Plaza And Grill in South Ayrshire

Delivery driver, very decent guy. I've bought food direct while passing. This is the first time using app and delivery. Think I made a mistake and didn't order what I normally would have in the shop. But what I got was still fine.

Went in and ordered 2 pizzas was served by Lewis cracking young chap pizzas were lovely hot and fresh prices were decent will come again

The young man behind the counter was nothing short of fantastic always has a smile on his face and is happy to help Potentially the best pizza I've ever had in my life

It wasnt the best the chicken pakora was like a brick & I asked for curry sauce unfortunately it was that chippy gear I was expecting an authentic Indian style sauce!! Paying for it today though, erse like a nippy sweety!! We live & learn plus the rats out the back are terrifying at the bin area needs the pied piper asap!!

Food was beautiful! And the service was great too, delivery driver was so cheery. Will definitely be ordering again.

ordered king kebab with salad and sauce, nan bread was tiny, salad consisted of shredded cabbage and red onion, no tomato or cucumber and definitely not worth £12.

AVOID AVOID AVOID (unless you'd like food poisoning) I would never recommend this place to anyone. With the poor hygiene, terrible food, and the owner's abhorrent behavior, it’s clear they have no respect for their customers. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs

Happened upon this establishment after a trek round ayr trying to find a decent takeaway pizza......I'm so happy I found this place, the owner Goldie(hope the spellings correct) is an amazingly friendly, funny and nice chap, had an enjoyable 20 minute chat with him......his pizzas were absolutely fantastic, the base especially is almost artisan, the price for 2 12" pizzas was under £20 so great value too.....we will 100% be back. If you fancy great takeout pizza this is the place to visit. Can't recommend highly enough.

once again late but usually the food makes up for it. unfortunately my peri peri pizza had hardly any peri peri sauce base, the milkshake wasn't as amazing as they usually are, juice was cold as usual and delivery people always lovely

3 hours and still not arrived understand the circumstances but havent even received any update

Pizza was magic very busy but was bang on the money with the time, milkshakes are superb

I ordered pizza to takeaway and got 2 of the best pizzas I've had in years. Got exactly what I asked for. Didn't leave a crumb. Nice light base well cooked. I was surprised at how quickly they were cooked as the shop front was full. Really pleased and will go back to try other things from their menu. Thank you to the staff.

Food was good, pizza was maybe slightly overdone this time, cheese had bubbled quite a bit more and base was a bit crunchy. Received update on delivery being delayed which was a nice touch.

really not impressed tonight. we have ordered from here many times before and it has been great but the last few deliveries have been quite late. I understand that things happen to delay orders so that I didn't mind about but tonight along with being late the mozzarella sticks were well over cooked and the two burgers we ordered were burnt. I think we might be looking for a new restaurant to order from.

sent the wrong order, ordered 2 cheese pininis and got something else.

Please please please if you do nothing else read this review. The absolute worst food I might ever have tasted in my life. Words fail me as to how bad this place is. Cheap and nasty is not suffice to the quality of this. You have been warned.

Doner meat tasted like it was a week old rock solid me and a friend got the same now not feeling very well

food was cold, that cold the chesse hadn't even melted on the chips, basically the bird's ate well this evening and I hadn't, quality has most definitely went down hill.

I arrived at the plaza & grill. I ordered a mixed kebab, unfortunately the following pictures will show what I was greeted with when I arrived home! Alongside a bone that was found in my food! It looked like slop and I didn't dare tasting it because I found and spotted a bone in it! I then contacted plaza & grill via a call to explain....(what I initially thought was the wrong order) to have the individual who served me as I was personally in the shop on the 03/03/2024 hang up amidst my call because I challenged what was given to me! Please avoid at all costs! Please see attached photos!

Ordered 2 x wraps and chips that cost £9.80 each which were the size of a snack wrap from kfc!! Which had 3 slices of donner meat in it and tiny amount of salad and no cheese which I paid extra for! Phoned to complain and was told to put in a refund request and he would authorise it. Only got refunded 9.80 for a £24 order and didn’t receive the extra donner sauce that I paid for either. The owner always acts nice on the phone and passes blame onto an employee! Can’t even stick to an agreement wh

Didn't complete order properly. Asked for extra mushrooms but they didn't bother adding them. Still got charged for them though. A decent pizza, but annoyed it wasn't 100% what we asked for, otherwise the mark would have been higher.

Peri peri pizza usually is spicier and had peppers and onions but mine never came so either the chef forgot them or it's a new recipe...if the latter the old recipe needs to return

Ordered a Large Munchy Box but can swear we were given a small. Food quality was very good, yet the still has me wondering.

The plaza do two things really well... milkshakes (much better than flakes) and peri peri chicken pizzas (second best pizza in town behind enzos)

Tuna panini is a joke and would never pay for extra cheese again.

Don’t know what happened today but the cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp around the edges and so dry that it had to be binned. The breakfast roll was completely over cooked. The egg was solid, the bacon was somehow tasteless and the slice and scone were, again, burnt. It also went into the bin half eaten. Normally love the food from here so I’m not sure what’s gone wrong today. 😕

1 * because couldn't give 0. Absolute disgrace what they sent. What was meant to be a cheeseburger meal turned out to be a dry cracked bun with nothing but a burger on and the chips were tiny burned and so crispy I wouldn't be surprised if they'd been lying since last night. They're prices are going up all the time and the poor excuse for foot that's served is just a joke.

The driver was very apologetic as Ayr races were on, so he took longer to deliver. He was within the time frame, but my toastie although slightly cooler than I would have liked, was still lovely.

Employee decided not to deliver my order because I cancelled an order previously. Rude, ignorant and completely unprofessional.

Got the grill boy everything was so tasty only down point I would say is for £14 I would like maybe a bit more chicken

Me and my partner ordered here, chips were dry and hard, way too much salt on them. Burger was nice but then found hairs in it and hairs on the box! Absolutely disgusting. Never again.
