Pizza Oven in Oadby and Wigston

Not good, asked for a lamb doner with salad, left with a tray of done meat with salad, went back demanded a refund which I eventually got.

missed off parts of my order. rang to complain and the person on the other end didn't speak very clear English. felt like I was being shouted at and none the wiser as to whether they're going to replace my missing items

ordered their pizza for take away, the pizza was amazing and we tried there signature crispy wings, it was really worth the price and they even deliver upto 3.5 miles, try ringing them ans ask if they deliver to the location you live, hats off to the management & the kind staff

Order was incorrect, ordered lamb shish kebabs and received lamb kofta and only 1 had pitta and salad. rest of the order was only luke warm. Won't be ordering again, recommend you don't either!

There was ONE worker that had no clue what he was doing he spoke very little English so communicating what I wanted to order and how I wanted to pay caused issues the problem wasn’t his lack of English but the fact he was the only person working in there in a place where the majority of people only know English aswell as this their menu is wrong and have proceeded to keep it up knowing it was wrong leading to my mate being charged more for what he ordered I found my experience there to appalling and quite frankly I’d like them to sort it out as everyone else In there found it to be embarrassing, to resolve this they should sort out their menu and have more workers.

Unfortunately after using pizza oven for years this one wasn’t very good , I don’t know if you have changed the ingredients or the pizza dough but it wasn’t very good ,was soggy and didn’t taste as good as before shame 🙁

The person at the front desk couldn’t understand what I was saying had to ring back, the kebab looked like it was microwave and the nan bread was rock hard I will never order from them again

Not the first time I'm ordering from this place, absolutely love pizzas there, but this time was undercooked,I could see and feel undone dough in pizza,had to put it in oven. Absolutely disappointed

Under new management. Lovely staff and drivers, can't fault their friendly approach. Unfortunately the pizzas ordered where a bit under cooked. Almost still doughy near the middle and a little cold. It used to be very good before. Also forgot my garlic pizza bread, but they did send one 30mins afterwards, but it kinda ruined the meal having that late. But for the price it's ok. unfortunately I wont be ordering again if they are under cooked, shame it was very good before.

Awful chicken was dry like it had been left for hours and had a weird grey colour and smell was literally inedible and pizza was disgusting cold and not been cooked properly as it was very very doughy only positive was the delivery driver was amazing five stars to him

Delivered at 21:55.. Placed order at 20:25..food was delivered cold and soggy.. Almost un edible.. Called restaurant.. They didn't care.. Blamed it on new delivery staff... Appalling service

Delivery driver friendly. Chicken Shish kebab was not actually a shish kebab. It was minced meat. Chicken Shish is cubed meat.

After a delay in delivery, the kebab order was wrong. What we did get wasn’t great and couldn’t really eat it, too spicy and dry. The only positive is that the food was hot.

After a bad quality order prior, the manager called me that night to offer sincere apologies and even sent out another meal which was absolutely delicious. so I ordered again, and honestly the one bad order I had was simply a one off. the pizzas are very hot and very tasty and I would definitely order again, especially since they went above and beyond to rectify a bad experience in the first order. I can't thank them enough. fantastic service to do so 💜

Having just moved locally I went with somewhere close, didnt check reviews. I only live 7 minutes from the shop. Ordered 1620 arrived an hour later. Chips were cold and bone dry, they needed pop to swallow them down. The texture was as though theyd be microwaved. The Cheesy Japapeno bites (were bigger than the place I used to get from), but they were really hard and dark, as though left in the fryer much too long - and that could be tasted. The chicken strips were also either left in too long, or reheated/refried Pizza was passable but had to heat it up a bit. Garlic bread was wet, cold and burnt in places. I dont know if the driver did a number of drop offs before mine, as even after it had been delievered the tracker still said the shop had my order and it didnt change to "on its way". The only element was as it should be, was the can of pop!. The rest was quite diappointing. The chap who delievered it was pleasant, thats why Ive rated higher for service, not for the qaulity of food or time it took at a non busy time. Polystyrene containers dont help as all the steam gets trapped and turned into condensation

We ordered three pizzas they came quickly but half the toppings, meat etc were hidden in the pizza cheese. There didn’t seem to be much of the toppings we had to dig around to find them. The small amount of pepperoni found was a poor standard. We called to complain and got nowhere, I’d recommend trying elsewhere

Absolutely awful the pizza was tiny meant to be 15” food was all soggy and damp boxes broken also. The delivery driver was extremely rude and arrogant and very aggressive towards us demanding £2 or we wouldn’t get the food. Also the tango we got was expired in 2015 !!!!! Ruined food and awful customer service when we asked to speak to a manager they claimed he wasn’t in even though the driver got him up on the phone and he was in the restaurant. Will never order from here again absolutely awful!

