Tayyab and Jass are really friendly and quick. They got my order and Tayyab was very patient for me to choose and was giving me options to help. They both kept informing me about my order. This Morely branch is one of the best. I will come back definitely. Thank you for recruiting nice people like them.

Online order 40 minutes late for collection. Staff not even bothered. Terrible customer service. Seemed chaotic behind the counter. Avoid. Would give zero stars if able to.

After vowing to never return to Pizza Hut Morley, I recently gave in under pressure to order. Ordered via the App and rang store to confirm some finer details, I spoke to the manger and told of my last experience and NOT to mess up, 10/10 second time round, well done PizzaHut Morley.

I often take pizzas away from here. The staff is very friendly and often suggests what you need and purpose perfect offers to save money. Thanks to Taiyab for very friendly service 👍🏻

Pizza hut morley Awful pizza not cooked enough cheese not melted was cold. Was supposed. To be thin and crispy but base was about half inch thick not cooked enough. Said any size 8.99 was charged 14.99 it went in the bin not going there again most disgusting thing I ever had,stood waiting because the workers were messing around round the back.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive from start to finish. Barely got an apology. Pizza was cold and ice cream was warm.

Been a few times before Christmas and this year (2024) and every time it’s perfect. Food is ready on time, red hot and the staff are really friendly. I’m not sure if it’s been taken over in the last 6 months or because its certainly got better. It’s my go to place for Pizza, the offers make it cheaper than the independent places so it’s good value too!

Very poor service!! I received my delivery on Tuesday evening, with an item missing. I called them and was told the missing item would be delivered later that evening. It was not delivered. I called the following day to complain and was told that it would be sorted and delivered later. This did not happen again. Unacceptable service, lack of customer care and unable to keep their word 😡😡 So I've still paid for something I haven't received!!

Waiting for over 2 hours and not getting updates from the app, when asked for a slight refund from the restaurant they refused due to giving "free" menu items that were not wanted and not asking us first. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Opening times on door need changing... Went at 11:30 and got told its not open till 15:00

Ordered here tonight for the first time in sound ten plus years. We stopped ordering because every order was wrong or items missing. Yet ten years later it’s the same. Driver come and forgot to give us garlic bread called the shop and it was still in his car he drop threw it us without saying a single word. So again we will not order from here again now and stick with our reliable local take away. At least them drivers are apologetic

The food was fine but the first delivery driver obviously couldnt read my instructions to navigate the roadworks to find my house. Joe who eventually delivered it was great, found my house easily and obviously had local knowledge on how back to back house numbering works. Joe gets 5*

Wanted delivery but told because of postcode they don't deliver so went to pizza hut in postcode area and if i order from that one it'll be frozen by the time it gets here when Morley is approx 2 mile away don't make sense DOMINO'S PIZZA it is

Pizza was warm and soggy. The Nachos were smothered in tomato sauce and hardly any cheese ? It was Basic, at best.

The food was awful. It has all Just been thrown together. The meat and sauce was tasteless and the garlic sauce was out of date and lumpy!

Was meant to be the extra loaded pepperoni. If it was I’d dread to see what the regular pepperoni looks like!

Pizza is often stuck to the lid of the box ruining the pizza, lack of cheese and toppings. If you complain online for a refund, all they do is send you some ‘reward slices’ where you have to spend even more money there to claim them back. They use to provide speedy delivery service with tracking but now that has been removed and also added a delivery fee to add to the expensive pizzas. Consistently disappointing service. Go elsewhere. I used to like Pizza Hut but the delivery huts are a standard below the restaurants.

When I order on Deliveroo they keep cancelling my order and refusing to deliver.

Items missing, wrong base... tried to call restaurant couldn’t get through, food cold

Not sure what's happened recently. The base had a weird thick cardboard like consistency, toppings only covered 70% of the surface area at best. Not great.

DO NOT ORDER. Requested "No peppers" due to intollerace. The pizza arrived covered in peppers. Called the restaurant 4 times. I was cut off each time. £25 for an inedible pizza. Had to chase a refund through Just Eat. I'll advise everyone I know not to order from here. They obviously don't give a toss about allergies or food intolerance.

Food arrived 40 minutes after requested delivery time so couldn’t eat it as lunch break over. Will now have to be reheated at a later time. Not impressed.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had was absolutely awful! The last pizzas burnt cheese was stuck to the bottom of mine The Dow was dry and hard to the point it felt like it was going to break my teeth Chicken wings massively uncooked and not edible .. all gone in the bin ..I feel like I’ve been robbed and from that experience I would never use Pizza Hut in Morley again Just ridiculous Awful is an understatement

The delivery came without the garlic bread ordered. Had to ring the takeaway to get this sent back out. The pepperoni pizza had red onion on which I do not like. I did not order onions on top. Also the wedges had burnt cheese and jalapeños on

Waited over an hour for delivery, contacted them and said delivery driver knocked but no answer I was sat at the front window awaiting for the delivery, then when it was coming took a further 15/20 mins for a 3 minute drive, and the food was cold ice cream melted and tasted like cardboard

I never received my food, and the Just Eat website would tell me to go to a certain page and use the "chat with us" button, but on that page there was no "chat with us" button, so I ended up wandering on the website for almost 1 hour trying to find a way to chat with you, without managing to do anything. Eventually I asked for a refund for "missing items"... as ALL the items were missing. A very upsetting experience. Let's hope they redund me, as I spent more than 20 pounds on that order. This is probably not Pizza Hut's fault, but Just Eat's fault.

I went in, ordered in shop to take away. Service was quick and friendly. Food was well prepared and piping hot. The floor at the entrance needs to bit of cleaning, otherwise no complaints.

Food is normally great but I paid £4.49 for potato wedges when they arrived there was hardly any in it very disappointed definitely not worth the money

Stone cold food and melted ice cream. The con here is the app said food has been delivered at 8.40pm which it hadn’t, and a really arrived at 9.35pm and went in the bin. I rang to chase it at 9.25pm and they said it’s on its way yet has been put as delivered on the app. Total waste of time
