Pizza Hut in Great Yarmouth

I have given 5 stars because of the waitress Danielle what a lovely polite young lady couldn’t do enough for us was very helpful when we struggled with the app I must admit I’m not keen using the app must prefer the old ways of doing things. We came only because of the buffet offer as I feel Pizza Hut has gotten so expensive so I would have rated 3 stars but the waitress was just exceptional a real credit to Pizza Hut thank you Danielle for a pleasant experience

We were on a weekend break and had been out shopping when we stopped for some food, we walked into this restaurant and a young lady asked if we can order on app so we explained we’d rather her take our order in which she did, she’s returned with our bill and card machine stating if we don’t pay we won’t get our drinks, strange we thought as she never mentioned before hand pay before you eat or drink, so we asked if they get many people running out without paying , she said yes when we’re busy not like today, there were about 6 people eating in here, we paid then got our food and drinks, no one else got asked to pre pay so we put it down to ignorance as we are from London, we have never been treated like this in any other Pizza Hut , we did not get asked if we wanted anymore drinks or a pudding and felt very offended at this treatment and won’t be returning .

The staff and the food was very good. My only complaint which is a bad bad complaint is the fact an customer had been sick all over the men's toilet two female members of staff kept coming in and out of the toilets in Protective wear and then going into the kitchen. She then didn't wash her hands and carried someone's food over to them.

Had a lovely meal. All good piping hot. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy everywhere. Salad bar was kept well stocked. Would highly recommend although not the cheapest place to go. The only thing I would "slightly criticise" is the ice cream they use in their machine as doesn't taste that great. Apart from that everything was great.

Visited Pizza Hut today for a bit of lunch after shopping over gapton . What a waste of money ! The place itself was dire ; nobody in there about from the odd couple . Was greeted by some woman on the door who was ever so blunt . The poster on the door advertised the buffet but no price . So my friend asked how much it was to be told quite bluntly “ will tell you later once you are sat “ . The buffet was very limited and there was no meat pizzas either . A woman in a nearby booth was choking on her food and the man she was with run over to the same employee to ask for an immediate glass of water and she said “ I will in a bit “ and continued to walk out the back . I couldn’t believe it ; no wonder the place was so dead if you have people like that serving you.

Whole experience was great. We rang up & they fitted us in last minute even though online it said there was no tables available. Didnt have to wait long for anything. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Leanne was lovely. Pizza’s were perfect. Will def be coming back again.

Had to wait to be seated,the person working told us the tables had to cleared,fair enough,got seated then tried to use the online app,hate using this,stopped coming to pizza hut because of this,if you have to go back while using it you have to start all over again,no interaction with staff at all to see if we were ok,struggled with app,ended up with a bill of £97 just got up and left in the end,proper had enough of the app,no suggestions or help with ordering,no interactions with staff,totally done with pizza hut,over priced sharing pizza nearly £30 and you have to serve yourself, pretty much the same where we live back in the Midlands,thought it might actually be different here,had a great experience with staff in Hayes pity other pizza huts don't follow suit.

Fantastic service - staff very friendly & attentive. Pizza regularly topped up on the buffet. We always visit when holidaying in Great Yarmouth and this branch is always consistently great!

Friday 14th of July. I rang in advance to add extra people to the table and was told that they hadnt got my booking, without any hesitation the manageress dealt with it very quickly and well! She made sure that my daughter could still have her party table with her friends (9 of them) and she arranged for a table for myself and my partner to also have dinner together opposite. She was very polite and inviting on arrival and made sure that the girls had everything they needed. The server for the evening was lovely very generous in time giving to the girls while they chose their options and very accommodating to me and my partner who couldn't wait to eat any longer! Everyone involved had a lovely time and I would like to thank you and all the team for making all of our night an enjoyable one!

This was my third visit in last 2 months and had issues every time and gave them a couple of chances before saying anything as everyone deserves a chance, the service is poor as when we walk in no hello just we don’t take cash!!, okay so sat at table and told to order on app, the salad to be honest was okay apart from brown lettuce and poor beetroot, looked like been there all day, the pizza came and was disappointing for the price of 17.49 each with stuff crust, not hot either, should just gone over road to tescos. My coffee was warm at best and did we see waitress again no, the restaurant had three tables in it. How to say something on visit impossible as not easy to untill we were going out the second door to leave, could not use gents toilet as poo everywhere and from someone saying something took 15 minutes to go in by that time I was dying for loo so we grabbed our food and popped to McDonalds. If busy I expect this to take alittle but empty restaurant and people just leaning. I will not be back again, as no service, not clean, poor quality which is so over priced in my opinion

