Pizza Marinos in Birmingham

By far one of the worst takeaways that I have had. I have used this shop occasionally for years. I never have the meat pizza’s anymore due to dodgy belly. But this delivery was by far the worst. 2 chicken and chips. I had to open a google account just to leave this review. I spoke to the shop and they said it must be because they are closing soon. They offered me another delivery but look at the picture awful awful awful. The last time i would buy anything from them

One of my faves for pizza. Food always fresh and piping hot upon collection. Quick service and staff is very friendly. Also the fries from here are probably the best you can get. 10/10

Never had a bad pizza. Obviously you're not going to get a high end up pizza for the price you pay but it's excellent value, far better than most cheap takeaways

As a first time customer I've ordered the food on Uber eats. Ordered kebab doner and arrived with no sauces. Called the shop and asked wheres the sauces. A young lad answered and explained me that I need to add a comment or call them to let them know if I need sauces. I then checked on Uber eats, it doesn't mention that it doesn't come with sauces or add a comment if you want sauces. Called the shop again to change things on the website for first time customer. That kid was very unprofessional and defensive! Not willing to hear customer feedback. His response was we don't get any new customers and our regular customers knows what to order. Please get rid of that youngster who's answering the phone! Kid has no manners, no patience and is not suitable for that job! You will lose customers if that youngster is still working there!

My daughter Got 2 8in pizzas delivered to my address in Rubery.... I was shocked... angry they were that small and thin with 1 pepperoni on each slice ... the price was £21 with delivery I wouldn't of paid £1 for what was there .... she wouldn't tell me where it was from and said a lesson learned... to me they'd robbed £21 off my daughters hard earned money ... I would of returned it ...should be ashamed of yourselves ......

I suggest you don’t eat from here unless you want to get food poisoning

Avoid at all costs. Had mixed kebab at 530pm. By 7pm I was being violently sick and diarrhoea every 15 minutes until 3am. Ambulance came out in the night and confirmed food poisoning. Illest I have been in a very long time. Other reviews have shown cause for concern about cleanliness of this place. Never ordering from here again!!!

After reading recent reviews I'm not sure why Mario's gets so much hate. I ordered in the shop. A classic kebab shop pizza. Toppings placed underneath the cheese. A good price for what you get. I would eat here again

Average takeaway food open til late

AVOID AVOID !! Food had hair on it and stank next level weird I’m sorry but if I’m about die out of hunger and this is the only option I’ll kill my self. Absolutely disgusting they don’t wash hands at all ! I would give this place -100 if it was an option. This place needs ti be shut down.

They have recently boosted up their prices so you are looking at roughly £7 for a small. However the pizzas are really good they use a mature cheddar and they are some of the least greasy pizzas about! Very tasty and goof quality

Second time I have had a pizza from here, both time have made me unwell, the first time i though it was due to the spicy pizza but now I beg to differ . Currently sat on the toilet writing this review. Please read this and do not order from here !!!!

Food is okay. Some staff kids need to fix their attitude though when serving and be more polite! The chicken isn’t the best it tastes home made. Otherwise ok.

Disgraceful of takeaway place I allways order from here an ever time i use my bank card when they run it on first machine they say its incorrect when i read my card number out but the funny thing is i have my card in front of me then i ask to run it threw the other machine like they allways do then it works somethink doesnt seem right to me The guy i just spoke to couldnt understand when i read out my number he was consalty saying the number was wrong he wasnt listing was doing other things on the phone Needs better training or better staff got me really mad as i allways have this problem an my card is fully working an i have used my card number on my bank card else were

2 REVIEWS HERE IN ONE, as for food actually very good no complaints , but the owner for what ever reason was very rude to my wife who is a uber delivery driver and i don't want her going here ever again, getting shouted out for doing her job is not acceptable these fast food owners need to learn how we use manners and how we treat our ladies, not first restaurant to be rude either would like to see him be rude to me...

