The best Pizza Hut , I always comming from ilford to eat pizza in this place , because in other locations they are not doing to delicious pizza like in Harringay.

Delivery was good and timely, with food being warm. Last time I ordered the pizza was great, as it should be. This time is unacceptable. One of the pizzas had half the toppings it should have as a normal pizza. These are large deep pans, so i lost half my actual pizza. The other pizza was smooth, shiny and had a rubbery texture. It was frozen and then heated up! I've never had such a bad pizza(s) from pizzahut, and can safely say that I will never be ordering from this location again.

Disappointed! I ordered a pizza asked for no jalapeños because I am allergic, and it came with jalapeños. I tried to contact this restaurant several times and I kept being put on hold or the phone call would just decline. I never got a new pizza, had to bin the other one. I’m hoping for some sort of compensation (a refund).

My local Pizza Hut! Extremely friendly and cooperative in your needs. One and only is always professional and knows how to deal with customer queries effectively. Never disappoint and pizza is always cooked to perfection - tasting incredibly delicious! Highly recommend anyone in Greenlanes - must visit ! :)

Pizza was great, however I've ordered 4x deeps and received non, had refound for only one. Also driver should read delivery instruction written in large print on top of the receipt.

Worse customer service ever seen in my life. He was keep telling me the lie like your food is on the way. I’m waiting more than 1 hour even Pizza Hut just 8 min away from me. Also see attached pictures that show the quality of food. This pizza doesn’t worth it for the money which I paid.

Excellent service today. My experience with Shyme was excellent, as she was very friendly and courteous to me, and the pizzas were fresh, hot, and tasty.

Amazing customer service. I was helped by a staff member called Hoor. Who did a fantastic job managing my large order inspite of many orders. She was patient, helpful and kind. I am a very satisfied customer.

The order arrived 3 hours late. We call and they always say that the order is on its way and so 3h. Regrettable. I will never order here again

Great experience today, considering the low rating on google reviews. Glad I didn’t seem them before. Ordered a ‘buy one, get one free’ for collection. Order came through quickly. Nice and hot. All toppings present. Friendly and efficient service from Shyma. Very tasty! Would recommend and will be back without hesitation.

It was a very good pizza I went to the shop very late closing time but that staff girl name is Shyma Shahjahan I went to buy a pizza and that girl behavior was very gentle and I ordered one more that is bbq melt... I got it very fast … Shyma you are really gem and very polite character am giving 5 star to that shop because of this girl and that beautiful pizzas😍 ….. I believe the managing team will inform that girl … wonderful experience thankyou Harringay team

Never received the order (not the first time) told a refund ‘will take time’ not even an apology. It was bad 2 years ago and then got better - seems to be back to terrible!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and generous toppings. The overall ambiance was inviting. Good customer service as well staff there was so friendly I think her name is Shyma Shajahan she was too good I was really happy with her service

This is a joke, I made a slight mistake in my order and when I called they took ages to answer, after many tries, the woman who answered was very rude and she just hung up the phone on me without saying anything.

The shop didn’t even answer the phone so I could figure out what was happening

I ordered delivery and waited for almost an hour and a half to get a small simple pizza and garlic bread. It wasn’t the driver’s fault as it clearly said the pizza wasn’t done for practically all the time i was waiting plus they had to change drivers three times because it wasn’t ready. I understand it gets busy and stressful because I also work in hospitality, but way over one hour of waiting + the food being cold when it got here wasn’t great considering the price of it all :(

Avoid like the plague - don't bother ordering from here. Ordered directly from their app for delivery on Saturday night, order never arrived. When I rang up to enquire where my order was 45 mins later, I was told that no driver was around to delivery it to me and that my order was cancelled. Had to reach out to customer service online the following day to arrange a refund. Similar to a lot of other reviews, I think management seriously need to improve this branch - I won't be going near here anytime in the future.

opening time is 11:00 but when I went in to place my order at 11:08 on Saturday, a guy came out with a mop in his hand and started shouting "No open! No open!” . I see that this place is worth such a low rating.

The guy on the phone basically washed his hands telling me I should have called the uber app, despite giving my order number and all the necessary info. Arrived late and the food was cold. Was told multiple times the food was on it's way when it wasn't. You could have just been honest and said it would be late.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The phone never gets answered. My pizza took an hour and a half, when it came the box was open. As in, the pizza just slid right out.

Delivery said delivered and we did not receive a thing. Tried to call the hut and there's an automated message saying 'we can't take calls' which automatically hangs up. Now I'm £35 out of pocket with no way of getting a refund before customers services gets back to me in '3 working days' ???

Ordered from Pizza Hut harringey branch on deliveroo and found not, but TWO hairs in the garlic bread. This is not the first time this has happened. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. And Deliveroo refused a refund. not even offering a refund

Do not waste your money, i can’t believe that I have to wait 3h to get 2 medium pizzas and uncooked chicken fingers( they were pale and soft instead of brown and crispy and it didn’t come with the bbq sauce as I requested) I called more than 15 times wondering were it was my food, I ordered at 8:35pm. they weren’t picking up the phone and sometimes they were picking up but hunging up straight after. I wanted to speak to someone to cancel my order and get my money back, at the end they picked up the phone and the excuse from the lady at the phone was… “yeah yeah yeah, it’s on the way, the driver got lost…” I mean.. wt*! What a excuse! They are completely shameless. I’ve got the pizzas at 11.15 AGAIN… do not waste you money and you time! It much better options out there!

Called to order a pizza and after being asked to “call back in 5 minutes” 4 times ( I really should’ve got the hint at that point) I called again to make my order. I ordered and was told it’d arrive in 30 mins. One hour later I called speaking again to the same woman named FATMA. First she acted oblivious to the order when I reminded her of her name and the fact she was the exact person who took my order she said she “thinks she took the order” and “thinks she might have put the wrong address down” and to call back in 10 mins to reorder?! All 7 times I called and she handled the phone she sounded incredibly dysfunctional and not very bright. If I hadn’t called I would’ve sat waiting for an order she didn’t bother to put through.

This pizzahut in particular is terrible! As of late they never seem to get my orders right! I asked and paid for an extra toppings or even something that should be included with the order and something is always missing. This is the 3rd time this has happened🤦🏽‍♀️A manager called Assad, is equally terrible when I called to speak and ask for the complaints procedure. Have to find another pizzahut now...

Amended my order to remove some toppings but found that nothing was removed. Pizza was very cold. Cookies dough dessert had no ice cream. For the price paid its not worth it. Rarely order food out. If i do its from places i love. I only eat pizza from pizza hut but was let down by the delivery option, i thought it would be the same as when you dine in. Its my first time ordering delivery. A bit sad by the outcome.