No Atmosphere, no interaction and the pizzas were rubbish to be honest, used to be a regular pre Covid, but we are done now with this place, not value for money at all anymore, be surprised if this place last past 2023 unless a reshape is done

Waiting staff are friendly enough but then there is the want of a tip at the end of your meal. Went up to the salad bar and there were so many flies that just burst out of the beetroot and swarmed round the salad bar! I was really shocked. Staff stood next to it and could see the flies but did nothing. Tortilla chips were the only food that didn't seem to attract them but that's probably because they were stale. Our pizza was nothing to write home about. Overpriced dough with some mushrooms and peppers on top? £24. We didn't expect fine dining, don't get me wrong, but I prefer my meals without a side of flies.

Went here on last day of our holiday! We had a lovely server who was really friendly and checking we were OK ordering on the app. When order came out mine was slightly wrong (left off chicken) but very apologetic and gave me the remade one for free, dispite being busy they were very attentive

Great dinner out at Pizza Hut. Booked a table 30 mins before online (I would recommend on a Saturday night as there was a queue of people waiting for tables). We were informed about the ingredients that were out of stock but luckily didn’t affect what we wanted to order. Restaurant was clean and service was with a smile. Free parking was handy. We used the QR code & website to order/pay but other tables ordered with a server.

I came here with my mother and partner for a belated birthday dinner and we had not been here in years. We were seated straight away and the waitress informed us about the mobile ordering service which was fine by us. We ordered our food and drinks yet when the drinks arrived, my partner’s was completely different. He had ordered a black cherry cream soda float only for them to not give him the ice cream. When he asked about it, the first waitress had no idea and the second waitress said they had changed the menu… but kept the same name?! He was disappointed. My mother and I went to use the salad bar but half of it was missing and when we asked about it, we were told they were sold out… really?! They never even told us where the bowls were and there wasn’t a waitress in sight! Our food arrived and the sides were delicious but the pizzas seemed underdone… the onion was still raw! We ate what we could but had to stop due to a bad stomach ache… needless to say when we got home we were all sick!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Greeted politely at the door and taken to a table, everything was neat and clean. Tia brought me a menu and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu, after my pizza arrived (which was really tasty and way better than I expected) she was very attentive even while she was clearing pretty much the whole place, didn't stop. I would happily eat here again, great service, good food, nice atmosphere. (Great Yarmouth, gapton hall road)

Just wanted to apologise to the staff of the Great Yarmouth Pizza Hut... We're very sorry we had the audacity of wanting to order food from our table while you were all chatting away with each other at the front of the almost empty restaurant the whole time. So after half an hour waiting, we felt we should quietly leave, less we inconvenience you any further from your private conversation such as also having to take said food to our table. Don't worry, we won't trouble you again with our business. So you can freely chat away uninhibited.

This is now the fourth time in the last two weeks we have arrived and been given an excuse and turned away. We’ve had excuses of short of staff the COVID ones the delivery drivers one and tonight we got we got a table of 17 due in and won’t be able to cope. What a crock ! I would love to see this one close down. The management don’t deserve a job here it is an absolute joke ! They can’t run this place to save there lives. Your an embarrassment to Pizza Hut and if head office care announce what people thinks they will have a shake up in this dump.

Phoned to book was told no booking turned up and was then told I couldn't pay with cash due to covid what is a joke as serving a buffer where people help themselves so multiple contact spots had to leave not eating no reason given to not excepting cash

A very well managed, efficient and friendly service, greeted by the manager, covid procedure quickly explained, QR codes applied which are so good for ordering. Drinks and food arrived very quickly. Really appreciate the great teamwork by everyone working hard - made such a difference...

It’s a chain, have visited numerous times, have had some good, some bad. Nothing horrendous but definitely feel it’s got worse recently. The last 2 times we’ve been, the pizza’s are chewy and tasteless, just seem like they’ve been heated up. Staff are always lovely and accommodating with small children which is lovely. Just a shame the quality isn’t great

Four adults and one 3year old child. Got seated very quickly at around 4.30. Lovely, friendly waitress who took our order and food served after a not unreasonable delay. And it was excellent. Hot, flavourfull and tasty, cooked to perfection. Sweet followed for most of us. Overall cost, to include drinks, a shade under £100 before tip. Personally I thought that was rather a lot, but then my wife regards me as a bit of a skinflint! Overall, though, for the quality of the food and the service, recommended.

