10/10 food, pizza was amazein best pasta I’ve had in a long time 100% recommend , was on time and delivered with a lovely service

This is the 2nd time I have had food from ere both times small portions and dry cold food not very nice at all don't bother

We ordered lasagna and penne campagnola. The lasagna was inedible, it was like wading through concrete. The penne was marginally better but the bacon was stringy and hard and the chicken was obviously precooked. All in all a huge disappointment.

Food arrived on time and was hot Creamy pizza test yummy10/10 I would definitely recommend this place I heard they do nice chocolate pizza Cant wait to try it

Very speedy delivery but the food wasn’t the best. I ordered a four cheese pizza that was supposed to have Stilton on but it was just a plain cheese pizza. My husband ordered chicken in cheese sauce that looked like chicken soup when it came, Sadly won’t be ordering again

The delivery driver was very polite and apologetic, but the delay is not acceptable. Food was good but i tried to contact the takeaway 13 times to chace my order but never got an answer from them. I won't be ordering again unfortunately which is a shame as the food ain't bad!

The chicken in cream sauce was lovely the sauce was, the only downside was that the chicken was very dry not that nice but the rest of the food was good, definately order here again just not the chicken

The food was delicious, as always. Due to some confusion in the delivery the food was late, however, they displayed the best customer service I have ever known from a take away - kept me updated about what was going on and even rang again after the delivery was made to ensure everything was ok. Would highly recommend, thank you.

First time ordering from here. Driver arrived bang on time and was lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, the positives stop here. The lasagne was on its side in the bag so had leaked all over everything else. The pizza had not had any care taken about it and was stuck to the lid and to the flaps of the box so just fell apart when you lifted the lid. The chips were soggy and barely edible. The lasagne was massively overcooked, was very dry and hard on the edges. The garlic baguette was ok but was also soggy but I guess that was due to travelling. Don't think we will be ordering again.

Chips we’re soggy, tasted like they had been warmed up from previous night. Pizza wasn’t the best and no free garlic bread either. Red salt was used sparsely, wouldn’t recommend.

ordered meaty pizza, it was nearly cold and all the toppings including the cheese had come off the top of the pizza and was in the corner of the pizza box like someone had shaken the whole thing up! no edible. also ordered donner meat and chips and they were luke warm not hot. no free garlic bread like usually when order over £18. I order from here ever week but will be thinking twice in future disappointed today. prices gone up a lot since changed ownership

been trying out different takeaways recently and have to say this is the best so far will definitely be reordering. delivery driver was very friendly and made the whole experience a nicer. food was top quality couldn’t fault it at all. don’t normally do reviews but this was ace would definitely recommend

The "hand made" burger is just two standard, frozen patties stuck together. Unpleasant stuff.

Driver went home as they couldn’t find my house. I explained I couldn’t get there to pick it up. said they would contact the driver and get them to contact me. this didn’t happen and the person I spoke to was very rude and abrupt. I offered to meet them outside but they refused and just said they would cancel my order. I have ordered from them before and the food is amazing when it does arrive. unfortunately mine didn’t

If you look back a few months worth of reviews you'll see we used to rate this THE best take away in Wigan and was our go to place to avoid disappointment and wasted money.... This is no longer the case, before this order we were upset as the "Handmade burger" was a frozen patty and they forgot the kids meal, but we decided to give them another chance, this time is beyond ridiculous and so we will NEVER order from them again (after spending a fortune with them over the years we are extremely angry!) Handmade burger was extremely under cooked, it's basically still moo'ing and soggy, the chips were as if they'd been dropped for 10 seconds or less, pale soggy dripping and nasty, the chicken kebab was soggy and clearly poor quality chicken was used we asked for no sauce on burgers and kebabs specifically to avoid them being soggy, yet you somehow managed to have them both dripping, the popcorn chicken kids meal had also drowned en route and yet again the kids drink has no straw. The only part of the entire order that was decent was the free garlic bread, absolutely disgusting service guys, gone from the best to the worst in the last couple of months, either fire your clearly incapable staff or refuse orders if you're too busy to provide edible food! WILL NEVER EVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER PENNY THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY!

We waited over an hour. When I checked the status on just eat it said it had been delivered. I rang to find out what was going on to be told that they are cancelling my order because they are busy, I Said I already paid online for our meal and was told that they will refund me, so I'll have fun checking to see if it does go back in my bank. I can't recommend ordering from here at all.

this is the first time we have ordered from here. and I wont be in a rush to order from here again the chips were limp and under cooked. the salad was limp. and the onion rings were soggy. but my partner enjoyed his kebab.but it did not come in pitta bread which he likes.

Only thing decent was the free garlic bread everything else was awful greasy burger bun soggy due to fat, no cheese. Kebab no sauce even though requested won’t be back

The donner meat was really dry and the BBQ sauce was runny and watery. The fried chicken was extremely overcooked and the coating was burnt and crumbly meaning it wasn't able to be eaten and was binned.l and the chips was floppy and mushy.