Didn’t get full order. Large donner meal isn’t worth £2 never mind 7! Unhappy and trying to get a full refund. £27 worth of food which would barely feed a toddler and dry as you can get!

the stuffed crust pizza tasted like soap, got some sweetcorn on a pizza that I didn’t order it on, and the pepperoni isn’t real pepperoni, would not order again

Always so nice. In the 50 or more times I've had food, only 1 time i wasnt over the moon. Quality place, and even remembers my fave meal regards the plain burger guy.

I ordered 2 deep pan pizzas for delivery. Over 90 minutes later and after a phone call to the shop 2 thin crusts arrived, half cooked and cold. The delivery person was rude and aggressive. I won’t use them again. 1 star as I can’t give zero

Had a kebab & chips on Friday night and the kebab wasn't too bad. Tasted a little microwaved but nothing unbearable. The pizza tastes a lot better! Had some slight miscommunication issues over phone orders for collection historically, though. I'd go back and order from there again, as a local takeaway.

Don’t order pepperoni on BOGOF pizzas; I ordered pepperoni as two of my four toppings and pizza came half an hour late with one slice of pepperoni the size of a 5p! Poor service and not fresh as advertised.

Awful!! Food was cold was called a liar when I was standing outside for 10 minutes driver doesn't speak any english kebab pitta wasnt even cut open was thrown in the box with meat on top and brown lettuce chicken was dry and to top it all off was cold! AVOID!!!!!!!!

This place is lovely, I ordered a kabab a burger meal and a mixed kabab. I ordered cherry coke but they had ran out! the delivery guy was so apologetic and said he brought an alternative he’s customer service was just brilliant and the food was also lovely and a lot of it too. Keep up the great work guys!

They used to be very good. They’ve really gone down hill. The portions are very stingy, hardly any salad with the kebabs any more. The pizzas barely have any toppings on them anymore. They’re always forgetting stuff in our order. Never ever again.

Absolutely awful service! Food was late and when it was finally delivered some of my order was missing. More mayonnaise than burger, pizza was cold, would not recommend this place one bit!

We been using this place for several years, ownership or something has changed! We asked for deep got what looked like thin and even then pizza was raw, you really could feel and see the uncooked dough. When we rang to complain the manager argued on the phone and did send replacement but an hour later (was stated 30 mins). Same again, thin and uncooked! No refund given only stress and argument when spoken to manager again on delivery guys mobile! Unfortunately, our daughter had eaten a slice before we noticed the issue and she is suffering with tummy probs this evening already! People, please don't use this place, they really don't know what they are doing!!!!!!!

We have been regular customers for over 2 years. We used to go and collect the pizzas as they did not deliver to our village. However, they recently changed their delivery radius, meaning that we could have our pizzas delivered and we could pay by phone on card. Unfortunately last week we called to order pizza on a Saturday night at about 6.30pm (the customer service is never brilliant- we have sometimes found the staff unfriendly and unprofessional) when we called they told us that they were too busy to do deliveries and ended the conversation. This is very rude and, to make it worse, a friend of mine told me that they had ordered at about 8pm on the same day and had their pizza delivered to an address which was further away than ours. I won't be coming here again, we ordered from Perfect Pizzas in Wigston and they were very friendly, the pizzas were lovely and warm when they arrived- we will be using them in future.

Lovely pizza delivered hot and the pizza's were great . I would have liked really thin crispy base but they didn't do it. There was s good choice of toppings and if you wanted to you could make your own.

We ordered here for the first time, and we were not disappointed. We ordered over the phone and the delivery came in 20 mins which was great for a Friday night. My son loved his jacket potato with butter and chicken nuggets, they have a really nice vegetarian pizzas too. The food came warm and fresh. All in all a great service and delicious food... 5 Stars. :) :) :)

We had a takeaway from here, delivered quickly but such cheap quality food, the chips resembled carpet. They tasted as if they had been cooked last week and I had a fish burger which was tasteless and slimey very bad quality, Very unhappy with this meal and I wouldn't use them again

Never judge a book by its cover. Outside this place does not look much. However they have the best Hygiene rating and serve food reasonably well priced and to a good standard.

The food is very nice but if they tell you to collect in 15 minutes then you should leave it at least 25. Staff changed about two years ago and it's not the same quality.

Buy one get one free..... What a joke when the pizza is tiny and you have to wait two hours..... AVOID them you ring the manager who has no clue about customer service and wants to argue with you.... No buy one get one free just double the price for less 😤😤

We saw Pizza Oven on Just Eat website but decided to order direct with the Pizza Oven - My children had a choice tonight as a treat of either pizza, chinese, indian, they choose pizza .... the pizza's came they were hot and lots of cheese and tomato and the chips were hot and very crispy ..... WELL DONE PIZZA OVEN ... we will order again next week!!!

Food is well cooked. Prices are very reasonable considering the B.O.G.O.F deal available on all pizzas.
