the lamb donner was amazing no grease not crispy or dry just nice and tender just 10/10 salad nice and fresh and great portion for the price will 100% be returning

The garlic bread and nuggets I ordered were fine - no issues with them. But the main event - the pizza I ordered was just very underwhelming. The tomato sauce on it didn't have much flavour to it. Also I ordered a stuffed crust option and the cheese in the crust wasn't fully melted so did not feel all that pleasant to eat.

This place is absolutely amazing from food to service can’t be beaten and the food is always fresh and clean never cold and always delivered warm, thanks Alom!

Once upon a time, under the original management before Covid, this place was really good. However, since then, management has changed several times. Under the previous management, things were really bad, and while the new current management has improved things to an “okay” level, there’s still a lot of work to be done. For starters thier wings are terrible! They are often black in the inside and cold. When you ask to wait for fresh chicken they tell you that this is fresh but clearly it isn’t with the blackness found inside the wings. However the pizza is good as well as the lamb burgers and the staff are friendly but need to really improve on the chicken especially the wings!

I ordered 6 wings and chips twice and 1 fillet burger meal - i asked the guy to give me fresh wings. These wings were unedible and left me with stomach ache. I dont think i’ll come here again. These wings seem like cooked at the opening of the shop and kept in the wing oven the whole day.. i asked the staff nicely to give me good wings.. couldve made me fresh wings and throw all the other shit wings that are hard and unedible.. lost me as a customer.

the delivery man left our order on other address and he called when he left the stuff on other address which is so bad we are not satisfied with yr service 😑

I live nearby the shop . At least twice in a week I had their food . I love their pizza and specially they have got variety of kebab options. Specially the guy Alam he deal with customer very nicely. Best of luck for pizza town . Highly recommended

Their food is really nice. Specially the spicy grilled wings. It takes 20 mins of time but that worts it!!!!! Their pt special kebab is also damn good. I love their food.

Everything was good as usual except the fact that I expected the food to include fries instead of pita bread, as the last time we ordered, because on the app menu it’s not listed to select between either of them and this time they add a different side than I expected. This is the only issue.

Their doner kebab was very nice. One of friend bought food from their shop . Highly recommend

We had a lamp donner but it wasn’t taste like donner and I really disappointed because it wasn’t even fresh and we paid 7.99£ pounds, however I really want to make sure to inform other people who don’t have any experience on this place, please do not order anything from this shop. I would like to tell to the owner that this is not fair that we pay nearly 8 pounds and don’t enjoy.

Chips weren't cooked enough.. portion of regular doner is lacking.. also not cooked enough, sauce was tasteless, oil was excessive. But the food was edible.. altogether it was abysmal.

The kebab meat was slightly overcooked but edible. Salad was nice. Would have been nicer if the pitta was packed separately so it wouldn’t be soggy on arrival. The chilli sauce was somehow watery yet really piquant at the same time. Strange. The Greek Salad was awful! It’s just lettuce, tomatoes, a bit of cucumber, onion and pizza topping cheese on it! No feta cheese, no olives, no dressing. It’s like a standard salad with grated ‘plastic’ mozzarella on it - hardly Greek at all. Disappointed overall

Alright. The chicken is tender, flavorful it has the right amount of spice!The crisp stay on the chicken but it’s not overly fried. If you are African or you just enjoy delicious spicy food in general then this is your spot. You might have to wait for your meal outside though because the inside is quite hot. They also have chicken doner/kebabs/burgers and if you don’t eat meat don’t be afraid they got something for you as well.

put red cabbage and garlic sauce on one kebab that I never ask for I only said one kebab with red cabbage and garlic sauce

Ordered a kebab with just lettuce and red cabbage and I ended up with it lettuce cabbage onions peppers which isn’t so much a problem but them putting chilli sauce on it when I never asked is a problem .. last time I ordered the same thing happened.. please don’t add chilli sauce to stuff when it’s not been asked

TERRIBLE! Rude staff members blaming me, I place a order then realised I hadn't customised my pizza so I had to find the restaurants number on Google called them they reassured me that I'd receive my order as requested, received my order n the pizza was wrong so I called them up to be shouted at down the phone by a staff member telling me that I didn't put it in the comments therfore it was my fault, customer service in this place is 0 don't order from here if you like your food a particular way

the kebab was good , but the pizza was very bad. you can tell it was rushed because the toppings were very messy and not presentable for a pizza. secondly it was undercooked. wouldn't recommend

Don’t bother wasting ure money here. Ordered a meal for over £7….Chicken burger pre made and cold, a small amount of chips asked for chilli on the side, the lady refused to give it.

Cockroaches walking in the shop. Staff could not be bothered to even address the issue.

