Ordering online is blissful. I always go for collection, pizza is ready in about 5 minutes, it’s always steaming hot even once you’re home and never disappoints in flavour and quality. If you order in person the staff can be a little pushy and try to rush you. Other than that all great.

Mohsin absolutely killed it with our order. Top class customer service and also listened to any personalisations we desired. We would definitely order here again.

Payed for Large Pizza - received medium with none of the dips and sides I payed for. I called to ask he says “bratha we too busy i forgot” like can you not read a receipt? If you want missing items order from this place. As a ethnic i’m going to start voting reform to send these people back to their countries 🤣🤣 On the phone came up with a million excuses and he KNEW he forgot which makes it more insane. Is your job that intellectually hard to look at a piece of paper and get the order correct?

EDIT: Ordered a few times after my first unpleasant experience due to proximity. While I have had nicer PizzaHut pizzas, these are still preferable to any other chain near me since I really like the way the brand makes deep pan. I do hope that they took on board my bad time ordering, since that was ridiculous. (See below) ORIGINAL REVIEW 1 STAR, CHANGED OF MY OWN VOLITION. Delivery was good and timely, with food being warm. Last time I ordered the pizza was great, as it should be. This time is unacceptable. One of the pizzas had half the toppings it should have as a normal pizza. These are large deep pans, so i lost half my actual pizza. The other pizza was smooth, shiny and had a rubbery texture. It was chilledd and then heated up! I've never had such a bad pizza(s) from pizzahut, and can safely say that I will never be ordering from this location again*. *this changed thanks to me craving pizza, and wanting to give them another shot.
