Forgot ice cream with the cookie dough

The pizza delivery driver got lost and was taken 4 miles away from where I live . I am 2 mins from Pizza Hut!! My pizza was cold and dry by the time it arrived. Complete waste of £16.

I order pizza multiple times and it was the great experience because delivery is always on time.I really enjoy the taste and highly recommend it.I've definately order more pizza and hope it will remain good as it is.

I ordered my food and it turns up an hour and a half later. I then tried to get a refund and the driver had not put that the order was delivered fill 4 hours later meaning that I couldn't get a refund. this is horrible service

Ordered pizza with triple blend cheese extra topping, only recieved normal toppings, food was cold.

I ordered a customised meat feast pizza and instead received a stuffed crust pepperoni, so I called up and they told me they would bring me the pizza I had ordered. After waiting 20+ minutes since the time of the phone call, they brought me the pizza without any of the customisations I had ordered. This was twice they messed up the order - I am never ordering from here again.

I rang the shop and was told that the driver tried to call me and no one was in, I told him I had been standing on my doorstep waiting and no one had been to my house.

Need to learn how to cook and slice a pizza. Just ordered a pizza and it’s exactly the same as last month.. Undercooked, doughy in the middle and not even sliced properly. Useless. See this place hasn’t got any better, 15mins late, Food was cold, wrong dip & they can’t even count 7 chicken wings! Brackmills is much better!

Had a couple of issues with the order. I didn’t get the drink I asked for and a pizza without chicken had chicken on it

I phoned to see where my order was & was told i would get a call back, which never happened. Awful communication . The order was delivered very late & cold.

I had a fantastic experience and the pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy crust that was just the way I like it. The service was excellent too; the staff was friendly and attentive.

Prompt delivery and great pizzas. Very generous toppings and portions. Good crust, cheese fillings, and the quality is top notch. I have placed bulk orders multiple times and they always manage the make prompt deliveries. I'm really a fan of chicken chunks, dipped in amazing barbecue sauce, straight from Pizza Hut. Would love to eat here again :)

Nice store and nice food. Only issue is one man there thinks hes gods gift and clearly thinks the job is beneath him.

A collection order in individual boxes. Excellent food as always, just a few minor niggles. The sauces we ordered were missing and the sides were with the wrong pizzas. Like I said, minor , cannot fault the speedy service or taste of food.

I ordered two create your own pizzas and 1 of them wasn’t what I ordered. I had asked for bbq base and thin crust and I had received tomato base and thick crust. I rang up to hope they would correct this and they sent out a new pizza but bbq base ✅and thick crust AGAIN. so credits to trying to correct my order but it still wasn’t correct. :( they wasn’t too apologetic if anything said I’d have to wait longer as they have other deliveries.

Food is more expensive than actual Pizza Hut prices

Lack of tomato and bbq sauce on the pizzas. The dips that McDonald’s charge 10p for Pizza Hut charge 55p.

They forgot to add sauces to the pizza and after warning, instead of apologizing and delivering, they told me to file a claim, just mascara... And they didn't give me the money back

Had to ring the shop when the online ordering app wouldn't give me the deal I wanted. Staff friendly and helpful. Great tasting pizzas and good value for money.

So my food was delivered early, but had 2 item missing, and bearing in mind the 2 items was cold items so didn't need cooking, it still took them 45-50 mins to get them to me. Won't be ordering from them again.

They don’t put a tamper seal on their food items if you order through Uber eats. When I provided the feedback that it poses a huge risk I basically was insulted and told told they were busy and couldn’t do anything as simple as simple as protecting their customers. I was told to report it to ubereats if I felt unhappy about it. You buy food from these people at your own risk

I simply ordered thin crust but got thick,not even one free dipping sauce,the pizza was awful,expensive and they sent it to the wrong address at first,it takes one shop to to ruin the franchise ,not gonna call them again...

