PK (Port Glasgow) in Inverclyde

The food in here is good, it's very cheap and quick ,staff are very friendly and helpful ,back again still decent .order and collected

Absolutely disgusted phoned order in at 8.10pm it's now 10pm and shop is showing as closed... so disappointed as I'm a regular customer ie sometimes 2 to 4 times a week that's 90 quid some weeks.... I will be calling to complain .... now need to look for other options .... sort your deliveries out .... I live 10 mins from shop if that, if they were struggling they could have called and I would of walked over to collect it....

Pasta was absolutely bangin! :) Dont normally buy pasta from takeaways as i figured its just as easy and good when u make it at  home, but it was lovely and will defo try again. Only £8 and i couldnt even finish it........til this morning :P

I have been to pk many times. The food is always great when you order for a collection however when you order a delivery the service is dreadful. I have now waited 2 hours for a 1 hour wait time . Food is still not here. Gutted to leave this review as the food is good but delivery service is terrible

Quite simply don't bother, no idea what the food tastes like. Pick up order told 25m so I went after 25m to collect, then stood for another 25m before I asked them to cancel. Tbh they couldn't have cared less. Spend your money where they actually appreciate your business.

Food was good but waited almost 2 hours, a Thursday night so not the busiest night. Would recommend but collection rather than delivery.

Waited 2 hours on food and came freezing. Don’t think it’s worth £18 when it came without a can of juice missing and wrong things on the burger

Food would have been really tasty but was freezing cold .Might have been because i ordered at 6.30pm didn't arrive till 8.30pm!!!

Waited nearly 3 hrs for abit of chicken and macaroni and chips and when it came it was freezing can I won't be back absolute joke would have been quicker walking from the top of port glasgow waiting for the food in the shop then walk back up to the top of the port glasgow and would probably be warmer aswell

food itself was lovely but ordered at half 4 and only just now turned up just after 7.30 and nearly an hour after i called them to see where it was. Shame as if it wasnt for the ridiculous wait time it be easily 4 and half even 5 stars.

after waiting 2 hours for our order called the shop to be told we’ll have it in 10mins .. 50 mins later food arrives soggy and cold, novelty has wore off with pk 45 wont be ordering again

Highly recommend food was piping hot when it arrived and great prices! The loaded fries are our favourite they're £6/7 and worth it, we tried the cajun pasta, the peppercorn steak fries and the munchy box which was better than the local Chinese takeaways, signed up as a member 👌😁

Foods lovely but its ruined by how long it takes to get to you twice ive ordered and waited over 2 and a half hours for my food ..

Trying to order and keep getting online shop closed and when you check it says it is open till 9.00. Been trying to order both on app and on justeat and not able to. Tried calling them and just ringing out.

I cant comment on how the food tastes as I'm still waiting on it 2 hours and 20 mins after placing the order and a full hour since they told me it would arrive in 10 minutes😫.. there is no excuse for this and has ruined any chance of me ordering from this place again. I could have and probably should have mad a steak pie with all the trimmings from scratch in less time. It's just a burger!! Tell people how long it's going to take!!

I got 2 NewYork burgers fries onion rings and popcorn chicken cost me over £18 for the meal food counted up to £17,70 it was tasteless. l don't like burger King but the food from there was better than what l got from PK l would not recommend them. l will not be back