Disappointing service from them. I’ve ordered a few times in the last few weeks and each time the order has been really late. Today was the worst - arrived 2.5 hours after placing my order. Not only that, but they got the order wrong too. Very frustrating to deal with - I called 5 times to chase the order and each time they said it was no more than 10 minutes away. I’m on crutches at the moment otherwise would have collected myself, but their poor handling has but a downer on the evening. I would have understood if they genuinely apologised and said they couldn’t deal with the volume of orders - at least that would be an honest response. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Not for the first time they bring a completely wrong order. on the phone they can be rude in response. And the order itself waited about 2 hours for the last time. We will never order from them again!

What on earth is going on in there? Just been there yesterday and got gobsmacked by the guys running the shop! New ownership has taken place and several inexperienced teenage international students have been hired to run the shop who's got no clue. 3 of them couldn't work out how to charge me for 4 wings and chips, when asked for ketchup and chilli sauce over the meal they said I can only choose 1 as they come with the order (absurd and never heard before on a wings n chips order). After fiddling around I was told there's no sauce either. The guys could not work out the meal boxes either and kept breaking them. Lastly, most importantly the food has gone absolutely for the WORST as the original owner is gone with their recipe. I'd never go back.

The most insignificant restaurant that I can imagine ordering to my house was late delivery by an hour and 10 minutes, they didn't even ask for an apology. The food has almost no taste at all. I appreciate that if they want what they ate, they still have to pay.

If you want food, go in person. Don't order online - they will keep the delivery at the shop and the app will say "delivered" - not apologise, giving excuses for not delivering. All in all, extremely poor customer service.

Prices were awful. Food made me sick. Wings weren’t cooked properly or cleaned properly. Burger, pizza and chips also were terrible as well.

Avoid ordering from this place. Pizza was cold. The base is hard. The kebab is rock hard with no flavours. Contacted the shop. His response was that's how they make they pizza. Awful food and customer service. Avoid

Horrible experience time and time again. Whenever we’ve asked for the lamb doner to be fresh we’ve been met with rock hard, cold meat. Just today we were told it was fresh got home and realised it was the complete opposite. Furthermore when we went back to change this there was no apology given and then given a small portion although we paid for a large. To top it off the other food had gone cold given we had to go back to change this. I would not recommend anyone to eat there. Complete rip off. This Bangladeshi guy only take money and don't even give enough quantity of food you pay for. Earlier management was much better. Ses like he just want money and don't want repeat business. Not going back again

This place was actually quite good before but now under new management the food is just horrible, I’ve had it multiple times hoping it was just once but nope, the quality of the food is just atrocious!

The place was amazing. But after the refurbishment the new staff is very rude, they allways trying to charge extra, the food quality dropped. After being a loyal customer for a very long time. Ill buy my picas and kebabs elsewhere. Not recommended!

Chicken kebab - not very tasty and very small portions for £7

This place is not good when it comes to getting your food on time. I waited 1 hour for my food and it still didn't arrive. I live 7 mins away from the shop and it has taken over 1 hour for my food to come. The lady in the shop just keeps saying its really busy and using that as an excuse to get people off the phone. I will not be ordering from this place again and I think you should get drivers to deliver on time or get drivers to do there job properly. I ordered from just eat and they gave me a time frame for the order and the delivery was delivered 20 mins after the time frame.

Quality is compromised in their all the deals. I got pizza in lunch time offer it was really hard to chew dont know where the problem was in the bread or in cheese..but i must say they are giving less price but making the quality worse and portion of chips smaller

Just ordered 3 pcs chicken. There was almost no meat. Just bones, crumbs and sause. Extremely disappointed!

There is a pathetic customer service here. A lady is on phone all the time and serving the customer. Asking to pay every one and get rid the customer and keep talking over the phone. I paid twice for my order because her attention was on the phone. She didn’t know what I ordered. She had a rubbish attitude. Never come back here. Even I saw her first time here. Staff changed.

This was very good shop once upon a time! But if you can’t a make margarita right… there’s not much hope for the rest of the menu. The pizza came over cooked and had next to no tomato base…how do you sell pizza without tomato base is beyond me, but nonetheless, the worker whom we spoke to was adamant he made the perfect pizza… I’ve attached the images below, anyone can judge for themselves… it’s a real disappointment as this was my local pizza shop but it seems to have been taken over by Wrong people. The owner was not present as I can’t image they would have found this acceptable

Dont waste your time and money, they will take your money when you order online and lie about the delivery time. Basically robbing you and also once they wont pick up the phone.

So far I've ordered two pizzas from them and I've been very very happy with what I got. They make amazing pizza, probably better than most big companies nowadays. Looking at negative reviews it seems like they come mostly from customers who ate in the shop I cant comment on that since I only order for delivery. The base is thin and crusty yet not too hard or thin, flavor is there, toppings are fresh and full of flavor, not too much oil but just enough as it should be. Price could be lower but for what you get I think it is fair enough. Keep it up you might become my main pizza place

Came in to order my food. I was in the que. The front house staff's mate came in and jumped the que and took his order. I spoke up asked I was in the que first. He then said to me we are busy I can't talk. We talk after. Absolutely poorling customer service. New owners you need to teach your staff how to treat customers properly. Thank you