I love Pizza Hut in general, but last nights was horrific. The base tasted like old fat. I won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

Stuffed crusts are always too thick, 2 inches crust?? Just not stretched and pressed tightly and they rarely get the toppings correct.

Missing items from the order & wrong items aswel & the pizza was cooked terribly the base was hard had 2 slices and binned never had a pizza hut like this was like buying from a cheap take away you regret in the morning

Absolutely awful. My wife ordered roasted wings Mac and cheese, Diet Coke & a dessert and received the wrong wings, got breaded wings that tasted like plastic the wrong drinks & Mac cheese was awful tasting like gloop In a box. Honestly felt like I had orderd from some poorly run kebab shop NOT a name as big as Pizza Hut. Wish I looked at the reviews before hand.

Please don't bother ordering from here. On two separate occasions now they have got our order wrong. Someone in our party is lactose intolerant and twice they have included cheese on the pizza despite specifically requesting not to. 30 minute wait time will actually mean 60 minutes as well.

Awful awful cookie dough, ordered three cookie doughs and came with only one ice cream. The cookies were bitter because they were overdone and burnt. No answer on the phone either! Terrible service very annoyed!

I am reluctant to order pizza as I find supermarket pizza really nice, however, having no kitchen at the moment means I cannot cook anything myself and last night I really fancied pizza. So I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and it was very nice. Nice and fresh. Tasty crispy base. Even spread of toppings and just what I had in mind. Shop bought pizza is normally quite expensive for what it actually is but on this occasion I was satisfied with the quality and size of the pizza. I would definitely buy from here again. Great service too. The delivery lady was nice and friendly.

Was told on delivery that if I’d ordered through the Pizza Hut website it would have been £5 instead of the £18 Just Eat charged me. Total rip off!!!

Food was alright and tasty, first time i have ordered from this restaurant. It took ages to arrive, restaurant kept me posted about the delay and its Easter so i do understand. However portions are ridiculously small for the price. It Was good but won't be ordering from here again i am afraid.

the first, yes, FIRST driver, did not understand my directions, I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes or so, I have never had a bad experience with this outlet before, they put mushrooms on my pizza which I personally can’t stand and definitely clicked on the option of having them removed, then, because the driver was so late, they told him to go back and pick up a fresh order, which of course also had mushrooms on it, so when I rang the branch, they insisted very rudely that I hadn’t clicked to have them removed, finally a well-mannered driver appeared with my corrected pizza almost an hour after the whole saga began, but that resulted in two pizzas which if nobody in my block wants them, will have to go in the bin. IT’S A WASTE OF Food!!!! There Are People Using FoodBanks, who Can’t Afford To Treat Themselves Or Their Kids. I’m Disgusted.

They delivered me a pizza that was burnt , dry at corner and hard to eat.

Pizza Hut is just not very good pizza. Lack of taste - not enough tomato topping too many vegetables and cheese. It was all a bit slimy and floppy. No options to have chilli flakes or anchovies or basil. Really overpriced. Still, it answered a question as to which is best out of Papa John's or Pizza Hut.

Poor ordered a single pizza and some chicken bites at 6.30pm had to call at 8pm to chase the order it eventually arrived at 8.30pm not a good service at all.

We order from there weekly, always have the order delivered correct and arrives promptly! Delivery driver is always very friendly and helpful!

they brought my pizza at 12.30 pm instead of 5.30pm the time I ordered it for.The driver did not understand a word I was trying to say to him. so my pizza went to waste has no one else was here to eat it regards lady freeman

Ordered a pizza at 20:00, was told it would take 50-60mins... Its now 22:00 and still no delivery.. I tryed phoning up 5 times to see where my order is but phone just rings... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Unbelievable! I placed an order, waited an hour over estimated delivery time, called the restaurant to be told they sent my order to another restaurant because it was closer. When I called the 2nd restaurant they said they had 20 orders in front of me! So cancelled my order! Awful! Would never use again!
