Plan Burrito in Thanet

Hosted our daughter’s first birthday party here today with friends and family and it was absolutely fantastic! Hired out the soft play area for 2 hours and the hosting from the staff was brilliant, attended to anything we needed very quickly being very kind and polite throughout the whole party! They set up a table for food/drink which we decided to provide ourselves and put 3-4 tables down the centre of the room for all our family and friends to sit around and chat whilst the kids ran off and played which was a lovely thought! We was allowed in 30 mins before the party started to set up any decorations etc we took along and after the party was finished we was offered help many times to tidy up and on the way out I was given a burrito on the house which took me by surprise and I was very thankful for…. May I say it was delicious and I highly recommend trying it out! A huge thank you to the team at Plan Burrito, Ramsgate for being fantastic, polite and happy hosts. Everyone had a very good time (especially the kids) I highly highly recommend this establishment for kids parties and would 100% go again!

Shereen and the Team, impressing me once again! I keep coming back here as it's always very tasty food. All prepared in front of you too. There is a fantastic selection of different meats, all tasting incredible, previously I was given a taster, which made it a struggle to choose as it's all so good! Tonight Shereen informed me of the deals they had going on, which helped me save some money and informed me about their stamp cards as well as their promotional offers on social media. Shereen has been super friendly tonight, customer service on point. Thank you!

One word to sum up plan burrito delivery? Incompetent, delivered the wrong food, the guy barley spoke English, and the worker is too incompetent to understand they’ve sent us the wrong order, please do not order online, you’ll be shafted, 46 quid absolutely wasted because of a stupid stupid delivery driver

I had the pleasure of going to Plan Burrito on the way home from an event. Shereen and Eve were very welcoming and incredibly patient when I explained I had not eaten there before and was unsure what to order. They explained all the options and made an amazing burrito for me. The portion sizes were very generous and the taste was amazing. The soft play area looked great and would definitely keep little ones entertained if they can win with their parents. Thank you so much Shereen and Eve, my burrito tasted amazing!!

Lovely mexican food at a really fair price, especially considering you get to customise it as it's made rather than being a set meal. Very clean and the interior design of the restaurant is nice too. I got takeaway here for dinner on two days that I was working in Ramsgate this month and it was great quality both times. I was served by the owner who was super friendly and just a delight to chat with while my order was prepared. I live a town over from Ramsgate - I'm sure I'll be ordering with them online now and then in the future - but my hope is to be able to visit in person whenever I'm able to, as the experience was just so pleasant! While I don't have kids myself it's lovely that they have a soft play area too. An absolute asset to the town centre.

This place is very nice layout and very clean, situation in Ramsgate town. The lady who owns it is so lovely and kind, I was indecisive and she gave me recommendations and was very helpful. The food is amazing, everything you would expect & I will be back!

Lovely atmosphere and family play area at the back . Food is hot and also have a children’s option ,would recommend to anyone especially if you have little ones

We arrived as they were on the brink of close, and although we couldn’t get a burrito, the staff happily made us a Quesadilla, which was delicious. Staff are accommodating, and lovely, and the food is just as good. One of the best spots in Ramo to grab a quick and affordable bite to eat.

Wow just wow. This place is wonderful. Brilliant flavours and fantastic value for money. Its Ramsgate’s hidden gem. I also have to say what an amazing lady who owns this place. To say she is not work shy would be an understatement. This amazing place and the lady who own’s it deserves a medal for all the hard work she puts in. Not many like her these days. Definitely going bad again soon

Been here twice now (within a week) great food and value for money. The staff have been excellent on both occasions. The food a soo much flavour I can't wait to go back 😄😋

I went here for lunch and really pleased I went. The food was Really nice, good value for money, area was clean. Lovely food, very happy!
