Food was terrible and cold the dough was literally inedible, it was hard like rock and the entire 3 pizzas were bland and flavourless.

when I order a large pizza don't give me a normal one and cut the slices smaller to make it look like a large one

I placed an order for delivery but due to my phone auto filling in my old address I quickly contacted the store to explain and change my delivery address. The phone was answered quickly and the guy couldn't have been nicer and was happy to help. It was easy to change my delivery address and the order came on time and the food was great. When the order was delivered to my door (I actually went outside to greet him to not startle my dog) the driver was very polite and courteous - good job all round!

I ordered a delivery as a treat for my daughters birthday and when the food came it was undercooked and cold. I called the store to explain and the manager answered the phone with hello domino’s !! Very confusing!! I apologised and put the phone down. After checking the number and realising it was the correct number I called back, it was the same man who answered. I asked why he had just said it was domino’s? He said he didn’t, and what do I want? Ok…. Very confusing but I explained my delivery was undercooked and he said so what!!!! COME TO MY SHOP AND SHOW YOUR FACE!!! What!!! I said you shouldn’t speak to your customers like that because they’re unhappy with your food. I honestly had no words!! I asked if he was threatening me and he said COME TO MY SHOP!! I have never ever spoken to anyone in customer service with his attitude I’m my life. I believe this man is not the right person to be managing such a big franchise. My advice is do not order from here, I left all the food as it wasn’t cooked. I have sent email to the head office and reported to resolver. This man should not be the front man for Pizza Hut. I use the one in headingly most of the time and the staff there are absolutely fantastic, and the food is always fresh and hot.

Ordered at 17.22, with expected latest delivery at 18.15, received a text saying the order was delayed til 18.45. At 18.45 the app stated it had been delivered when it hadn't. Contacted the restaurant who told us they didn't have an order on their system for our address or have a record of our order number at all. After waiting an hour and a half and still no food we reordered somewhere else. The food (that apparently they had no record of) then arrived at 19.10. Order had an item missing.

food came extremely quick and was delicious great staff and very polite would definitely keep going again and again.

Ordered via Uber eats. It seems that edible is the bare minimum for the standard, even reheated it since it took a while to arrive. Will not be ordering again for £19 I really expect alot better.

Shift manager Tayyab dinged my car with his car door while I was sitting in my car outside of this Pizza Hut. Was obvious he'd hit my car but took no notice. I confronted him and he initially apologised and then became verbally abusive and threatening. I entered the shop to inform the manager and he said he was the manager, had no boss and didn't know his own name and then hid out the back. Another member of staff arrived who confirmed his name and position. Disgusting behaviour, you should be ashamed.

Now am not a person to Leave reviews but fxxk me man I got a pan pizza for collection when I Got there it was wrong base this is 3rd time so I ask The lad .mate I know what a pan pizza looks like he said sorry we try to Contact u and u didn’t pick up 😂😂so then I showed my phone and asked him to call me and he did and my phone rang then I showed him that I rang the place to check if they had pan pizza before I Ordered and it was them that not pick up so what dose he say ohh get out oh get out am not doing anything I ask for him owners number and he just laughed but the thing is we all know how hard business is these days anyway just to let everyone know make sure u speck to someone who Can actually speck English cos I had to repeat myself 17 times

Disappointing shop, yet for my sins, I still go back. Pizza Hut have always had a spec that works for me, so I pay the premium and go there over a small pizza shop but of late, the quality is going down so much due to penny pinching. There is approximately 50% of the cheese on a large pizza that there was two years ago, yet the price continues to rise. You not have to order 'extra cheese' just to have a regular pizza!! The staff are average and you only see them for a few seconds when they come out so hard to rate and I would definitely question the validity of the vast majority of the recent reviews. It just doesnt line up with the same thing I have seen in my 15+ visits. Willing to adjust this, so if it improves, i will take this down.

Pizza is as you'd expect from any pizza hut. Marked down for refusing to give a free dip with both pizzas.

£20 for pizza that tasted like reheated two day old pizza. I’ve use this place for many years but recently the quality is appalling.

I rang pizza hut they said 15 mins, at 13:10 it’s now 13:50 and the foods just arrived freezing cold and the wedges are undercooked.

Food quality was poor. Nachos were like cardboard. The pizza was swimming in grease, the box was soaked.

The deliver was great. The pizza was hot and fresh. However - we’re renovating our house and have no food or sauces or napkins in…. So we were let down by no sauces being delivered with our chicken strips and wedges that came as part of the deal we bought. No sauces at all ! Who wants to eat plain wedges with no sauce !

Terrible management. I am a regular customer ordering most weeks and doing it through the app. Ordered today and got an order confirmation but no food. Phoned them and spoke with manager after two phone calls. They told me they had not received an order from me. I gave them the order number and also checked my bank which confirmed payment had been taken. They told me there was nothing that they could do and said that I would need to contact their head office. I advised that they just needed to send the food I had ordered to which they refused. I cannot believe that as a regular customer with no previous issues I was treated like this. BUYER BEWARE

Nearly 2hrs early...unable to be eaten as the customer eating it was not home until 19.00 therefore ordered for 19.20...complaint put in and refund requested...still awaiting 2 days later through just eat..restaurant agreed it was early n just said sorry....disgusting service

Arrived nicely early, and all food was hot. Wish the chicken strips were a tad bigger, but they were vey tasty & the hot sauce eye wateringly hot. Desserts are better than expected. Warm brownies with ice cream was the best bit.

