Terrible experience and racist staff

Absolutely phenomenal. The staff are amazing. The food is unreal. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Everyone made my daughters birthday so special. Thank you. Very family friendly and such a brilliant vibe inside. Definitely recommend!

We tried this for the first time on Saturday. Nice food, good music, good service and well priced. Only slight down was my first choice wasn’t available.

Went on a lunch deal with a friend and my little boy today the service was fantastic and the food was so good one of the best pastas i have had. Also the portion sizes were so big i had to go home for a sleep after it.

It was a birthday party but harvies cook had gone home so we came here and it was amazing 🤩

Visited last night for the first time and wasn’t disappointed! Food was delicious, staff extremely friendly and a lovely early Christmas evening had by all! Look forward to returning soon 😊

Extremely unprofessional and upsetting behaviour

Part one: The first time I was here (November 2022), me and my folks and I came to celebrate a birthday. I popped in earlier that day to see if they could prepare a birthday dessert plate. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. A beautiful dessert plate that was a highlight of the evening. It was the most rememberable birthday meal. The waitress (possible manager (blonde)) was superb. I thought she was made for the job because she was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was great and fresh, and there were plenty of options. The atmosphere was fantastic (top-tier music playing). The pricing is ideal and wallet friendly. No surprise, I returned again and again Part 2: I thought I could make individual reviews for each time I was here. Apparently not. Picked up an order (uber eats), and the service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. The waitress (a young girl) was polite and fast acting. (October 2023) Part 3 : I had breakfast with the folks this morning. Got served by the charming cook/chef cause the waitress had nipped out. Dad had forgotten his glasses, as he does, so mam had started to read the menu for him, as she does. When we said he'd forgotten his glasses like usual, sure, didn't the chef pull out a pair of spare glasses and pass them over. It was the kindest, most thoughtful act, and it brought out a great laugh. Again. The food was great, and the service was so warm, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Could be the Scottish nature, but I just think all the staff are wonderful and are a credit to the service industry. I'll be back again, and I'll update this review every time. Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Staff/ 100/10 - the best staff in any restaurant I've ever attended. Again, it's a shame i can only review once, otherwise it'd be 3x 5 star reviews.

First visit and we were not disappointed. The lady with blonde hair that served us was friendly, cheery and attentive! We had 2 courses via itison for £36 for 4 and that was great value. Prawns were amazing as were mozzarella sticks, can recommend pizzas, light and delicious and the penne Mia casa was lovely! The wine was yummy and the portions of mains were a great size. Only thing I would say is that if paying of main menu the mozzarella sticks of which you got 3 is a bit pricey, even adding one more would be better value I feel but I understand costs are increasing. All in all lovely, planning next visit as my two teenagers are raving about it and that is saying something lol!

Small restaurant bit great choice of menu. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had pollo fritto and sauteed mushrooms to start, followed by goat's cheese salad and chicken risotto for mains. We had no room for dessert. We will definitely return.

DO NOT order a delivery from this place. Ordered two pizzas at 750 and they arrived, undercooked and cold, at 1030! This is despite calling at 915 and being told ‘it has just left’. Tried to contact them with my complaint and they have simply ignored my messages. So you can add terrible customer service to the terrible food. AVOID

First time visiting. It was on one of my vegan recommendations website. It was lovely & cosy, service was great, food was fab, great choice for a vegan menu 😀 😋. The lasagne was perfect, I would say the foccacia was huge for a starter, so defo need to share this, The pasta was lovely, nice big bowl of chips. Not many places offer this to vegans! So thank you so much. Can't wait to come back. We'll done to the chef 👨‍🍳. My hubby had a wee chat to him, nice guy! 👏🌱👏

2 hours for delivery. Food tasteless and congealed as it sat that long waiting to be delivered. Called to be told only one driver, should not be accepting orders on apps if workload is too much. Total waste of money and now having to order elsewhere

The service was slow. The food order was wrong. In their defence they did offer to rectify it. The food was served on cold plates . I did not enjoy my meal it was pretty tasteless. It was a Groupon or whoucher we used I don,t know if this made any difference.

Just got a take away from here very bland food pizza order was wrong up your game put cheese in your cheese sauce man it's not rocket science

Food took an hour and a half to be delivered & was unfortunately cold. I think it would have been 5* if we were sitting in as it would be warm.

Hour and 20 wait and was stone cold and congealed, pizza was delivered in a bag on its side. The food must have been in the bag for ages as was minging. Don't mind waiting time on food but at least send it fresh not made an hour ago and left to sweat it out in a bag. Second time in a row this has happened, won't be back.

Absolutely some of the best tasting pasta we've enjoyed. Very attentive service to back up the delicious food! All this at great prices. Really best value for money. Very much looking forward to our next visit. Defo a must visit!

Would not recommend ordering a pizza for delivery - Too much sauce, soggy base which didn't look cooked underneath and cheese slid right off before I even opened it - Other options may be better.

Excellent food, both my wife and myself are quite fussy, I had a steak my wife had salmon, they were both cooked to perfection. Restaurant was quiet but still nice atmosphere, always like when I can see and here kitchen staff. Will be back

I will never order again ! All my friends are telling me that Bel Cibo is horrendous for take aways and they are right ! After waiting for 2 hours my burger comes with only the bun and the chicken and fries ! No salad, no sos, nothing and looking like it has been sitting for 2 hours !!

My first visit, although family have been before. Staff were absolutely excellent. Grub was SUPERB. Wee family dinner to celebrate moving forward. We will definitely be back. Thanks SO VERY MUCHLY. Hutch.

Food is always great and delivery time is good. The new delivery driver is really fit too.

We have been regulars here for a while now and we're never disappointed, food is absolutely on point everytime, staff are friendly and welcoming, Chefs are accommodating to our various dietary requirements. Highly recommend Bel Cibo.
