Such a good experience we got it delivered food was piping hot and you can tell it’s cooked fresh delivery was very fast a lot faster than expected and the ladies that delivered were absolutely lovely and polite and said enjoy your food every time I have ordered I will definitely be back and definitely order a delivery again as it was so fast and still hot

The female delivery driver was very friendly and my food came before expected and was piping hot will defo recommend this to any one and the staff was very polite when I called to place a delivery request I will definitely be ordering again everyone get your orders placed! Food was also fresh

Stopped off as the boy was hungry....instead of the usual Greg'sa batteried beefburgersmy that was so crispy and definitely a butchers burger... Chips fresh no complaints loved it and good selection of ice cream ...

Was late back home, rather than cook went to Marini's. Food was good, chips could have been a bit hotter.

Pizzas were cooked well and fish made to order which was nice as they were fresh. Chips were good and cooked nicely, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and will be returning again !:) I recommend!

Tried calling them for the first time as my mum wanted a large fish supper, she accidently hit the mute button on the phone and they put the phone down... Phoned them back up again apologising to them that she hit the mute button, and they REFUSED to put her order in... thats why people should go to Rosyth Fish Bar, better service, better food, get respected by the staff too

Food was great, good size portions and fresh. Shops was spotless and well organised!

Quite possibly The Worst Chippie in the whole of Scotland. Staff don't give a toss. Batter is always flaccid and undercooked, smoked sausage is overcooked. Chef seems to have no idea how to use the fryer. Tried a few times (all places have bad days) but that's the last time. Consistently poor.

Place is a dump waited 2 hours and food and it never arrived.

Great food, lovely and fresh, always roasting when collecting or delivered, staff very friendly and welcoming, professional when in the shop or on the phone. For this house, easily the nicest takeaway in Rosyth, recommended.

The way the guy shouts at his employees is absolutely disgusting. No one looked happy working there even the just eat guys who also got shouted at it front of customers. Food made us sick

I went for an order of the chicken box and forgot my 2 portion of chips. Phoned back to explain and the guys went over and above usual customer service and delivered them over 5 miles away within 15 mins. Brilliant food and even better service..easy 5 star.

By far the worst Calzone I've ever had cold on the inside donner matt tasteless chicken on it bland and cold .waste of money wouldn't go back

The fish suppers we got were rank! The chips were just about edible but not tasty the fish tasted stale and the batter was limp and soggy. The lot went straight in the bin. I’ll certainly not be back

Marinis used to be one of those takeaways that was always a hit and never a miss, but recently it’s been awful. The last few times I’ve ordered a pizza, it hasn’t been good. You put way too much cheese on. Can barely lift a slice without pulling off all the toppings. Consider making some changes!

Lady that answered the phone - couldn't fault her. She was great. Man shouting in the background portrayed awful customer service. Ordered a fish box tonight and my fish was filled with bones to be told " we don't advertise it as having no bones" but they also don't advertise that it does which is a breach of health and safety and a very dangerous choking hazard. The attitude from the manager or owner whoever he was, was appalling. Thought I'd add to the series of 1* reviews that seem to be mounting up in regards to this takeaway. I will also be informing food hygiene standards as not once have I ever had a bone in a fish supper and if there ever was to be there'd be a *may contain* warning quite clear to see! Will not be back!!

2fish suppers cold fish batter not cooked tasted awful. Straight in bucket. Don't waste your money.

Pizza was undercooked and the chicken was still pink. Pakora was over cooked and completely solid. None of it edible. No offer to refund or replace. Rip off

Partner went here on way home form. Work. Got fish suppers. Fish was soggy and tastes nasty. Like the oil was off it was fried in. Don't waste your money! Go to the one in Aberdour Road they are far better.

Sat, 7/05/2022. At 18:40, walked in and ordered Large Fish Supper + Steak pie Supper. Only 1 other person was waiting inside and I stood for an incredible 25 MINUTES. Even the delivery man had came and went TWICE during all the time I stood there. Even when someone else walked in out the street and got served before me, I said, "I haven't been served yet". A couple who were there waiting backed me up and said, "He's was next in the queue!". The shoulders got shrugged in a "couldn't care less" manner. ROTTEN SERVICE. They gave complete priority to all the delivery ordered food and they never have anything ready - unless they re-cook the returned delivery food - Twice The Profit! When I got back to the car (2 minutes after paying) and examined the food: The fish were squeezed into the box and the batter was soggy. The chips had a disgusting smell which usually occurs when oil has exceeded it's refried limit. The same was the case for the Steak Pie, which my son refused to eat because of the horrible stench. This may be a busy chipshop, but this was a clear example of second class service and their food is only fir for the BIN. If anyone is reading this and contemplates visiting - You Have Been Warned.