Tried booking online on the day but I assume it was too late so had to ring instead. We managed to get a table for 3 plus a high chair at the time we wanted.When we arrived it took a long time for somebody to take our order but when they did it was a smooth and easy process. There wasn’t too long a wait for the pizza to come but we had to wait significantly longer for our sides. The pizza was brought to the table by a different person to who originally took our order. We spoke to the guy who took the order and rather unprofessionally blamed the other member of staff and said “this is why I like to bring food to my own tables!”. The buffet bar good and was being topped up constantly. You could easily fill yourself up without needing any pizza!Drinks were expensive unless you take advantage of the refills but there’s only so much pop you can drink on a full tummy - they aren’t daft!We skipped desserts based on previous poor experiences. Pizza and sides are always good, dessert is always a disappointment.

came here for lunch whilst staying away in great yarmouth, called up for a table but were told they were fully booked (which is understandable) but they said try anyway. we got there 20 mins later and were given a table straight away so there turn around times are really good. our party was 3 adults and 2 children so we had 3 buffet and 2 kids meals. the kids meals were fine they happily picked at theirs whilst doing some colouring. the buffet was always well stocked but only negative about it was seemed to be the same toppings on the pizzas every time. i understand that you can only use the certain toppings for the buffet pizza but maybe a bit more variety in future. the staff were very polite and very helpful. I've been to places were its really busy and the staff start to get flustered and miserable as it gets busier but not here they kept on going and kept on smiling. finally the price was reasonable however when it came time to pay i had the pizza hut restaurant app on my phone and when i walked in it said i had 3/6 when i went to pay i had 6/6 but no vouchers to use. the manager said they had problems with it and hated the app so in the end the starter i thought i was getting for free i had to pay for. all in all though was a good visit.

Have always avoided Pizza Huts as a rule; went to a few when the children were small, usually in souless shopping centres but then we found ourselves in this one last month. And,well,what can I say, good decor, excellent staff,friendly and very clued up on allergy advice. Pizzas for the kids were just as wanted and our thin crust veggie ones were really really tasty. If it was so.e high end eatery we would still have been very pleased. Paired with the salad bar and sugar free soft drinks the perfect family restaurant...

I ordered my pizza online just before I finished work for collection at pizza hut gapton hall! Upon my arrival i was greeted straight away with a smile, I said to the gentleman I had ordered online and my pizza was ready for me straight away. Overall great service and fantastic food!!

Popped in for a spontaneous bite to eat at lunchtime surprised how quiet it was considering it was Mother’s Day. We had the Sunday Buffett which we found to be good value for money, salad was full and plenty of choice of pizza. Restaurant nice and clean throughout our visit.What stood out for me was the staff dealing with a very rude customer who sat nearby. Staff remained very professional despite being sworn at and trying to rectify whatever issue this customer had.

Having two dairy and egg allergic children can be a nightmare for quick and tasty food. Out take away today was absolutely amazing for them. The vegan cheese is perfect and with the sides too and full allergy information at hand, we could pick a good dinner for them with no hassle. Will definitely be going back x

Delivery poor. Took 45 mins to arrive when arrived he said it’s says 108 no it says 10B. Look at receipt.the bloke him self is a nice guy tho tbf. The flours what flours very poor food. Good for my dog. Would I go here again no way...... shame on u

Couldn’t book online as it was only giving me late times of 8 pm . When I phoned I got booked in for 6.15. Upon arrival we was treated by a very stressed sweaty manager ! It was busy so I’m glad we booked . Once seated our order was taken by Amy F.. she could have been abit more happier whilst taking orders .. She brought plates over, 2 of which were dirty! We had unlimited drinks and salad bar which was nice . Just a shame it’s right near the front door, so those, waiting for a table can sit and watch you , stare and dribble whilst you choose your salad.. The pizzas that came out were lovely! No complaints about the food , just the fact the staff need jearing up a little, even tho it is busy ..

Very impressed! Friendly waitress! Took my 3 children (2 having adult meals) and my niece. We all had the buffet! They had a Large range of pizzas, all delicious and very fresh! All fed and a drink for under £50. Nice atmosphere inside too! Will be back again in future.

Went with my wife to this Pizza Hut branch midweek at around 6pm. Easy to park and although it was fairly busy we were seen to a table straight away. Despite other reviews were saying on here, the service from our waitress was first class, despite her having other people to serve. Our food came swiftly and was hot and tasty. I don't always like sitting in places like this, but I found this an enjoyable evening.

