I don't even know if it's coming

I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours since I ordered the food. It’s just a single pizza, that’s all. And still hasn’t even arrived, I honestly really doubt they tried to deliver it…

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 7, and still waiting (22:11). I’m assuming they couldn’t be bothered delivering it as it still hasn’t came after 3 hours. Phoned up 5 times and not a single person picked up. Phoned again recently and to my surprise someone did pick up the phone. And to my surprise he hanged up instantly, tried phoning again and he did the same thing. Trust me when I say this DO NOT try to get your food delivered as you’ll just be wasting your money.

horrible customer service phone multiple times about missing items from my order and they still ignored the phone and requested a refund which i still haven’t had

This place is gone downhill. Very bad service!

I made an order and it took them one hour and a half to arrive. Terrible experiance and will never order food from here again

It took more than 1 hour to deliver it. I would be OK if you have delivered within 5 mins after you sent me “on its way” notification. It took 30 mins after I received that notification. Obviously food was cold. When I asked the driver, his excuse was “it’s Saturday”. I can understand if you pass more than 1 order to the driver. But planning must make sense. While my home is only 1-2 mins drive away from your shop, at least you should have started delivering my order first!

It's not fine dining but I've ordered from here loads of times over the years and it's always been consistently good. Arrives hot and in good time. Difficult to find anywhere that's reliable so I keep going back. Keep it up. Thanks.

Absolute shambles of a pizza hut. Nearly impossible to get them on the phone and delivery is always way later than the original email specifies,,last two orders cold on arrival,, won't be using again.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had from a Pizza Hut Ordered in the shop 2 pepperoni pizzas an chips left went back in to collect was given one pizza told him there should have been 2 he argued for a second until I pointed to the receipt which clearly stated 2 pizzas so then had to wait for a new pizza to be made Not a good service shop didn’t seem overly clean either

The pizza delivered was wrong and had things I am allergic to on it, which I asked to be removed.

It was cold never got any stuff I added on like my onions and cheese it’s absolutely shocking that I’ve paid 4 pound for extra stuff but never got it!!

Order was also wrong and also cold got the wrong jucie and also the delivery driver must have droppes the 2 pizzas i order as they lookes terrible the delivery needs to be kept in a heat peoof bag .my food was cold as it got deliveres in no bag just

Hope they look after Pooh and give him to a non smoking house who will love him

Hi, ordered this on the 5/5 at the time Magnum Double Sunlover 440ml £5.99 was not in stock so they offered an alternative, unfortunately I don't like any of the other ice creams they have , so they offered a refund. I accepted this but I don't appear to have received it. I have tried calling them but there phone is always off. Please help

Food was lovely and good to see the cheese bites back

Pizzas were delicious. Only downfall was we didn’t get the cheesy garlic bread side, however was all still very tasty!

1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver. Phone kept ringing out. Eventually answered and said take it up with Just eat, whom were equally as unhelpful. Won’t be using again.

We had an item undelivered and drive down to the shop. The guys at the shop couldn’t have been more helpful. Rectified the undelivered item and solved the problem with an additional act of goodwill. Restores faith in great customer service. Thank you.

Waited an hour and a half and it wasnt delivered. I had to phone the shop to sort. They remade my food and delivered using their own driver. So I'd like my just eat deliver fee and service charge refunded please

Food was great but shambolic that the restaurant couldn’t even put the correct toppings on the pizza

The food was lovely, tasty and fresh. The only disappointment was that I had to wait for an hour till it was delivered. Ideally it would be better if delivery was much quicker. I’m not sure I’d order from them in the future if I had so long to wait.

Nice upgrade to a medium pizza on their small pizza plus a side for £6.99👍 ... Cos they'd run out of small pizza dough🤷😁

My beautiful wife and family and I have ordered regularly from this outstanding establishment for the last 4 years However tonight there was a tiny minor issue I called to ask to speak to the Manager and I spoke to thee outstanding Zara who was patient brilliant and super awesome and gave us customer service levels only seen in the American movies !! What a true superstar words cannot thank you enough May God Bless you Zara and as promised I said to you I would give you a 5 star review !! The pizza was obviously stale and reheated after yesterday, not the same look and color as usual. The cheese is almost brown. I would like to provide a photo of this and am also ready to give back this "pizza" was brought to me as it is not suitable for consumption.Unheard of impudence to bring pizza stale for £19 , for them, apparently, the buyer is a fool...