Absolutely disgusted with the service over the past two nights 1st they forgot to deliver some of my order. And now tried to deliver the wrong order tonight. Only to get told I need to wait over 1hr to get some ice cream. Don't think I will use you again.

Great meals especially for the Turkish side, Italian food, yet the chip shop is great too jus a great place for a quick meal. !!

Staff are friendly and the foods no bad. Only leaving 3 stars as the food can often be overly greasy even for a chipshop.

Up from Kilmarnock to see the football today and we were looking for some where to get a bite to eat. Saw Marini's as we drove past so I checked the reviews and was a bit iffy about going in but I'm glad I did. The food was fresh and was tasty and well cooked. I had 2 huge sausages and my hubby had a nice bit of dressed fish and the chips were nice chunky chips with very little crispy ones........just like our favourite chippy back home.......oh and well better then the football game lol

That was a box of greasy fish, think the fish was still swimming in it, and the chips more crumbs than chips, Sorry no be back there :( Staff were friendly enough though.

Haven't been to Marinis Rosyth for months and I wasn't missing much. Fish was more batter than fish and totally overcooked. They had an advert for new staff, hope that includes a new chef. Won't be going back, total waste of money.

Not been to marinis for a while and don't think I will be back. Got a king rib supper. Rib was VERY greasy and it tasted more like an Indian flavour. Definitely not a bbq flavour. Chips were soggy as well but managed to salvage some of the crisper ones and put on a sandwich. Marinis used to be a good chip shop. Don't know what's happened

Possibly the worst fish if eaten in my entire life. Just moved here and this was my first order fish tasted dry batter very chewy. Also the king rib tasted like a pepper rib again very dodgy batter. Waste of money

Ordered using just eat app as usual for the Dunfermline branch of Marini’s and for some reason got switched to Rosyth branch, so my fault for not noticing, however omg what a difference that food was absolutely abysmal. Battered haddock was so floppy and soggy and tasted vile, hamburger was dry and had no flavour, onion rings were so over cooked they were almost black but had been left sitting because they were soggy. And battered sausage was the best of 3 meals but still over cooked. Disgraceful to deliver such bad food. Will check and double check my orders in future because I never want to get food from Rosyth branch again.

Placed an order to collect on a Saturday evening - couple of fish suppers, Margherita pizza and small chips. Was ready about 5 minutes after I got there, didn't have to wait long. Customers were being sensible and everyone was keeping to social distancing with people waiting outside if they could see that distancing wasn't possible with the number of folk already in the shop. The food was piping hot and tasted great, was our first chippy since before lockdown began so expectations were high!! Service was good as well the staff were busy but clearly had everything in order.

Traditional Marino fish and chips, you can not go wrong. But I think these guys need competition, there is room for improvement.

This place could have been as good as before, but through many ownership٫ the standard has slipped & prices has gone up in reverse order.

Sorry but the fish supper I got from Marinis in Rosyth this evening was not good. The fish was freshly cooked but very small, the chips were rubbery and tasteless. One good point, the coleslaw was very good.

A wide variety of takeaway foods and many flavours of ice cream. Must try the ice-cream nect time.

Got 2 meals last night, white pudding supper, the pudding was awful and the chips so over cooked they were turning to mush, SPECIALITY PIZZA really,,, on a spongy/foam like base, the bought in type you get in supermarkets, absolutely rank, will not be back, Avoid.

Food always fresh and tasty. . Staff polite and friendly. Good safety in place but several customers guys in 30s bracket no masks when we were in. They clearly had couple beers. How do staff police that. Sign up saying be asked to leave if no mask as a deterrent but so hard for staff to manage. Same in all shops of course.

Wow, used to be good but can't get themselves sorted anymore. Don't bother phoning ahead, they won't start cooking until you arrive anyways. Then give you the wrong pizza and then miss off ingredients from the replacement pizza. Shame it's got so disorganised.

Disgusting customer services, no rush to get an order to someone instead making them wait for over 2 and a half hours.

Terrible, placed an order and was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes and waited 2.5 hours and phoned them up and was told that it would be an extra hour so cancelled it. Met by very poor service on the phone. Please avoid as would ruin your night
