Pizza Hot in Birmingham

Our Order was wrong for litlery just the first time in the past 5/6 years. The lady put the right pizza to us straight away. Very much appreciated. Fantastic take away place every single time. Always hot always tastes fresh and dilivery drivers are always plesent. Thankyou

Hi Just eat I placed my order 9 March 2024 with pizza Hot at 6.30pm by 8.30pm it still hadn't arrived I phoned them to ask how long it would be. just after 8.30pm it arrived everyhing was cold and i ordered 2 dips and only 1 dip was sent I'm not happy and would like a full refund please thank you

There was no update from the restaurant at all. The app went from no confirmation to it had been delivered at the end of the estimated delivery window. It had not been delivered, I then called the restaurant and was told they had an issue with a driver breaking down but the food was ready and would be delivered in 25 minutes. We went to collect the food rather than wait, but it was not ready and once received the chips were warm and dried out which was not pleasant. The pizza however was nice.

I usually always order from this place but tonight has stopped this being our regular take away. I ordered a spaghetti bolognese for my daughter, everything seemed fine at first and after her fouth/fifth bite she pulled out a rolled bulk of hair out of her mouth. I will never be using this place again

very nice pizza again I don't expect anything less. 👍

The food was nice, they gave us 1 wrong pizza out of the 3 which was annoying but the pizza was still nice

Pizza hot is my go to place to order from. I order stuff crust an hardly ever get it such a let down especially when I’ve paid extra.

Ordered 2 LARGE pizzas, received 12inch ones. Set up delivery for 6pm and despite that it arrived late - over 30min past leaving restaurant (we live 10mins away). Received cold food. Goodbye👋

I don't normally like pizza however from pizza hot I get good quality food delivered hot as the name suggests.

Low quality pizza, toppings are cheap and size of pizza was smaller than expected for a large. Really not worth the price at all .

I have ordered from Pizza Hot for a few years now and they still have the most tasteful and flavourful hot food compared to other restaurants. They are very accommodating as a business and they have very friendly delivery people and staff.

The chicken combo isn't as it is shown in the picture, it's shows chicken wings an bites instead I got wedges, onion rings with nuggets and strips ,so was wasted money as most of it was wasted , when rang the stores they said they couldn't do anything it's just eats fault

Restaurant hyped up. Portion size small. Pictures of food on menu (cheesy garlic bread) did not match what turned up. Overall, not impressed.

Burnt pizza both and I asked for sausage crust and it was like circle like pepperoni ham flavour absolutely shocking

We order from here on a regular basis. The food is always on time or early. Always arrives still hot and delicious as always.

Food came and was cold , said driver was on way and it turned up 25 mins later

I don't normally like pizza however I do like the pizza at pizza hot.

Pizza's were very burnt,chips under cooked,couldn't eat any of it!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE…. The “special deal” with 2 regular pizzas is actually 6inch pizzas. There passing them off as kids pizzas!!! That’s not the worst…I ordered a chicken wrap…The chicken was raw and gooey in the middle🤮🤮🤮

Pizza was horrible. Fries were horrible. And customer service was also horrible. They tried to over charge me for dips. I definitely won't be coming back to this place.

It was just disappointing. Fries are soggy, you get like 4 streaks of doner in a large meal. The pizza (though the 2 for 1 deal is good) was bland. Just all round a bad culinary experience.

I dont know whether its a complete fluke as we usually have amazing tasting food from here but tonight all of the pizzas tasted very badly of salt to the point that i cant stop drinking water and it wasnt just me eating it everyone was the same who also ate it

Amazing hot tasty pizza. Even after writing this review a day later, I am still thinking about the pizza sauce. Absolutely delicious pizza, I would have given it 6 stars if they made it deep pan instead of the thin base.

Ordered a veggie supreme and got sent a spicy pizza instead. Called to complain and was told to pick the toppings off the pizza. Asked for another one and was told twenty minutes and after nearly an hours wait was told it’s 20 minutes away and have to give the rejected pizza back

Absolute joke told me an hr after I ordered that the order was on its way, then when I called 30mins after to see where it was, they said it's on its way. 15mins later it turned up Stone cold

No problems here, low minimum delivery which is good compared to others.

fries portion was too small n the chicken smelt and tasted horrible.

Ordered at 604 pm and it didn’t arrive until 730-740pm was told it would only be 20-35 mins. When it reached it delay time. It stated order delayed then order completed. This is clearly just to meet targets and kpi’s and would not go again. It’s only 10 mins from my house

The down fall is they did not give any dips with the pizza when every shop in Birmingham gives at least one dip, I stated I want a dip, don’t no why they are shy with giving a dip

Your medium kebabs are not medium and who puts roast chicken in mix kebab where is the Tikka. The fries was was warm and the cheese was not even melted absolutely poor ratings

Pizzas was mixed up had 2 different pizza and all the toppings was on different pizza! Garlic pizza bread soggy and fried were fine

Missed a meal off on delivery so I called and they sent it out straight away.

They sent the wrong pizza for my daughter, when I called to explain the error I was told the pizza that was sent wasn't much different to what my daughter wanted, I explained it was covered in jalapeño and onion which my daughter does not like.... I was then told they would sent a replacement at some point but couldn't give me a delivery time... Finally the medium chicken kebab meat and chips had a sprinkling of meat on it... When I again called about the kebab meat I was told they busy... Sadly the qaulity of the food tonight was disappointing and I won't be ordering from here again

Food was disgusting. Some of the fries was 2soggy and some not cooked enough. To much cheese on the pizza. Pitta bread was hard an meat inside was wel looked like s wraps I wouldn't even feed my dog them. Well disappointed never order again.