Visited twice in last few days. First visit 4 + baby, late afternoon on a Saturday. Waitress Becca took order. Food arrived for 3 of us, but one missing! Told "a couple of minutes". Plainly Becca had missed one item entirely as it arrived as 3 meals were finishing! Was there an apology and admission of error? No. Just some lame brained excuses and an attitude. Frankly, Becca was rude and uncaring. Complained to Manager. Got a proper apology, £20 in vouchers, and the meal at half price. The food was good!

Almost empty, put on a table wiht damaged seats which sloped forward. The 'manager' I think he was looked disgraceful with dirty clothes and was sort of cleaning a table - wasnt welcoming at all. Glass for drink was dirty as were knives and forks. Food wasnt vey appetising and in my mind Pizza Hut in Gt yarmouth has just got worse...we havent been for quite sometime and we will not be going back again - if the satff dont want to work in the hospitality buisness they should clear off..

Went on a Friday at 8pm and it was dead , ordered pizza and found out on arrival of food that Americano pizza with stuffed crust comes only as a sharer so my 15 year old ended up with a pizza costing £23 thanks for letting me know In advance would it not just have been helpful to say that only comes as a sharer sir?

Visited this restaurant. Food arrived for six of us . Asked for some Parmesan and were told that we don't have that . Reason given it costs to much money.

Was a good experience here although not as friendly as what I was expecting. Will visit again maybe they were just having an off day.

We came for unlimited buffet lunch with our 18 month old son, was greeted nicely by a blonde lady with glasses and was seated and everything was explained, the whole of the time we ate there was a dark haired young lass suppose to be serving but seemed to always be in the back private area but when she did seat customers just seemed to throw menus at them, as a publican within the hospitality industry I found the level of service and enthusiasm from staff poor and with her phone sticking out her backside pocket I guess that ment her phone was more important than her job and then when we had finished we sat for 40 mins before anyone came to clear or even asked if we wished for anything else, then when the bill was brought over it, the metal bucket went down with a bang but no vocal communication. There is no wonder the industry is struggling when people can't even smile and give good communication to the people that pay there wages. As us Lincolnshire people say absolute jobs worth.

We had travelled down from near Brighton, thanks to the Dartford toll road our journey ended up being 2hrs longer! We drove past Pizza Hut so stopped in for dinner. Very warm welcome and friendly service.

Arrived at 12:00 for lunch and plenty of empty tables so didn't need to book a table. Greeted quickly, friendly & efficiently. Picked our table and perused the menus. Our waitress was vety pleasant, food was served hot and was great except for my wife's pizza. She ordered the thin base which was served on a cold slate and went cold very quickly. Everything else was fine.

Booked a table for 11 served quickly by friendly waitress kids were given colouring while waiting for their dinner unlimited squash for the kids which was a great food was good and plenty of salad to choose from staff happily brought out our birthday cake and even provided us with candles which we had forgotten to bring

Had the lunchtime buffet here last week. Lovely fresh pizza, salad and pasta with ice cream to finish. Please put more staff on. The poor girl was on her own to start with and the restaurant was half full. Can't remember her name but she said she had a five month old baby. She was a credit to you. Would we eat here again,yes.

Visited last week, Great food and service and not that badly priced, Only one dirty table I seen but I think that they had only just left.

Visited this branch on Thursday 28th while we were on holiday in hopton.. we were welcomed by a chap in a checked shirt who we assumed was the manager. Took our order no problems, seemed polite and chatty.

We had a great time here the food was standard Pizza Hut but we were made to feel very welcome by the staff they were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do any more for us thank you to all of the people that work there

Enjoyed the lunchtime buffet with unlimited salad and bottomless drinks. Food really good (over indulged!) but the service at this Pizza Hut was fantastic and made the experience for us. The waitresses were all friendly and chatty, asking about our holiday and chatting with our daughters. When we asked how best to get back to the town centre they even offered to arrange a taxi for us. I forgot to show my app for rewards points at the time of paying and one of the girls even sorted that for us. Above and beyond, thank you!

Service here was amazing. We came here during the easter holidays and the staff were very polite. Had the buffet which allowed us to eat as much as we like. Very well decorated and very welcoming. Definitely would come here again

Ordered two pizza via the website , two hours later still not arrived , called them and they said they tried to deliver but no answer ?, they the proceeded to argue with me .

My daughter chose here for a meal together, it has been a while since I last dined in a Pizza Hut. Nothing changes much!