Food was good. They forgot to give us our drink at first but made up for it by giving us an extra one. Which I really appreciate. Would order again.

Had to phone to enquire when delivery would be as stating delivered. No small tubs of ice cream delivered with order.

Arrived very late, box was open upon delivery, and pizza cold. Took driver nearly 30 mins to deliver from point of collection, yet should only have been a 10min journey according to the restaurant. Very dissapointing.

Literally the wrong pizza. Wanted bbq sauce not a base.

I had ordered and paid for a garlic dip, but no did was provided. However i enjoyed the pizza and cheesy garlic bread, but it would have tasted better with a sauce to dip into.

Wrong stuffed crust with pizza which was not nice. Food was lukewarm and mediocre at best.

Son was desperate to take us out for dinner, and he wanted to pay (he is 5, and this was a big deal for him....even if he was using my card). Showed up at 5 pm, and it was closed.

Delivery was fine but pizzas weren't as good as hoped, particularly for the price.

Nacho portion was pathetic, 100% not worth the £4.50. Pizza was undercooked in the middle & overcooked at the crust!!

Good pizza.. Arrived early without notification, forgot the dips tho did return with them.

The food was nice but there wasn't much of it. The nachos portion was tiny, half what I would normally get. We only received one dip instead of the 3 we ordered for 3 items of food.

Everything you would expect from pizza hut

Wouldn’t order via just eat again, no promotions on just eat, was given a voucher as a present so thought I’d use it, 2 pizzas from pizza hut are normally £10 but via just eat they were £36!!! Won’t be using just eat to order from them again.

Great service and food was hot on delivery. Bit stingy with toppings which weren't cheap..very over priced for what you get but still tasty

I think “abysmal” is a really harsh word, but it was definitely a disappointing experience. I requested it to be delivered at a certain time and it was almost two hours early, in addition to the pizza being luke warm and soggy. I know it’s a Friday night and that tends to be a busier day but I’ll end up rethinking this order in the future.

Pizza hut in dunfermline is brilliant we havent been since covid. We went last night it was very relaxed with safety measures in place. Everything was explained and all the staff were lovely.

G8 quality and value for money, far better then dominos and papa jones. Dominos hygiene standards & Papa Jones food quality unacceptable. PizzaHut stands in between and staff is very friendly too.

Did not follow contactless delivery. No mask worn by delivery driver.

I ordered farmhouse pizza with sweetcorn and got Hawaiian instead. Edit. I ate entire pizza and now will have to deal with addiction to pizza. This pizza was good anyway.

Pizza was luke warm and the box had been folded in half also no dips pizza ended up in the bin and wont be ordering again

Been told my food was on its way and still waiting 25 mins later and food was ordered at half 10 on a Monday ! Tried to call the restaurant and no answer what makes worse and just eat can’t get a hold of them aswell shocking service from such a big food chain place

Food and service excellent. My only constructive criticism is price. No offers and felt £33 odds for 2 Pizza's was expensive.

The food was just warm when arrived and potato wedges were a bit soggy for the price that was paid for pizza

The pizza came crushed as was the garlic bread. The lovely delivery lady was apologetic but due to time couldn’t get it replaced, she said she would speak to her manager but never heard anything back.

Food was over 30 minutes late and once it arrived it was freezing cold and inedible!

Food was not hot but no crumbs were left.

When the order arrived there was one of the macaronis missing. It took a long time for the second one to be delivered, i had ate the rest of the food by this point and actually had to leave before the second macaroni arrived as i was going out, so i was left hungry and it was a waste of money.

The sauce was quite overpowering

Delivery driver was great!! Polite and had a laugh. However took awhile to actually have order ready and sent out for delivery!!!! That needs speeded up.... 1hr when you was on other side of roundabout

If I could submit a picture I wood. The food came cold like it has been sitting in the car for an hour and the amount of cheese on the ‘cheesy garlic bread’ is embarrassing.
