Do not order delivery from this store. Delivery times have been shocking this evening. Ordered online 18.15, email received stating delivery 19.52, chased at store 19.00 to be told it’s leaving soon, arrived 19.35 order received was wrong as well, called to say this and I had the correct food delivered in 25 mins??? Delivery driver very polite and apologetic, shop staff are not interested. Staff explained it’s the website that’s wrong and they have tried to fix it. They’re always having this issue! They only received the order at 19.50. The address on the website is wrong the shop is no longer in Thelwall.

Took Order, was quote45 minute wait for delivery, once order paid for changed to 1h 25. Called after 1h 45 to be told first to wait another 45mins, then he needs to call his boss as it’s too far. I’ve ordered from here for 5years. New management shockingly rude and won’t pay a refund

Pizza and Cheeseburger delivered. Good flavour. Completely satisfied. Would recommend.

Ive had a few pizza from here all been nice and on time ,also ive just ordered a tuna special 12" and a chicken strip wrap its come on time and its really good worth ordering from here

I would have easily said this was the best place in Warrington as they don’t use those awful frozen pizza bases that everywhere else use. Imagine my horror when I ordered and everything had drastically changed and the dreaded frozen cr*p turned up at my door. The dip in quality is absolutely shocking. The disappointment, immeasurable. I won’t be taking the risk of ordering from here again. Sort it out lads. You had a good thing going.

My local kebab place, tasty fresh chicken and shish kebab. Nice crispy chips. Food always good temperature. The staff are friendly so Highly recommend

We have been a regular customer here since the place opened, However not anymore. Twice now we have been sent raw chicken..chicken with actual blood in. Sometimes these things happen and after the first time we let it go....but twice now is just not acceptable. I would like to see the hygiene scores ....if they have any. When I rang the restaurant they shown no interest and gave me a half hearted apology They have lost a regular customer now and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Very poor

Ordered a small pizza and kebab. Cost 20 quid. I thought this was very expensive. Then my kebab came with no bread. Literally just chicken in a box

Would have given zero but no option ordered food for a birthday meal at 7pm on the 11th of July, it is currently 11am on the 12th still waiting, was told it would be here within the hour but not sure which one????. Reply to response from owners: our order was 1 x veggie kebab with lemon and herb sauce 1x 12in veggie supreme 1x wedges with bbq sauce and cheese 1x 10in veggie supreme 1 x donner kebab with garlic mayo Rang from a land-line in Lymm, at 7pm last night told one hour wait, address was confirmed and c-o-delivery agreed. Gave additional 30min discretion and rang solidly from 8.30. Voice message from said land-line was left after 9pm when engaged tone finally stopped and got through

Ordered over 2 hours ago via just eat - called them, to which they didn’t answer - queried with Just Eat who said the restaurant claimed it had already been delivered! Just Eat offered a full refund - Not even an explanation or apology from the restaurant at all.

Delivery took a while but worth the wait everything we ordered was lovely. Hot and delicious

My address didn’t come through correctly on my online order. My daughter called to tell them where we live and got shouted at, then the guy put the phone down. He then arrived at my house and shouted at my wife at the door. He’s very lucky I didn’t answer the door. Will never order from them again.

Food showed up it was cold, half the food was missing. I was told to call up within the next couple of days and they will give me the missing food. I’ve called up and they said they can not delivery the food unless I place an order of £10?? So they get more money out of me even tho I placed nearly a £30 order when the food was cold and missing. I wasn’t allowed a refund and wasn’t allowed my missing food that I payed for. I’m Disgusted

Always happy to support local businesses but over half an hour late and not great pizza. I live 2 minutes away and was told at 8pm the pizzas were on their way. They arrived 8.25pm after an order which should've arrived at 7.50pm. Very disappointing! Stick to Pizza Express, Dominoes or Cheshire Pizzeria in Grappenhall. Sorry but a very poor and disappointing experience.

Wow, ordered for the first time this evening. The app works brilliantly. We were told 60 minutes and pizzas arrived 60 minutes later. Pizzas were warm and really tasty, plus free garlic bread. Well impressed

Credit where due. Food? No critisism. Delivery? Well 40 minutes turned out to be 2.5 hours. Customer service? Don't let your customers hear you arguing and swearing - effin n blindin when they ring to ask where there order is - don't lie - if it's going to be 2.5 hours delivery please say so - and please - don't switch phone off when you recognise a customers number calling yet again to see where there order is! Your food is good! But boy actually getting it is pretty tough!

Wouldn't order again. Food arrived at a good time, but turns out we were missing part of a big order. My husband had to wait another hour & a half for his food when we all had eaten. The burgers came with sauce on when we left a note not to add it. Over an hour and a half to receive the missing part of the order.

After a hard days graft, I was looking forward to treating my lovely Mrs to some takeaway. How disappointed were we!!!. Upon entering the establishment we were not greeted with any conversation plus when the restaurant stand in waiter finally made it to the counter we found the menus on and proceeded to order with a struggle as the village idiot muttered in pigeon English the price of the 2 "so we thought " premium kebabs. FOURTEEN POUNDS for 2 kebabs, then after being instructed our over priced food would be 5 minutes, we returned to our car at which I slipped and fell right outside the front door on a wet and chip fat covered pavement and was offered no help.......apart from a help up off the floor from my wife to be. When we got home " eventually with the food it was awful, expensive and not even well presented as 1 salad garnish was lacking in depth and the lettuce was brown and slimy, I have to say we would never return or purchase anything from this establishment again x

Dreadful. Will never order from here again. Pizzas delivered cold, wrong order and one pizza the delivery guy dropped on the floor sideways and then told me it would be ok; it wasn’t. Lymm needs a quality pizza restaurant, unfortunately this isn’t it.

Ordered delivery to Lymm. Order arrived on time. Food great temperature. Ordered pizzas. Both were delicious. Lots of toppings. Excellent. Will be ordering again.

We got a takawata from here. In the past the pizzas have been great. But this time, well, first of all we had to online order twice to confirm the order. They say for our area it takes 30mins to deliver. It was late by 15mins. The pizzas and garlic bread were doughy as in not cooked properly. One of us did not get the order they wanted, my donner and chips were mildly property to tastless. Obviously a bad chef awful plasticy ingredients and if there's a different owner. Well rethink your ideas.

Was so looking forward to this place opening. I thought its just what we needround here. A little pizza place... fresh base and woodfired.. unfortunately it was kebab shop pizza and electric oven.. service was gd and they are trying but... its was also expensive for what is was.. woodfired fresh pizza prices but with kebab shop ingredients.. most damming is that even my kids werent keen

Awful Service! Ordered a pizza at 2 when the app and the website say they open, they took my money and said it would be delivered for 2:45 on the app. I ring up at 3:15 and they tell me they don’t open til 4, even though they’re in the shop, and I’ll just have to wait. The manager refused to speak to me and the staff were rude and obnoxious. DO NOT ORDER HERE

When I can find this place when it's open, it's always a great place to eat and an even better way to end a night out. Food is very nice and good quality and the staff always friendly