Quite possibly the worst Pizza in the area now, it used to be my goto pizza place although not my favourite it was never anything like this bad, what has happened to the place?? Pizza ended up in the bin. Poor service, staff just don't care about the customers. After purchasing I checked the 'H' (hygiene) rating, kind of wish I hadn't it was a 1.

Been scammed multiple times coming here never again, do not come here you will be ripped off and scammed, also the food made myself and others Ill, do not recommend!!!

Was a nice pizza and spicy wings, quick service. Choice of delivery or collection, no sit in available. Open a good range pf hours and late so always there for the late night munchies or after a few beers food. Portion sizes are decent. Ive eat from here quite a few times

Ordered food which was confirmed to arrive 50 to 70 minutes from the time the order was confirmed. Waited until that time frame to call them store, the phone rang out. Called back and got constant busy tone for 20minutes. My order on just eat was then marked with driver and with 1 minute it was then marked delivered. NO FOOD WAS DELIVERED!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! YOUR POCKET WILL BE LIGHTER AND YOUR STOMACH EMPTY!!

We ordered on Uber Eats tonight after a really poor experience from Dominos in Cotteridge last week. One click later (and £35 lighter) supposedly using Uber's 25% offer - I would not have spent £35 on pizza after a single click - but it was too late to cancel. It's ten quid more than we would usually pay - but now we have two XL pizzas we can't eat if you fancy it. The pizza was salty beyond belief and my daughter ate a single nugget (out of 6) and none of the fries. Really poor quality and quite tasteless, tried to call the restaurant but no answer. It is what it is. Up your game guys!

I got chicken and fries, they didn't put any sauces on it. When I tasted it it was chicken but smelt like fish I can't take the smell of the fish. I don't know what to call it fish or chicken or chicken fish. I put it in the bin. I won't go there again and won't recommend anyone to go there. That oil probably 3 month old and it's stink.

I absolutely love this takeaway! I order from here at least twice a month. The chilli sauce is the best chilli sauce I’ve ever had in my life, and the pizzas are always delicious.

service was really rude, hung up on me twice.lied to me on the phone about wait time even though i could see the car on the map on my phone.Blamed me for slow buissness and refused to cancel or refund my order before it had even been made.

Ordered food at 7pm, they said it would take 30-45mins after waiting over 1 hour and 45 mins i phoned them asking where it was the guy gave me excuse after excuse and said it would be there within 15/20 mins waited again for ANOTHER 3O mins by now this was gone 9:15 pm i phoned to cancel it. Not happy at all.

Great pizza! It’s a favourite of mine & friends when we are near by. Really tasty and i can see that by the business. There are a few chairs for waiting but no seating but everyone is happy to order & take out. They have a few offers which are great value for money. The staff could be a little friendlier and lively though! A smile would go a long way! 🤪👍🏼

OMG I ate the worst fried chicken and chips in my all life! The chiken had a smell.... I was just terrified 😰 and i throw to the bin 🚮. It was so wet and smelly... Never again! The welcoming was not great... They watched me like yoi know: "who the hell this guy" just uated it. Never come back again for sure!

They always get my order wrong. They forgot to give the drinks with the meal when i called them about it they was rude and told me you dont get drinks with the meal even though its on the menu!

Found two small sharp METAL objects!!! in my pizza..The manager was extremely rude when I brought this up. There was no offer in a refund. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. Without a care in the word. Lucky enough it was my pizza and not my kids or anything could of happened!! So I'd advise stay away from marinos or consumption may lead to death!! Iv taken pictures and will see what trading standards have to say about it Monday morning!!

Usually a bit unsure of trying kebab style pizza shops but this is what makes Marinos different. The i don't know what the kebabs are like, nor the delivery service as i have usually only collected pizza from here. I can be a bit fussy and would normally prefer a Dominos or Papa Johns from the High st… Until i tried here. The pizza is 10/10 and tastes great! no bland pizza here. Good quality and fresh toppings, definitely one of the best pizza houses in the area.