Messed up a previous order but put it right by offering a free pizza and ice cream next time, which I've just received. It's not the problem that matters, it's how they deal with it that counts.

Shocking management. This Pizza Hut has delivered to us being less than 10 mins away for the last 2 years. But a change in delivery driver or the system meant they can no cannot deliver. Poor decisions and lost custom. Please review your systems and postcodes. Simple common sense!

Rude customer service skills and unprofessional manager. I made a telephone order, asked the employee to repeat my order to ensure it was correct and was given a time to collect. I arrived at the shop at the agreed time, expecting to collect my order. I paid for my food and waited 5 minutes, a different employee comes to the counter and asks me to repeat my order. This employee then returns back to the kitchen and after 10 minutes the manager comes to counter and says your pizzas are here. There was no apology and no recognition of the 15 minutes that I had to wait around. The pizzas tasted nice, but I will definitely will not be eating from here again and feel that you need to bear this in mind if eating from there.

The food I got from Pizza Hut was delicious and it was delivered a little earlier than had been arranged. I was well satisfied with the taste and quality of the food and I will be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Beats cooking any day.

Don’t order from the app. They don’t check it the system. My kids were starving and they had no sense of urgency. Called up and they said 5 mins away yet here I am still say 20 mins after. They forgot to make the order. Called back again and another person said it was because they were busy. Tell the truth!! Awful. £30 spent for nothing.

We arrived to collect our pizza at the given collection time. Once giving our name and order, the member of staff did not seem to know what order we was here to pick up. After explaining what I ordered and then been spoken to by another memeber of staff who was back and forward trying to find our order, we were then asked to sit and wait for it as it would be “2 mins”, which was totally fine, until we sat an waited an extra 15mins, to take home lets say a less then average pizza, on the cold side, chewy and tasted like it had been reheated a number of times. The chicken wings were great though!! Totally different to the Pizza Hut restaurants I have been to before!

Ignore their estimated delivery or collection times and treble the wait time. Super slow service. Good pizza though

Food over cooked & part of it missing

My wife and I visited on a Thuirsday lunchtime for the unlimited buffet option. The experience was great the venue was very quite and we could just get on with getting our food more or less hassle free. The choice and quality of the Pizza on offer was great with fresh ones being put out every few minutes. The Salad bar was a little lacking in quality but you don't go to Pizza Hut for the Salad! Great price, great value and will be returning again.

I will not be ordering from you again. Considering the excessive price, the least I would expect is top quality food and service. Luke-warm, okay-pizza delivered 25 minutes late is poor.

The customer service that this pizza hit is awful and is not up to Pizza Hut standard, after speaking to the man on the phone about being sent a smaller pizza then requested and how it cut wrong he was rude on the phone and telling me I should of cut it myself which is rude, after working in pizza myself for the last 4 years I believe I know how a pizza should be delivered and about customer services skills and issue like this should not be managed in this way

I've ordered several times for delivery and most orders have been fine until recently. Lately, the drivers have started to get lost and there was no problem before. I had a rude delivery driver who i was trying to give directions to and he decided to chat on the phone rather than hurry up with giving my delivery. No surprise, the food was cold. Never ordering again and can some of the delivery drivers learn some manners and respect!

Ordered my food and they rang to confirm and talled me my bill is discounted and delivery man got here and charged me 20 pound more we rang and he completely lied saying he didn’t say it absolute lier the delivery man was very nice but the man on the phone was a lier will not be ordering again so rude how he spoke to me never again

Order never got delivered. Spoke twice to the chap entrusted with the task of delivery who insisted he’d attempted to do so. He hadn’t, I’m sat starving so I’m on the lookout for a delivery, innit. Additionally, I’ve got a highly aggressive dog who barks at the door in a frenzied mania if anyone so much as looks at it. TOP TIP: If you’re in the business of delivering pizza then have a basic knowledge of the delivery area, especially the area less than .7 miles away. Love Hungry in Horsforth x

Do not order anything from this guy, especially on- line. Only wish I could give less than one star. Ordered a pizza over 5 weeks ago. Guy called me back immediately after I’d ordered on-line and said he would not be able to deliver my pizza because ovens had broken down and wouldn’t be able to refund me until the following Tuesday. I obviously thought this was really strange. I asked why he couldn’t do it and he said it’s because it’s his first night working there. I asked to speak to someone else and he said he was on his own. He said I would get a call on the Friday to apologise from the Manager. The Manager didn’t call....still hasn’t Few weeks later I realised I had not had a refund so I called him back. The same guy answered and once again told me the Manager wasn’t in. I told him the phone call was being recorded and he started shouting at me, telling me “there’s no way you are getting a refund”. The guy has serious issues. I’ve since called Head Office but I’ve still not got my refund.

nice food but without any vouchers it is very expensive. until i get some vouchers ill stick to using other cheaper outlets for pizza delivery.
