Asked the kitchen to put a joke on the box for me and they definitely get a 10/10 for both pizza and joke. They shall be my new go-to in the area

Very yummy pizza once again. They even managed to do an amazing milk free (vegan cheese) for me! It is quite expensive but great for a treat night.

Top quality food. I live in grays essex, but always stop into pizza town on my way home from work, to get their amazing chicken doner, for me and the wife. And it's still warm by the time I get home 👍 The guys serving are also brilliant and friendly 👏

We thought we would try this when we heard it was the same people who run Kelvedon King. It was really lovely, definitely recommend the lamb shish! Was fresh and really tasty.

First time ordering from here tonight! We have always ordered from a different shop a few miles away…. Then I was told that both were under the same management, so thought okay, we’d give them a try. OMG!.. They didn’t disappoint... Food is absolutely delicious, kebab (chicken Shish) Top notch. Pizza second to none & coleslaw to die for. Customer service excellent, they accidentally put tomato sauce on the pizza we ordered, instead of bbq sauce (my daughter wouldn’t have eaten it with tomato base) this was very quickly sorted out and remade. The guys are so welcoming, very friendly and the banter is entertaining. 100% recommend ordering here, Well done guys..

We only discovered pizza town in November 2023 and we have never been disappointed by their food… Their new chicken donner is amazing…Tonight we had a mishap with our pizzas (which was bad timing as we were breaking our fast during Ramadan so were extra hungry) however, when I called up, the man on the phone was only more than willing to help & be kind. I even offered to collect the new pizzas as we live in Coggeshall, but he insisted he would redeliver it…So many take aways are ruined by their customer service and I have to say, we will continue to go, not just for the 5* food but the 5* customer service. Thoroughly impressed. Recently moved here as well and have spent a long time finding something suitable for all of our family. Thank you pizza town for standing above the rest.

Fast delivery, reasonably priced, food was really good, possibly the best Doner meat I've had! Gave a free sample of chicken doner to try which was good as well and a nice surprise. Chips were on the soggy side and there was a lot of liquid at the bottom of the kebab tray which went everywhere. Also find it a little odd to charge an extra 50p each to have salad and sauce separate from kebab? But overall was great, definitely recommend and will be back!

First takeaway from here. Fast friendly service with a good meal to munch on. May it long continue.

Overpriced and not always consistent. Great delivery service though. Deals are not really much cop and no 2 for 1 on pizzas which is a shame.

I’d say the best pizza shops ever!!! I’ve been coming to here a lot recently due to how amazing the food is, cooked on time and very quick service so not waiting very long when feeling hungry. Very friendly people who work there, recommend me the best pizza and now is my ultimate favourite and will be getting that all the time but not only was the food and service good I didn’t have enough money to get what i wanted and they let me off £1 on my order so I’m very satisfied and enjoying my pizza.

Poor pizza, not sure how people can praise this place have they ever had proper pizza ?? Far too greasy and undercooked won’t be ordering again.And to answer the question below yes it was the Tiptree shop there are no other Pizza town shops around ?

Their food we've tried has been perfect for us.

Chicken popcorn and chips well overed priced for what it is, chips are old ones and new ones mixed, pizzas are all sloppy, no crisp to the bottom.. need to up the game a little well expensive the new prices!

The owner is great and the food was nice and hot. Can't find anything bad to say about this place.

Good pizza especially tiptree special

Usually share a 14" seafood with my wife every once in a while but things have steadily gone downhill. Look at the dates of the bad reviews. Don't know if it's a change of management or just an attempt to cut cost but you have to strain to 'seefood' on last nights effort! Girl on phone was nice enough with her "About an hour". Would have gone to Wongs but they were shut, "Ten minutes" would have been his estimate. The dough was soggy and like I said the topping (if you can call it that) was sparse and lacked the taste of the same pizza they used to dish up a couple of years ago. Sorry Pizzatown but unless you get your act together I can see another empty shop in Tiptree. It's not as if your the only fast food shop in the village is it?. 'Fast' being an exaggeration ...

Horrendous service. Tried twice to cancel order as took over 2 hours to get here. They refused to give us our money back, asking ‘why?’ and continued to lie about how long the wait would be. Person on the phone in pizza town hung up on my daughter 3 times, and then didn’t answer the phone. Will never order Pizza Town again

Our order for delivery of Burgers and chips was not great the other night. Waited 45 minutes and paid £7 each for soggy burgers with inedible crushed bun, and rubbery inedible chips. I know it was at the end of the night but still it was really quite a shocker to get. We were so hungry and it was so late we just had to eat the burger patties and leave the rest. The burgers used to be nice but unfortunately i guess under new management. Worst burger ever I think. I wont be returning. sorry

Absolutely loved the food! Delivered hot and no mistakes on the order. Everything tasted amazing and me and the mrs we're only upset we didn't try them sooner! We will be ordering again soon!

WTAF - this is the BEST pizza around. Don't care what anyone else says, super fast delivery (third time ordered) and always ahead of time. Pizza is so lush and we order x3 9" pizza's plus extra's. Super hot, sooooo tasty and so much better than Dominoes. Highly recommened to everyone.

Was great in till last week when found a fly in our stuff crust was to late to call or take back.

Tried ringing up 40 minutes before the closing time and was told they aren't taking anymore orders. When I explained they state in their website and menu they are open for another 40minutes I was met with a rude reply of we are closed and the phone put down. I thought this was supposed to be a family business but it seems they can't run to their own published business hours.

Order delivery to Travelodge in Feeling with no problems. All food hot and all delicious. We had garlic bread, pizza and burger. Would definitely order from here again. Thanks.

Had over £30 worth of pitzas and hot wings delivered I ate one piece of pitza that was tastess and being a meat had one inch by inch square piece of bacon placed in the middle of each slice with a beautiful lump of greacy grissle on everyone The hot wing I ate two of , they was crap with a pot of BBQ sauce separate so I expect they forgot I wanted hot wings!!!! So if there's any hungry tramps out there desperate of food you may pop round if you can stomach it and have this dog food for free. Our dogs turned their noses up at it. Cheerio
