Perfect everthing. Room very clean and staff friendly

This Premier Inn was very disappointing as far as the building, reception area and rooms were concerned. Very poor. Carpets old and smelly , needs a total refurbishment. Staff very nice but definitely won't be stopping again I'm afraid. Views were lovely so a real shame.

I always return to this hotel.I am very satisfied with the staff, the room and the English breakfast.

Lovely, clean room. Bed was very comfy, and very quiet due to the double windows which was nice. Would stay again.

Typical Premier Inn tube station 150 yards parking aswell. I like it because it's central enough for us and it's quiet

I'm not sure Sir Lenny would like it here. It needs a bit of updating, carpets, bathrooms etc.

Booked the rooms for friends visiting from abroad. Lovely location on the river, right next to the tube station. Great customer service. They really enjoyed it. I would book it again!

We have stayed here before the location is brilliant but considering where it is, Putney Bridge, it is a very tired looking Premier Inn. The room was not as clean as we would have liked, the sink needed a good clean, brown ring around the plug hole and chocolate on the carpet by the window. Considering they wanted to charge us £10 for checking in half an hour early, the room should have been spotless. Angry about early check in charge, which we did not pay, went back later.

Everything in this Premier Inn is looking very tired. It feels like it needs a revamp. The corridors felt cold and smelt damp. The bathroom was a bit grotty and the toilet in bar/lounge area were grim. At over £200 a night I would expect better. Premier Inns are usually good value. Thank goodness I did sleep ok though.

Second time.Very nice hotel and friendly staff

The service quality of this hotel was very poor, highly not recommended. My wife and I stayed at here for few days in Feb. We had a very bad experience. Firstly, when we wanted to check in, there no staff at the receiption. We needed to wait for a long time. Secondly, the facilities of the guest room was very poor , we looked like to stay at old fashioned home for the elderly or disable person. Finally, the hygiene was extremely poor, especially at the bathtub in the washing room. It was very dirty and unacceptable.

Big room, but I had to go and get a clean towel before I could take a shower as one towel in are room was very stained and dirty. There is also a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom in the morning when you first wake up, very off putting first thing in the morning. Plenty of hot water spacious room, but very tired.

DO NOT under any circumstances leave your car here! I parked here in the only available space and went to a Fulham game. I came back to glass everywhere, to find out my car along with 6 other vehicles had been broken into and the contents stolen. Car park owners and hotel completely helpless! Case was closed due to hotel and car park owners failing to have appropriate cctv. Police said this happens very often in this car park. Others have had their reviews deleted so beware!

Room was cold breakfast was pants

Quite a bit more outdated than other Premier Inns in London, but quite a pleasant and central location, very close to Putney Bridge underground station and buses.