I alway review after visiting few times before I comment. (visited Sept 2017,January 2018 and March 2018; mothers day)1st time: waitress didn't put £100 worth of points on my card when I'd asked and cherry tomatoes were unwashed (literally had mud on them!! ), dirty salad area, dry pizza, cold spaghetti bolognaise 2nd time: no couscous/pasta/potatoes/olives/beetroot etc options on salad bar, just lettuce, toms, cucumber, raisin, soggy onions, raisins, soggy peppers, bacon crumb mix. 3rd time, better salad area still no couscous/pasta etc (unlike Norwich) mango sorbet was old so over iced not scooped just bits, 1/3 of our party got there food 15 mins after the rest, and (not ours) but a waitress (has slightly dark skin and small in height) who has worked each reviewed visit on Sunday afternoon , walked past behind our party and literally shouted suddenly at us rudely "God!!!..... talk about trip me up". No one from our party knew why as we were adults not naughty children up and down from our seats and we're sitting chatting amongst ourselves. At none of our visits was the restaurant overly busy, the second visit having just 3 tables taken. On mothers day our waiter was apologetic and kind but to be honest I've had enough. I'll be going to a Norwich branch if I have to. Needs sorting as this particular restaurant is getting a reputation around this area. I was actually warned!!

Went out for lunch on a Saturday when it was not busy what so ever. The food was greasy and the salad was wet, not impressed.

Buffet was good value but the main menu is overpriced for what you get.

Made to feel very welcome here by all the team, but particularly by our server Liam & manager Kurt. Both were friendly, efficient & happy in their jobs. Atmosphere in the restaurant was spot on, food was hot, tasty and quick. The service was just right- attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely come again, thanks for a great visit!

Using the sun newspaper for a free pizza was very good value managed to Get 5 pizzas So for a total outlay £5.50 for five papers Very good value pizzas were £9.70 each

We had the lunch time buffet. Very good choice of pizza or pasta and lots of salad. Great value for money,and very tasty!

I was pleasantly surprised at the food which was good.... But cold not helped by cold plates. I was disappointed with the soft fizzy drinks which were watered down, flat and expensive. It is also very cold in this restaurant so if you go wrap up warm.

We went for dinner on Saturday night 2nd Sep. Had to wait for 30 mins for a table at 7PM. Understand its peak time and a Saturday so cant complain. However once we got a seat it seems service was hit and miss with staff really struggling to keep the place clean and ensure customers are happy.

We were in Great Yarmouth on holiday so tried the local Pizza Hut as it's a brand we can trust wherever we are. Booked in advance just incase it was busy. We were seated quickly however it took a while to have our order taken. The server who we were promised on arrival never came to our table. Visitamos el Pizza Hut en Great Yarmouth en un lunes por la tarde, después de un viaje de día lluvioso de Great Yarmouth. En general fue una experiencia agradable. La comida era de buena calidad y este es el mejor cadena de pizza para sin gluten (más que Dominos Pizza y Express). El servicio también era muy bueno y el servidor estaba atento a nuestras necesidades, agradable y entendido el Menú sin gluten (una rareza! ). Puntos de mejora. Parecía sucia incluso aunque probablemente no, quizás mejor limpieza de las mesas o diferentes tipos de mesas hubiera cambiado. No obstante, en general, una buena experiencia con un pequeño punto de mejora. Pizza Hut son claramente apegadas a una fórmula que funciona y esto se reflejaba en nuestra experiencia en el restaurante Great Yarmouth. Gracias.

We called in on sunday for lunch,the place was fairly quiet,our waitress did not seem to be very up to the job,we ordered our food and drinks but the drinks took ages to arrive and we had to wait till she remembered we were there,I ordered Philly cheese which was supposed to have shaved steak on it but I only found about 2 pieces of wafer thin steak the rest of the pizza was onion and cheese,my wife ordered Chicken supreme and she also only found a couple of pieces of chicken,I can,t understand why Pizza hut are scrimping on the toppings,do they want return custom.

Went in before going to the circus around 5pm, wasn't very busy, got seated and it was freezing had to wear our hoodies, waited for ages and in the end I had to get up and find someone to ask, is somebody going to take our order?? A waitress was then sent over. When we went to use the drink station a part from the ice machine fell on the floor, a waitress picked it up n out it back in!! I took it off and said can you wash that it's been on the floor!! At this point the kids said mum they will spit in our food you are complaining so much! When the pizzas arrived they were very nice and they even gave my daughter a free remake, I'm still not quite sure why! Something about cheese!Anyway sort out the service, the air con n make sure all staff know about health n hygiene and I'm sure you will be in for better reviews!

