KFC Wood Green - High Road in Haringey

Very friendly store with lovely staff, food always made fresh and the service is super fast. Muhib is very friendly and welcoming.

Proceeded to give me the wrong order and once I got home and realised no one picked up the phone. Very poor customer service not impressed at all.

Every piece of chicken dry where been left out for cold gravy watery so dry and that hurts your throat to swallow all the 10 piece family face they give me six legs total waste of money

The prices are 10% more expensive then the other kfc down the road, yet my portion is smaller. So i paid more and got less at the same time.. brilliant

The meal I ordered didn’t have the drink. I request for the value of the missing item but they refused to issue refund. Not a big deal but nonetheless unpleasant and unfair.

Twice I have ordered a zinger box meal and they never put my sweetcorn in the box. I'm starting to think if staff members purposely forgets it.

we buy chicken wings and zinger burger inside my burger I found hair and we was ordered meal but the chips it didn’t came and it was cold we choose in justeat after we ordering every time they saying they not doing the same in justeat inside is full with Indians and Pakistans no nobody speaks English and they are so rude and it’s not like before not clean

Food tastes stale. Literally like biting into cardboard. Chips are under cooked not edible…

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. absolutely slow service, took more than 10 minutes to serve my food as there’s only at least 1-2 people working which makes no sense at all. They are absolutely stingy with the food, ordered chips and they were disgusting, way too much salt on the chips and barely gave me enough to eat. Wrap was disgusting as it was cold and the sauce was not made right. I’m really disappointed as i expected better service and food especially from a FAST FOOD restaurant.

Food was horrible & completely drenched in salt. I always order from kfc as I have a SEN child but it was completely inedible. Let alone how the food was delivered.

The chicken was overcooked and dry. For the 10 pieces I ordered in the bucket, 5 pieces were wings, 3 pieces breasts, and 2 pieces thighs; but there were no drum stick.

really excellent actually, everything hot, even the chips, not withstanding out of all the chain restaurant chips KFC are with out doubt the worst, I have never had a crispy chip delivered from them. that aside, the chicken was delicious, and a ate the chips of course. Just about to order from them again, lets see how they do. Hope they remember to put in some napkins and hand cleaner, almost essential eating chicken. silly mistake not to put it in the bag

I don't know what's going on with this particular branch, but lately whenever I place an order, they keep pushing the time slots, I've had to cancel on two occasions. And they get my order wrong.

Very small portion to what it used to be. Driver was absolutely rude expecting me to go pick it downstairs when I live on the second floor. I have a baby I cannot live him unattended. Extremely rude and inconsiderate

I have ordered BUCKET of 20 wings , comes just in paper bag who was open or cut on the top because of the rain outside, on my question why is open the guy answering with “because I was wet” …. This is second time to order BUCKET of wings and to come in paper back and not crispy …. Please next time if your offer is BUCKET of wings to be packed in BUCKET to save the quality….

I paid £28.48 and they ended up not sending us our 1,5lt drink that was coming with this order.

My mini fillet burger was burnt literally black (bun and the chicken) and my mini fillet chicken was burnt and overcooked I couldn’t even take a bite out of it. Every time I order KFC I remember why I don’t order it. Never comes edible. Waste of money.

I often buy from this kfc but this time the chips were such a small portion the two together made one very disappointed

the beans they gave us were dry and very stale, the order is very expensive, didn't satisfy me a lot, the food was cold, the southern rice is very mushy and doesn't taste good.

We have ordered x1 zinger and x1 snack box. We have waited 20min for our order being first in the queue and had to repeat our order multiple times in the meantime being accused of not paying. I think going down the road would be much quicker to get food.

Useless staff, poor service, don’t even listen, waited almost 25 minutes to take my food. All old staff look like cash in hand workers so what do u except from them about service… wont come again and advise my friends also not to come this place..
