Delivery time was 15-30 mins. When placed order the delivery time went straight to 1hour. Then 45mins later it was delayed

A recent discovery and I can’t recommend highly enough. The food is always delivered on time and still hot. Very delicious and well made food. The menu is well thought out - the churros are a must have with your burrito. It is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I’ve ordered loads of times and the food is always impeccable. I even got a voucher for 20% off in store with one of my orders, which I intend on using soon. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and friendly as well.

I have to say Plan Burrito are normally fantastic so I'm hoping this sees the right people. Only issue for Plan Burrito and it's only been recently is portion sizes. Not sure what's going on but there has been a noticeable reduction in portion sizes in both nachos and burritos the last 2 or 3 orders. Not sure if it's a new policy or certain staff but for the high price I would expect the consistency on portions to be high. Great tasting food so hopefully this has just been bad luck.

First time from Plan Burrito and very happy with our chicken and our veg burritos.

I paid nearly £20 for a meal delivered. It consisted of a tiny wrap with meat inside, no other fillings and a handful of plain nachos. Absolutely ridiculous for the price.

Great burrito, one of the best ever tried in UK

Well, was just okay. Nachos at 6.50 were a rip off, about a bag of doritos, and a spoonful of cheese sauce. Burrito was tasty right enough, but not worth the money, mostly rice and veg, hardly any chicken. Wouldn't rush back.

Burritos are lovely, staff are very friendly but service is VERY slow. Alot of faffing around, not very organised. From placing the order face to face in the shop you're left waiting a while until the order is started. I'm used to Bar Burrito where a staff member is at each station to build your order, each only have 2 or 3 fillings each to do then passed onto next person. It's MUCH quicker.

That was awesome. Always a good sign when the menu isn't overloaded. Went for the Giant Classic Plan for 2. Perfect amount of food if you're hungry. Burritos were class, fillings were great. Nachos were awesome, the sliced chilli peppers being a great addition. Was worried about the juice as sometimes funky juice can taste a bit, funky? I had the Lime and the mrs had Pineapple, both were lovely can't wait to try other flavours. Then just when you think it's all over.. we cracked open the churros.. hot in the box, crispy on the outside soft in the middle and the caramel sauce lets just say, thicc as f***. 5/5 basically came in my pants cheers team will be back

Food was lukewarm, only had a couple of bites

This restaurant never fails to deliver outstanding quality food or delivery. Not a bad word to say about it. Nothing to even improve. First class every time, I just wished every takeaway had the same ethos.

Food cold with no salt? very expensive so had high hopes, very very dissapointed

Disappointed tonight ordered at 7:35 delivered at 9:11. Contents of taco shells were all out the shell all over the box. Both the taco’s and burrito were cold.

the caramel beef is amazing. the nachos were revolting. the pulled pork was the worst I've tasted. Very overpriced and disappointing. plus I'm disabled and the guy made me come downstairs to get my order, even when I told him. I don't think I'll be ordering anytime soon as £38 for 2 people is ridiculous when the food is that bad

Food is great. The nachos could be better. Delivery fee is really expensive which makes ordering from here more regularly a challenge considering what you get but I do enjoy the the meal.

Ordered a take out from here on Saturday. The order was missing quite a few items (salsa, guacamole, sour cream, beans). I had ordered 4 i burritos which came to a cost of £36. The low rating is due to the mess up with orders and low value for money. Unlikely to visit here again.

Very quick delivery but food not worth the money. Two very small wraps and few nachos £36 in total.

As we love pulled pork ,we decided to give it a go. Not really a big place , but I think most people will just grab Burritos on the go so not a problem. A lovely lady explained everything, and we added ingredients as we went through our order. Food is nice ,hot and will make you full. I expected more Pulled pork in my Burritos , but I think you could get extra meat for an extra £££. Overall worth a try , in a kebab dominated area 😉

Food is fantastic and very filling

Umm. This could be the best burrito ever. On a cold rainy Saturday night we decided to treat ourselves to burritos and it was well worth it. Warning: the large burrito is ... a beast! I got the regular size with caramel beef and it was amazing. The burritos are huge and adding whatever you like is a breeze - I got yellow rice, refried beans, veg, cheese, lettuce, Guac and sour cream. The look on my face while I was eating it said it all (apparently). Jarritos are also amazing, tried the mango and lime. Totally delicious, massively filling, and didn't leave either of us with that "ate too much takeaway" heavy feeling. We'll be back!

Food was made as I waited which I thought was fantastic, will be nice a fresh. The Guac was sour, both the burritos we had along with the nachos were stone cold, the cheese was not melted on the nachos and the sour cream was lumpy. An absolutely shambles for £35.

Burrito was soggy and cold, chicken tastes like those kids tinned meatballs. Absolutely not worth the price.

First time having something to eat from this local restaurant/takeaway. Absolutely fantastic flavours and a definite change from the usual Chinese/chip shop/Indian. The meat was so tender and tasty. I would highly recommend. 👍👍. My new favourite

We’ve loved supporting this reasonably new, small business in the post-lockdown period. The food has always been amazing…but our illusions were spoiled this evening (27/08/2023) when we were ignored when entering the shop as the male and female staff member on duty were too engrossed in conversation (not the real issue). As we placed our order, the male member of staff told his colleague “I hate when the orders start coming in, it makes me want to go home.” Clearly quite a short sighted view on things - it’s these troublesome orders that contribute to the payment of wages. Really disappointing and we’ll certainly not be in a rush to be back. I can only imagine how horrified that the business owners would be, that this is the front facing image of their business being pushed to customers.

Meal deal was not fulfilled, did not receive my naked nachos. Otherwise burrito still hot and good.

The burrito was really tasty but I'd not get the nachos or the drink next time. Nachos portion was really small (as part of the meal deal) and salsa was tasty enough but basic and watery. I'd probably just get a larger burrito and grab some juice or Dorito's elsewhere. Staff were busy doing delivery orders so I hung around a few mins before being acknowledged - but the guys were just doing their job.

I really enjoyed it! I’d read the reviews of everyone saying the portions were small but I would disagree. The burrito was the size I was expecting and the nachos were perfect. Super delicious salsa! Will definitely order again.

Waited about an hour for the food but it was really really good! The chicken tacos were good but the portion size could be bigger as it was tasty!

The food was nice and tasted fine, and it arrived on time and was warm. However, the cost is an issue. Portion sizes are way too small for the cost. The Burritos are worth half the price they charge based on size, and if youve ever eaten at other mexican resturaunts youll know what i mean when i say, its actually less than half the size, and not very filling. Unfortunately wont be ordering again due to this.

I just went here for my lunch on a whim to try this place out as it recently opened and my god it was delicious. Firstly I wasn’t sure what or how to order and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I got the regular burrito meal deal with smashed caramel beef and it was to die for. The value was also very good even though it is more expensive than a regular fast food place in the area however it was restaurant quality food and service. I will definitely be coming back for more and recommending it to my friends.