Service slow, customer service abysmal. Dirty restaurant , sticky seating and tables and floor . Waitress had lost the ability to listen to requests, Interrupted customer whilst customer was ordering. Extremely noisy restaurant not helped by loud music. a very unpleasant experience , no cutlery available on the table, I had to get from the consul, cutlery was very dirty and smeared. No waitress seen when we wanted to pay , so we presented ourselves at the tills. This restaurant has nothing to be proud of.

Oh dear Pizza Hut how you have let your standards drop , We had the buffet lunch the Salad bowls and plates dirty, No hot pasta, well a small amount of dry in the bottom of the pan. The pizza buffet was cold and empty . Staff in the Kitchen did not wear a hat and didn't seem to care. Felt sorry for the waitresses called Danielle she seem to be the only working .

Went here for the all you can eat buffet lunch on a Friday.Friendly staff, lots of choice of pizza (both meat and veggie), plus hot pasta and fresh salald. The food on the buffet is topped up frequently and is hot and tasty. The toilets were clean and well maintained. For two of us with two refill soft drinks it was just over £20 which is pretty good considering we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day.

I've been to several Pizza Huts around the place and this one is just as good as the rest of them. Good service. Good good. Clean restaurant with friendly staff.

Have been lots of times for lunch to have the buffet but oh dear Pizza Hut how you have let your standards drop ,dirty table ,bits of food on the pizza hot plate ,pizzas that look so dry you don't want to eat them and not replenished quick enough ,pasta that was dry in the bottom of the serving pan .,and staff that look like they don't want to be there ,so all in all not good !

Came here a couple of nights ago with my family, we asked for a table of 4, but were told it would be 30 mins before we could get seated-although there were 3 tables of 4 we could see with nobody sitting at them, so I asked what about that table over there? She said it's reserved for the other family who were waiting. But 30 mins later, we were sat at it! And it wasn't wiped either, my husband got barbecue sauce on his new jumper after accidentally leaning in it. So we waited half an hour for a dirty table, not a good start. I approached a couple of waitresses at the salad bar having a chat, said excuse me -I was stood in front of them- said excuse me again, and they both walked away! It wasn't until I waved my arms around shouting hello until they actually noticed my existence. Told them about the table and it got cleaned. Next my daughter needed the toilet - I would recommend using the hedge outside. The first cubical had no lock - it had fallen on the floor. The second had no loo roll, and the last one.. well.. someone missed the loo. Our meals weren't checked back on, luckily the chef knew what he was doing that day, and I waited 15 mins for my bill after I asked for it, I ended up going to the till and waiting until someone walked by.If it wasn't for the quality of food I would have walked out without paying, and how useless the staff were that day, I could have anyway.

Being vegetarians and travelling with children generally keep us away from restaurants when we are on short trips in the UK but this was a trip that had to be made. After a long and tiring morning and afternoon at the Merrivale Miniature Village and the Pleasure Beach nearby we were ravenous and found this to be the nearest decent place. We took our chance even with all the horrible reviews posted here, and we were not so disappointed after all. Yes, it took a while for them to attend to us even though it wasn't all that crowded (it was 4pm). But no complaints on the food or the experience. The staff was well behaved and we had our time in a quiet corner. I didn't think the place was as bad as made out here.

Dirty glasses are never a good start, then waitress service infrequent and very poor, mushrooms on pizza that look dried and wrong at every level.We try to judge each restaurant on its own merits, different staff and such. This one is appalling.Would we return, definitely NOT.

After a long day with the kids at Dinosaur Adventure, a trip to Pizza Hut seemed the right thing to do. A very busy early Sunday evening means the poor staff are rushed off their feet. Some issues with the order bur "we got there in the end". I am only posting this as a reminder that choosing the time is as important as choosing the venue. All was Ok but could have been better. The staff were very apologetic for their mistakes and we didn't give them a hard time for it. A 3.5 out of 5 on this occasion.

Ordered takeaway. Triple pepperoni. Has to be the worst Pizza I've ever had and thats no exaggeration. Overdone, greasy lack of taste ( unless burnt is a a taste ) Lack Of toppings. My last Pizza Hut Pizza ever!!!!

Visited here with my husband and two children. Staff very friendly although quite slow to take order and to clear plates when you are finished eating. Other guests were loud and a bit rowdy however it was a Saturday night. Very clean and salad bar well stocked. Left feeling full.
