Apart from forgetting the sauces and dips they did redeliver back again when lost my connection on my phone - thank you for this 2nd attempt :)

I had a truly disappointing experience with the service. I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food to arrive and had to call the restaurant multiple times for updates. To make matters worse, one the pizzas arrived cold !

chips were cold and the pizza was very thick with not enough sauce or cheese on.

Good pizza as always, but one of the boxes was crushed with the pizza stuck to the lid which was a disappointing first.

Worst experience ever!! Food was delivered 2 hours late. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the status of the delivery, the staff was extremely rude. I had to call three times to get a proper response from them. On the Just Eat app, it showed that the food had already been delivered by 2:00 AM, but I didn't receive it until 2:45 AM. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was also cold. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. 0/10..

The burger was soaked in oil and the burger itself was crushed within the buns. The chips and mozzarella sticks were fine

First time ordering. Ordered Sicilian pizza, meant to have chicken on it, but there wasn't any. Also 4 pieces of olives, and the rest just herbs. Contacted Just Eat and they did nothing. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

10/10 - Amazing pizza. Ordered pizza with loads of optional extras and received all of them and they were generously added! Arrived Hot and on time, ordered at like 6pm for 11:40pm and not a single issue; Driver had the courtesy to call and was polite. Their Oreo Milkshake - so good! Really hits the spot and looks amazing 😍. Concrete cake and custard is delicious. I LOVE concrete cake and these guys have hit the nail on the head for me!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Amazing pizza everytime I have ordered. Always listen to notes and accomodate accordingly. My fave Pizza is the Meat Supreme - a must try! Everytime I have paid for extra toppings, they have always added them. Some places don't even add them despite paying. Their cheese crust is also very nice and soft. Always cooked just the way I like. Decided to get the concrete cake also, just waiting to try it. 5 STARS! Delivery always Hot!!

Food always arrives hot and on time. They always deal with my many requests. And the delivery people are always polite and friendly. Been coming to hot stuff for about 6 years now. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Tandoori chicken pizza wasn't hot at all although it was stated hot and extra green chilli that was put as option also not on it, very average pizza's

The order was on time. Half the pizza was smashed and stuck to the top of the pizza box when opening it.

Great food, cheesy pizza and amazing fries. Delivery driver was so kind and friendly. Helped me with carrying my order. Second time ordering from here and definitely my favourite takeaway in Birmingham. Will most definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you to the lovely driver.

Ordered online for collection, one of my choices wasn't available but the guys phoned me and offered alternatives. I was kept updated and picked up the meal at the specified time. The lad on duty was very welcoming and friendly. I will shop here again, soon😋

Great pizzas, we're a little far away but it's worth putting the oven on for 5 mins! When first ordering worried that the pizza toppings seemed basic compared to other takeaways but not disappointed in the least.

Fast and easy to place my order, was ready at specified time and the lad on duty was very welcoming and friendly. One of my choices was not available and they phoned to offer a very tasty alternative. I've no problem recommending Hot Stuff as I will definitely be there again, soon😋

I never got my food we're is my food or my money

I ordered Deal 2 from the meal deal section. It had 2 large pizzas, garlic bread, wedges and 6 chicken wings. Everything was cooked to perfection and was ready for collection within 20 minutes. Amazing food and will order again soon. Guys keep up the good work and the good deals 👍

Avoid at all costs. The pizza tasted horrible and has caused me an upset stomach, this is terribly expensive and zero quality. Never going here again.

Disgusting pizza, got the meat feast pizza, which basically had all frozen meats toppings. Nothing was fresh about it and it didn’t take long until I start getting an upset tummy which has lead to diarrhea. For something based close to city centre and on a main road you would expect good standards. There was 3 of us and all 3 of us have fallen ill. Hope you guys consider your health and take a safe option and go elsewhere.

This is the first time I ordered from Hot stuff!! Worst experience ever! Ordered 2 medium size pizzas one veg and other tandoori chicken! And the pizzas I received were 2 veg! I received wrong order! Although this was a huge disappointment! I believe will not order from this outlet anymore in future!

Initially ETA was 19:10-19:30 at 19:40 still not arrived, called Hit Stuff and he said it was busy and would be another 15mins and 19:55 called again, he was annoyed and said "I told you it was gonna be late". Finally arrived at 20:10ish and it was naff pizza was Luke warm chips were cold, no apology offered and the shop were rude! No way to conduct business. I was polite when I called asking for updates and it is reasonable to ask for updates if you have people waiting to be fed.

Anything below a 5 star review is a lie trust me - I always order from this place, it's my favourite and has never failed me. The pizza is 10/10, and so are the wraps, burgers, sauces, and customer service. Definitely worth trying. Always delivered promptly and is perfectly warm

I didn’t even receive the food , terrible service, called more than once for the man to tell me there’s problems with the driver ok and? first of all let me know first! I’ve been waiting 2hrs to eat and ain’t got no food. Worst experience of my life. People need to get fired. Refund me asap !!!

My go to pizza place in the City centre, the pizzas are always freshly made and the chips are always fresh and hot when getting them. The staff are great, friendly and value their customers. Recommend to all whether it’s delivery or you pick up! Cheap prices and great quality food.

We called the restaurant and asked them about the missing items and later after he was not able to give a valid reason he started cursing and cutted our call.

The pizza was slightly cold and had slid to the side of the box so it was crushed against the lid.
