Premier Inn Glasgow Braehead hotel in Renfrewshire

Lovely hotel, great staff & fabulous location

The poor girl at breakfast yesterday trying to do everything!! She was non stop, still Smiling and very polite. There was a guy in black jeans, white trainers and glasses had the speed of a snail. The poor girl was run ragged as he just slowly wiped the odd table, useless!!!

Location good for us. Cleanliness really needs addressing. Hallways , stairs , lifts. Dirty and looked like they hadn't been hoovered for a long time. Our room was not properly cleaned. Bits on carpets and shelf where hairdryer is kept. Toilet hadn't been cleaned. Slept well

Great location and that's about it. Internet website crashed when booking, arrived at hotel and girl had same trouble trying to find us a room. Couldn't match online price as her internet was crashing also! Watsapped her boss who failed to reply! Ended up paying an extra £7 for the same room! Only 1 towel in "double" room The chef was standing at front door smoking a cigarette blowing right in the door, very disgusting so we opted not to eat here Rooms very dated need tlc and repairs not upto standard, Floor runner ripped from floor, Wouldn't recommend this one unfortunately

Good location for this visit to Glasgow, friendly staff, and clean comfortable room. Only issue it was a little cold for my liking even though they had an additional oil filled radiator in the room.

The hotel was fully booked after are first night stay there,are job was delayed another day.Premier inn staff still kept are bags secure and we had full use the bar restaurant until are pick up later in the evening all this after we had checked out Thanks again.5 star service

Great location - staff were very helpful and polite. The room we had was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a seat in the shower which isn't something I've found often in other value for money hotels.

We unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience in the Braehead Premier Inn. The gist of it: although 14 degrees Celsius outside, the room was as hot as a sauna, without any means to mitigate that heat. As if we were sleeping above the fired up furnace of the hotels kitchen. Hence, we had a terrible night. The response to this calamity by the hotel left quite a lot to be desired. Upon arriving into the room and as the heat smacked us in the face, we directly contacted the hotel lobby because the panel for the climate control was out of order (as was the impressive Samsung airco on the ceiling). We were subsequently informed that the whole hotel does not have airco. The unfortunate, I assume underpaid, frontdesk lady was so kind as to come up and unlock our window for some fresh air. The lock system however allowed for only just about 1 centimer of wiggle room, allowing all noise of the highway to come in, but no fresh air. The hotel is aware of the issue as a nice budget airfan was provided that made a lot of noise, but did little to reduce the heat. Next to it a portable heating unit, promising little hope for when winter comes, but that is for other guests to experience. Perhaps when temperatures outside drop to subzero, the room temperature (and oxygen levels) will adjust to acceptable levels. So: there is in fact a climate system. The hotel just doesn't operate it and the climate in the room, despite a fresh 14 degrees outside, is incredibly hot without any air circulation to speak off. PS: when a bathroom door doesn't close, perhaps it is time to fix that.

Great value for money, challenges around keeping room cool on the hotter weekends (but then how many weekends does Glasgow have above 25 Deg)

Convenient location, ample parking, food and room quality as expected for budget hotel. Staff excellent, very friendly and welcoming.

No heating or air conditioning. Very poor housekeeping. This premier Inn needs a refurb. I have family nearby, I won’t stay here again until it’s been refurbished and the heating and air conditioner reinstated.

Usually really good and comfortable, but last two stays have been awful, one where no clean towels were left on arrival and another where the interconnecting door was a huge problem - due to sound transfer - but staff said they couldn't move me to a quieter room, basically had a week of rubbish sleep.

Other than A/C not working everything was great especially the food by Liz & grant top notch !!

Also für eine Nacht zur durchreise OK aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Ein housekeeping muss bestellt werden das ist soweit auch in Ordnung wenn es denn kommen würde, war leider nicht der Fall. Dusche defekt da der Brausekopf das Wasser schon ab dem Schlauch im alle Richtungen verteilte Das Restaurant essen ist gut nur leider muss man als Hotelgast vorbestellen da sonst kein Platz vorhanden ist. Wenn man es dann geschafft hat einen Tisch zu bekommen wartet man seeeeehr lange bis man bestellen kann. Beim Bezahlen Visitenkarten hingeben mit sämtlichem Daten für die Rechnung. Nur leider kam bis heute keine Rechnung für die bezahlten Zimmer an , telefoniere immer noch um diese zu erhalten.

Lovely staff, would especially like to mention Grant and Liz in the Kitchen aswell as our server Monika for all making sure my allergy requirements during this visit was met. The management should be proud of the team they have. Would definitely visit again if in the area

Top service, compliments to Grant in the kitchens food was spot on considering how busy it was.
