone at the bottom of the stairs walking through between the hotel and pub.( I assume a cleaner) anyhow that was me done, couldn't get back off. I complained after breakfast which is great as always and cooked to order. Was told that the cleaners don't start until 9am ish, I said I saw someone wandering around between pub and hotel, and given a card to email in a complaint and they would ask the pub manager what was going on. Overall I didn't enjoy the experience I was a business customer not one using it for flying out if the airport, which is near. Our firm try to use premier Inn, bur I won't be using this one again.

Booked well in advance and got a really good deal. Room was clean and quiet. The front desk arranged a taxi to the Airport which is just five minutes away. There is a Pub/Restaurant ajoining the Hotel.Arrived by train from Manchester Piccadilly which took about twenty minutes, the Station at Heald Green is next door to the Hotel. All in all we found it to be a very good experience.

A hotel that's in need of refurbishment. Bedroom carpet was very grubby, room was stale, smelt like old tobacco and beer. The bed linen was clean, staff friendly enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was in a beefeater next door and decent. Close to the airport so handy for travel.

We always use this Premier Inn when using Manchester Airport but found room 3, an accessible room, is quite rough and could do with some refurbishing. Reception was easy and efficient with friendly staff. Food and drinks at the Beefeater were very nice, and again staff very friendly and efficient.

Had the WORST experience here, went in and was told to scan a QR code which set a 65 minute timer wait for a table. Was also told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get a table. The time on the timer kept going up again and again. After having waited for 2 hours I had to continuously ask the staff about how long it was going to take, and each time i was told “you are next in the queue”. I was “next in the queue” for a further 30 minutes. Within this time I noticed a lot of parties being pushed in. I was finally given a table after a 2 hour and 30 minute wait. Our whole day was ruined to the point we did not enjoy the food. I don’t understand why we aren’t told the truth about the ridiculous waiting times right at the start. Had i been told it would take around 2 hours I would never have stayed. But again, I along with everyone else was told it would take 45 mins to 1 hour. And most importantly, I don’t understand why a pre-booking system for everyone isn’t put into place to avoid people fighting for tables, having a horrible experience on days out, and to deal with overcrowding. The restaurant does not even let you prebook tables for smaller groups either which leaves no choice but to just walk in and wait. Never visiting again. Appreciate the chefs and staff but unfortunately regret coming here due to the lack of organisation in the booking system. Absolute waste of money.

The service & staff were pleasant. The food was little better than mediocre. The most outstanding aspect of this experience of eating at Greggs, Cherry St Birmigham was the filthy condition. There were straws on the seats. Servietes on the floor and ripped up sugar containers, all littering the floor. The place wasn't that big and would only have taken 3 or 4 minuets to clean. I asked how they can serve people food in such a dirty environment. I was told they were too busy to clean. I said what about the 2 people in the back, that I could clearly see. She siad do you want to go and ask them? I declined. They have got their priorities wrong. Clean first, serve food second, but then I suppose it's all about making money. I certainly won't go back, and nor will I go to another Greggs.
