Premier Inn Glasgow (Paisley) hotel in Renfrewshire

Let down by having to wait at reception with nobody in sight for over 10 mins

Room was ok .but service for food and a drink was abysmal and was there for four nights. At one point one person in my group got food ten minutes after I had finished my meal and was ordered same time

Been there for one night only as we were on a road trip so couldn’t spend more than a night to any hotel. This one was really good tidy and clean room. Staff’s gesture was too friendly and welcoming. We had issue in our room’s heater so the night person there changed my room immediately. Perfect location near to Glasgow Airport.

Only thing that let it down was the lifts not working not good for 66year old with bad knees

Stayed here Friday 7th of February 2 nights a treat for our 6 year old grand daughter ee cant fault hotel that was as usual great we decided to get the meal we went to the restaurant we waited 45 mins for the starters kid had veggie sticks honestly 45 mins for that we had 2 courses 1hr 30 mins second night same again only our 6 year old up to the bar and asked are we getting dinner I did complain to premier inn they didn't wat to know

The pub is now closed. Fast food stores nearby but really doesn't hit the spot like a mixed grill etc. Big shame.

Cannot think of anything negative, friendly staff, great location, lots of parking and very clean and comfortable rooms.

As usual, impeccable service, room as normal, prefer Premier Plus though. Enjoyed some good calamari in the restaurant.

Excellent overnight stay for airport

Easy access to motorway and plenty of choice of food and shops within walking distance, friendly staff

Good hotel. Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good quality bedding. Many shops nearby. On the other hand, the establishment is poorly served by public transport (you have to walk ten minutes to reach a bus stop).

Often stay here but on last occasion some inconsiderate ********* decided to start stomping up and down at ten pm in the room above and didn't stop until 11.30.

Had a great stay at the Premier Inn. We were greeted by Chanel and she was so warm and welcoming after a long flight from the USA. She was happy to answer all of our questions and gave us great suggestions for our road trip through Scotland. What a great start to our trip. Thank you Chanel!

In need of an overhaul, bit run down. Great staff.
