Plus Pizza in Spelthorne

Been coming here since they first opened, best pizza I’ve tasted and good value for money on the 18” pizza’s. Service has always been excellent and friendly.

Worst pizza ever. They cant even cook a dough never mind the pizza. These guys haven't even seen pizza not even on TV, is that bad. Now you're welcome.

Side was generous portion and pizza good. Arrived well within anticipated time. Good food and good service.

The second time I've ordered and received my pizzas burnt, hard and cold. Had to throw it away. Not impressed! Although other times I've ordered the pizza has been good.

The food was absolutely amazing and by the time we'd finished we were all stuffed and the price was pretty damed good.

I've ordered and collected from burger/pizza plus many times and have never been disappointed. Especially after a few drinks. Unfortunately tonight wasn't up to scratch. This evening the food was v dissappointing which became frustrating following the delivery man telling me my postcode was wrong and then knocking on my neighbours door and insisting there were two number 5's. Hope just a one off

Food was tasty, but took over an hour to get here. Was warm not hot when it arrived and we ended up heating in the oven, clearly we were the last stop on the delivery route.

came 45 mins late pizza was cold! last time here

Waited an hour and a half for delivering which was then cold. When I rung, was told that delivery driver knocked and phoned (no way), went to another delivery and would be back. When driver arrived, he confirmed that he hadn't been to me Hugely disappointed

pizza was super mini! ordered a lasagne but wasnt available so spaghetti bolognese came instead(got notified via phone) not happy

Very deliciously fresh made pizza, taste fresh and lovely. Arrived quicker than expected time.

15 minutes after I ordered they rang me and told me they didn't have one of the items. Then after an hour I still hadn't received my delivery so I called, only to be told they were on their way and would be only a couple more minutes. 20 minutes later I still had not received my food and once again was fobbed off on the phone by saying they were on their way. When the order finally arrived there was something missing and when I rang AGAIN the person laughed at me... the food was soggy and the dessert was frozen. Don't order from this place!!!

Great pizza as usual but please amend your menu on here! We are vegetarian and on the free choice option you are missing lots of vegetarian options (ie olives) so have to order a margarita and add toppings (£££) Also there is no free choice option on the double pizza deal. Makes it very expensive for us. Apart from that we love your pizzas!

The food was good and arrived early to my house

Pizza plus before was decidedly average but this time the food was spot on and perfect Would like to recommend they do king prawn toppings

Only giving a 3 star for the pizza as it wasn't hot,otherwise the taste and quality of the pizza was great! 1/2 hour late so I can't give more than 2 stars for delivery!

I ordered and paid extra for black olives on my pizza and they didnt put any on and we ordered pralines and cream ice cream and they gave us cookies n cream...not impressed

Ordered delivery from these guys last night. the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive as they said they had run out of dough in the day, they do know that they run a pizza shop right? also the guy tried to charge me too much at my door and the gave me the wrong chicken wings. the pizza was nice but that's all.

They delivered faster than I expected and the pizza tasted out of this world. I would highly recommend.

We order from Pizza Plus most weeks for youth group at The Salvation Army. The pizza is great value for money and the young people love it. Occasionally they throw in something extra for free. Delivery is always very quick, sometimes too quick as occasionally the pizza is delivered earlier than requested!

It was late this could have been a disaster

When you order food and it says 1 hour delivery but then it's here in 30 mins

I usually order from here but found a few small hairs inside the pizza. Put me off really :( I know these things do happen but there was more than one and it put me off.

The food is good but this is the second time they have messed up our order. The first time they just misplaced our order and we waited 2 hours for it. The most current one they never delivered the 'free pizza' 3 hours later and I am still waiting despite calling on numerous occasions.

Took 3 and a half hours to deliver the second half of the order (after taking over an hour to deliver the first half), when my other half called to complain, upon asking how long it would take, she was met with 'do not threaten me' as a response. When the pizza finally arrived we received no apology and no compensation. Will not be using again and would advise everyone to do the same. On previous orders we have had mistakes, missing dips and long delivery times, letting it slide. This time was a step too far.

Pizzas were great! And nice delivery guy. A tad greasy though..the pizzas not the guy!

There was no sauce on the pizza, which was very salty and sickly. We did not enjoy it at all and threw half of it away! They forgot our cheesy garlic bread, but when we rang up and complained they delivered it within twenty minutes and gave us a free bottle of coke. I still wouldn't recommend and we won't be delivering from there again.

Drink did not turn up, chicken strips did not turn up. 'Potato skins' was a microwaved potato with a blob if cheese chucked in. The pizza was disgusting. Do not order from this skank pit. I want a full refund

Cold pizza and cold hard chips. Delivery driver didn't have change other than a ten pound note. Delivery time was over an hour.

This was my first order and i cannot complain one bit. The pizza was of very good quality and taste and my partner said she loved the spag bol. Timed it right with a BOGOF on the pizza plus additional discount so very good price. Highly recommended.

It was prompt and hot. However, I specifically asked for no peppers nor tomatoes on my pizza and we got both. Bit of a shame.

Tried this out on a recommendation from someone, and was totally satisfied, arrived on time, with a friendly smile, the food was tasty and hot. Will definitely use again and recommend to all :)
