my was a delivery order the pizza is just ok but the service is appalling I had the driver shouting at me and being very rude because I didn't have the code for the big gate and he couldn't come in with the car. I only had the small gate code My street is closed, so instead of shouting at me he could have just left the car outside walk through the small gate and deliver. I have also called the restaurant regarding my complaint and rudest people ever even on the phone. APPALLING

Attempted to order two pizzas for delivery online, on the Tuesday 2 for 1 deal, but once I had paid, only one of them appeared on the invoice. Phoned the outlet and explained the issue and they quickly agreed to send the second pizza. Both arrived piping hot and tasty. Five stars for the outlet, two for the website.

If you are looking for an experience this is the place to get a pizza. The experience is that of disappointment, disgust and dysentery. I Ordered a large, got a medium It was soaked in a foul tasting grease The toppings were In the Center with about a 2 inch void of no mans land up to the edge. Toppings were dried out and tasteless. I had a slice and felt sick. THE WORST PIZZA I have ever had. Be warned ! Buy through Uber and it’s £19.00 Yep 19 quid Order direct and it’s 14.00 NEVER AGAIN ...

No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente lo terrible que es este lugar y el personal. Ordenado por entrega aquí en 3 ocasiones. Ellos arruinaron cada orden. He hecho 2 Pedidos grandes y me ha decepcionado en ambas ocasiones. No me gusto ni la atención, ni la limpieza ni la calidad de la comida. La verdad que espere mucho mas del Pizza Hut, que tenga ciertos estándares.

If there was an award for "The Worst Pizza Hut", I would nominate this place. This place is consistently bad. The food is poorly prepared and cooked, it is clear that absolutely no effort, care, or attention to detail has been considered when this food was being made. The sauce on the pizza was unevenly spread, the cheese was unevenly spread, as were the toppings. The "garlic bread supreme" had less than a third of the cheese that it would normally have had on it. Both the pizza and the garlic bread were undercooked, the dough was still dough, not bread. Really, really bad. We waited for forty minutes for the order to arrive (which was fine), but it was incorrect when it finally arrived. I strongly believe that this restaurant is far below the standard that Pizza Hut want it to be. TOP TIP: Don't order from here. Domino's is across the road and is of far better quality.

We tried this Pizza Hut a couple of months ago and it was horrible. Pizza had hardly any toppings and it was all crust. Thought we would give it another try and we were greeted by the same pile of rubbish in fact it was worse than before. Sides were cold and hard and we had two pizzas both of which looked like they haven't even been shown the cheese and toppings. It nearly all got put in the bin except for the icecream which was nice because it was out of the tub. I would never use this Pizza Hut again. Have used lots of pizza huts and usually on the whole they are good but this branch is really letting the side down. If you want pizza I suggest dominos across the road

Awful service last night. Waited 2 hours for the delivery. Which arrived and it was wrong. Tried to call and phone was never answered after 40mins! Then when I asked for the customer service number they gave me the wrong number. Please go elsewhere.

I love my local Pizza Hut southgate. They; know what I want everytime I call x Lovely personal service x Thank you
