Pizza Marinos in Birmingham

I order through Uber eats and never received my order. This was a treat since money is tight and can’t afford it all the time. When I ask for it to be redone they refused said was due to driver to wait for refund. Other companies when had issues they would re do the order. Now had no food and being regular customers never order again.

Tenemos comida para llevar de manera semi - regular y siempre es bueno. Patatas fritas son muy agradables y te dan un montón. Bien vale la pena por una buena pizza, papas fritas y bebida por un buen precio.

Fui al lugar donde los chefs son muy agradables y una vez que conseguí mi pizza fue delicioso. Recomendaría 10/10.

A todas las personas que piensan que la pizza de marino es mala. Está usted equivocado. la última vez que fui allí, solo pedí una pizza peperoni, pero cuando fui a recogerla, no solo me cobraron menos que el precio original, sino que también me dieron papas fritas y agregaron chili mayo. # buena pizza

Not that happy food arrived early Which is good. But half my food was missing when I phoned they said it would be out in 20 minuets I was still waiting half hour later to 40 minutes the food wasn't here the food I'd ordered was cold and while waiting for the rest of my food it went cold. At this time I phoned to find out it still hasn't left the shop I'd now waited 1 hour 35 minutes and I was still waiting for my food ld ordered from the start. He said I'd could have it free next time but I barely order pizza I would like a refund for my whole meal as I didn't eat it.

We ordered 2 x 12” pizzas as well as a selection of side orders, but was charged full price for the two pizzas as opposed to getting one free as advertised. The food was pretty good, but when pretty much every places does BOGOF on pizzas it is a little calling to pay so much when we could have ordered from some place else and payed half as much. The delivery driver was. really nice guy which cushioned the blow.

Excellent food, quick delivery, glad my favourite is back on my list, app hasn't listed it as close enough in a while...

Very fast service, delicious pizzas and excellent people

Food took an hour and 45 mins to be delivered. It was cold and they gave me garlic bread instead of my pizza or it was with a garlic base when I asked for tomato. Very poor service.

Food was 30mins late and pizza was burnt. Will not be ordering from here again. Awful.

I have ordered here so many times and have never been disappointed. I only live down the road so they deliver the food within 10 minutes every time I order. Very friendly delivery men and the food is always superb. Would recommend to everyone.

The pizza I ordered was absolutely disgraceful I don't think I've had a pizza worse than this . The toppings were very scarce the Base was non existing and it was cold ! Even though my partner went to collect . The fried had no taste and were very dry . And to top it up the order still took a while upon going to collect sorry will not be ordering again

the food was nice however their customer service is shocking. called up to discuss my order with them and was put on hold only to be slagged off in a different language which yes, I could understand!!! wouldn’t recommend them due to their abysmal customer service!

delivery driver lost the property (even though ANY sat-nav can find the property. When he eventually arrived, he thought it was funny that we had watched him drive past our property (at speed!) twice. Also, one of the chicken strips had a bite taken out of it!! unhappy at service, but the food, (when not bitten into!) was good.

I understand the delivery was late due to weather conditions.

Ordered food for when I would be home from work, it came an hour early which meant it was cold by the time I got home, the staff at the restaurant were extremely rude, so not order from here!

although food was delivered later than estimated arrival it was worth the wait considering the poor weather conditions

First time using this place. Really bad weather, snow etc, staff did their best to get the food to me, it was two an half hours after the order time, but they got it here. Food was hot an delicious. A* for the effort the staff put into this.

incapable of following simple instructions! specifically asked them to ring me when the food was here and not ring the doorbell, however the driver would not stop ringing the bell and banging on the door which woke my whole family up.

not even one tub of sauce again only got one sauce that I paid 30p for like how do you expect people to eat with no sauces after spending money on takeaway from your restaurant?SECOND time this has happened now even though it was MENTIONED CLEARLY for a reason.

I’m really disappointed I always order from here and it’s normally early, it had been nearly an hour and half since I ordered and no sign of the food and didn’t even say on route. I then rang them for them to say leaving in 2 minutes like I hadn’t waited long enough, it then took them another 20 minutes to get the food to me. when they got here no explanation as to why so late or an apology. I’m upset as they’re never usually this bad, I didn’t even have a big order just one pizza and some garlic bread!

Im a regular customer here the food is fantastic. I placed an order for two chicken burger meals and a lamb tikka starter. You sent me one chicken tikka burger meal and one lamb tikka starter and one single chicken tikka burger. I payed for my order bye card. I was not happy about this.......Ive never had a problem before. If i payed for two burger meals i excpect two burger meal to be deliverd. Thankyou

pizza was slighty over done (cheese burned) orderd 5 dips 30p each and only got 2!!

My partner was very unhappy . He order a cheeseburger and it came with mayo on it! Who puts mayo on a cheeseburger?! He hates mayo. I like mayo and even I thought there was way to much on. And the whole thing ended up in the bin. He was very unhappy as we were very hungry and excited for the food. You can’t just assume everyone likes mayo.

If I could give a minus I would, I ordered the food at 3.450 and received confirmation that the food will be delivered at 4.55pm (the restaurant added an extra 10 mins). My kids were very hungry, so I followed up with the restaurant at 5.05pm and was told I should receive my food in 5 mins. At 5.1.5 food still not arrived, restaurant told me the driver has left, so I should receive within 5 mins. The food was still had not arrived at 5.30pm! The restaurant should have the decency to be honest, I won't be ordering from these cowboys again! Food finally arrived at 5.30pm!

Am a regular to marinios but dont write too many reviews, usually lovely food, hence why im a regular. However, once upon a time marinios spicy wings were a thing of legend, i would yearn all day for their succulent texture and genius blend of spices. Alas, in recent times they have become a tad hit and miss, on a couple of occasions i have even found feathers in them, guys if you get back on track with the wings i will be one happy customer.
