Bit dissapointed in the chicken tikka kebab was more like mixed meat not sure if I got right order but didn't enjoy it waste of money

Food just lately is becoming attrocious, and buy 1 get 1 free on collection where you dont even get a free one a delivery driver had to ask if wanted a free one and still didnt get a free one, not a very well run shop at all. May start trying somewhere else.

Ordered from just eat about 10pm... The man delivered it (rang the doorbell) no problem, we opened it, as we were passed the food he started raising his voice. As my little ones room is at the top of the stairs, we asked him if he could just be a little quiet as our daughter was in bed, he started almost yelling and ranting that we are so far out, he had to travel 8 miles! I'm sorry but that was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Change your just eat settings for goodness sake! Also the chicken tikka kebab was flavourless and like rubber. The pizza just salty. I will not be back! So don't worry...

They knock out good food every time for me, pizzas, fried chicken and chips. Always top notch for me

Viviano Pizza does really nice pizzas at a great price. The only thing that I struggled with was getting directions here since on google maps this place is named "pizza palace" which is confusing. It needs changing to it's new name because it's going to confuse people.

Order pizzas and chips and everyone love them literally had 13 kids 6 adults and everyone was arguing over the pizza 🍕 as everyone wanted more 5 starts from everyone who was here to day :)

Just had a chicken kebab, absolutely delicious, not dry, huge portion. We also had the best cheesy chips and one of best pizzas we've eaten in ages. Really friendly staff too. Thank you. We'll definitely be back.

Awful food. Calzone was tasteless and parts was uncooked, put sauce on the wrong calzone. Chips have been warmed up, went in the bin! Was a waste of money!

Just ordered pizza, chips and burger from our holiday let nearby. We were quoted an hour for delivery but it came within half an hour. The food was tasty and hot, everyone really enjoyed their pizza. As we had made a large order, they kindly threw in a free garlic bread. The delivery driver was really chatty and polite too. Can't fault this takeout, thank you! ADDENDUM : Booked a meal out our second night at Pesto at the Peacock. They'd stopped serving because they were too busy! Gutted,however drove back to the holiday let, ordered from Viviano again and again received excellent food and service. Sad to be back home and out of range for delivery!

Ordered our pizzas tonight at 19:35 through just eat.... Had an email to say would arrive by 20:50! finally arrived at 22:09 cold and burnt after ringing up twice to find out where our pizzas was the lady on the phone was very polite and apologized, the male that came on the phone was very rude absolutely disgusted!!!!

Ordered from here a few times, the food wasn't bad but last week upon ordering when we received the food the food was cold and our order was wrong. After phoning viviano pizza they stated that we could have a free meal next time we ordered after ringing for this they changed what they had said claiming that it was only a free pizza and that I could only have £10 off the order. They ended up being rude on the phone after I questioned this and ended up hanging up on them since I wasn't getting anywhere.

Appalling! Pizza and garlic bread had either been dropped or stored on their side, had slid to one side of the box in a heap with the topping stuck all over lid. Chips were wet and soggy. Tiramisu was still frozen. Delivered by a teen with a car full of his mates. No care and attention taken at all. Complained to shop as wanted refund for the pizza, but owner decided he didn't understand and just kept repeating call Just Eat.

Order took 1hr45mins to deliver, when quoted 1hr. This was a midweek night! When the food arrived they missed an item off our order which had to be sent out again to us, 20 minutes later. The delivery driver also had the cheek to try and short change me! I spoke with them over the phone twice (after ordering on Food Hub) and both times they sounded like they didn't have a clue how to run a takeaway. After finally tucking in to our food, we discover the chips are undercooked and soggy, and the tuna and sweetcorn pizza had at least 3 flakes of tuna! Its the first time we've tried Viviano, and certainly the last!

ordered food via internet for a delivery of 19.35 contacted when food was late to be told it will arrive sometime soon ?? when it eventually arrived the food was cold and the margerita pizza was burnt to a crisp the cheese topping was almost black it was that bad if you have any sense go elsewhere as i will never be using these again id rather starve terrible service terrible excuses avoid avoid.

had a menu posted through my letter box so thought i would try this place out, rang up made an order and they say total is around £18 something. i total it up to 14.70, i ask well how much is the pepperoni pizza? he says £9.00 so i told him on the menu the pizza is £7.60 he says 'no you have old menu' i told him this menu was posted only 3 weeks ago. he then says yes i was correct the pizza is £7.60 on the menu. i ask how much now ? he still gives me a totally different price to what we have added up after repeating the items and there prices to him from this menu he then says he will put me on the phone to his manager and he was like 'pepperoni pizza is £9.00!! order is £18++!!' ...so i never ordered. the menu is the same as the online just eat so do not understand. i think he just pulled them prices out of thin air. if you order from this place i advise that you make sure your order adds up correctly.

Terrrible service in preparation too. bunch of monkeys probably could of done better job (not slating the hygiene cos its pretty sick tbf) but i ordered chicken and its not like they ran out they didnt bother putting it on which is tight to be fair cos mans a big chicken lover and this proper was a downer on my sons tea considering i thought about a casual pizza as it says on the site. obvious not more hard work than the missus tbf nuff said would like my chicks next time.

Absolutely ignorant people. Couldn't understand us speaking clearly. Repeated the order twice then the guy passed the phone to someone else and wanted us to repeat the order again. Gave them the postcode 4 times then they hung up

Not the best takeaway I've ever had! Sent us way too many chips because it wasn't labelled up correctly on just eat website... food was standard but had far better ones!! The chicken pops were the best thing about the meal. Probably won't be ordering from here again as took too long to arrive and wasn't worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from this particular place. Called to order the meal 5 which entail 1 11inch pizza 1 quater pounder and 2 cans of Pepsi I made an alteration of shaping the pizza for a calzone for an extra 50p and asked for 2 cans of coke. At most even with the additional cans this should have cost me £10.60 but the gentleman tried to say it would be 16 pounds I disputed this and was met by argument and disrespect, to which point I refused to order from the establishment as I didn't feel 100% that my food would remain untouched nore would I receive it at the price it should have been.
