Kids working there complained about our order and then were making fun behind the counter, talking about how the food smelt. Very strange wont be going back. Thats the problem with kids as staff i guess

I have ordered from pizza house guiseley for many years. Always nice food, and fresh. We generally get the food delivered, and it's always on time, generally within half an hr, depending on day and other factors if they are stacked out. Definitely recommend if you live local or simply passing by and hungry!!

On my way home from some teatime drinks, my two daughters requested some fodder bringing home. I unfortunately stopped off here to pick up a bite to eat. I ordered three burgers. I know what your saying, burgers from a pizza house, well I work for a pizza company and didn't fancy a busman's holiday. The Burgers were those pre-cooked type. You know like "Big Als" or something similar. The buns were not fresh, looked to have been frozen and stale around the edges and the salad was deader than a dodo. Possibly the worst burger we have ever had. Heard from a friend that the pizza's are not up to much either nowadays, used to be the place to go when I was in my teens. They have sold their sole for profit. Anyhow at just under £20, all three burgers went in the bin, even the alcohol we had consumed couldn't save these bad boys. Reminded me of the old school dinner burgers. Avoid.

Difficult to find a decent gluten free pizza but it was amazing!

I've ordered many years but recently it's been cold pizza and when I rang about having 50 note please bring correct change been decent they have me standing ten minutes messing about with my change then decides to go into there picket and they've loads of change .it's 1.50 delivery andmy food was cold not very good chaps this time but overall it's been spot on shame my last meal was cold not even by cheese hardly on it

Good value and, when we ordered, have a proper range of pizza toppings, unlike the restricted and boring topping options at the, to us, very expensive Dominos.

Tasty food, delivered quickly, not greasy like some places.

I order from here frequently. The pizza dough is cooked perfectly, the staff are always friendly and efficient and the pizza toppings on the pizza are always great and can’t be faulted.

Absolutely appalling, food wasn’t right, the hygiene is absolutely horrendous, no gloves are used when preparing food, no hair nets are worn, they treat the younger staff horribly, screaming and shouting at them for any little mistake when it’s there job to teacher them !! Also my chicken was raw !!!!! If I hadn’t off noticed I could off been very ill !!! I do not recommend this place to anyone !!!!

Only marked 1 star down this time as ordered 5 pizzas and the order was wrong for 1 pizza but only noticed when arrived home and served them. To be fair, we rang and they brought another correct one out within 20 minutes but by that time people weren't that bothered for more pizza so felt like experience was tarnished. Spent c£40 on 5 pizzas and 1 garlic bread.

Won the competition and wasn't disappointed. Ordered a large 14" pizza and some wedges and cooked to perfection.

Absolutely top notch pizzas, they don't scrimp on the toppings and they reach all the way up to the edge of the crust. Prices are slightly on the higher side for a takeaway pizza but it is so worth it as the product is an absolute masterclass. Plus they managed to find our office correctly which rarely happens with a takeaway. Magnificent!

Oh Pizza House what have you done? You used to be my go to for Gluten free pizzas as they were so lovely. The one we ordered tonight was hard, chewy and like a nasty store bought base. Definitely not worth the extra +£2 for the privilege of something awful!

Was hoping that with pizza being in the name the pizza would at least be good. It didn’t even seem fresh made, it was cold in parts, wasn’t even a slight cheese pull and was honestly like a bit of cardboard. Feel like I’ve just been rinsed of £14

We have really been struggling to find a decent take away locally. I have to say the food was lovely. Very warm and fresh. I haven't had a pizza this nice in a long time. The jalapeño bites were tasty, crispy and warm and the chips. Will definitely order again. Thanks guys

Ordered from here on Thursday, as i was in the area. Food arrived within 20/25 minutes, which was quite impressive. The pizza did have a good amount of toppings, and the base , sauce and toppings all had a very good taste to them. The chips where cooked very well and a nice golden brown colour. The garlic herb mayo was nice thick creamy and tasteful. What let the place down was, the garlic bread far too much oil/ butter / topping it was like a heart attack in a box. Was literally dripping off when i picked my slice up. Ketchup was cheap and nasty, no way would i believe that is Heinz or anything decent unless they buy Heinz and add a shed load of water to it. The drink i ordered (only 1 can) didn’t come in a bag was just plonked onto my hand. What does a bag cost 5p? Just good customer service to have it in a bag! I would return again for pizza chips mayo and maybe try other sides, but no way would i make the mistake of ordering the garlic bread or ketchup again! In response to the owner. To help you understand the 2 star the garlic bread that was soaked in garlic butter and looked like a heart attack in a box was the main thing and then the ketchup bought it down also. Do you a quality control team or some one senior who over sees products before they leave? Maybe theres been a mistake on the quantity of oil on the garlic bread ? Maybe staff error because i can re assure you nothing about it was normal. And if you served it like that since 2004 the USA would have invaded you for oil by now! Ketchup you don’t declare to be Heinz, but your products where very high quality and the quality of the ketchup was very low so did bring the whole meal down as i love dipping crust and chips but the sauce has to be there. Just want to add in a response to the review by scott Callaghan, it was clearly stated by pizza house company “we only use Heinz or other top brands” please enlighten me with what top brand of ketchup you use as you have now confirmed it is not Heinz. Regarding the environment I’ve definitely heard of it but,if you are that concerned why use plastic bags at all? Switch to paper bags that are 100% recyclable and then you can provide better customer service.

Ordered 2 pizzas and chips Sunday the 6th march chips were stone cold and just mainly like hard ends of scraps of chips both pizzas just tasted really salty for some reason which we have never had before it laid heavy on me to which I was actually sick twice through the night so was very disappointed with what it cost to be throwing sum away

Absolutely disgusted with this service manager has no remorse for any thing he did wrong, not only was I waiting 3 hours for a pizza he put spices into it while my kids were crying due to the spices he told me their was most certainly no spices in it then their was nothing he could do, wouldn’t advice anyone to go their.

Have very rude delivery drivers. The place is all round a joke. They stop delivering to you when you call out their delivery driver ls for been rude. Absolutely disgusting service I do not recommend ordering from this takeaway for the service alone

11/10 - Good customer service is when things are right every time. Excellent customer service is when mistakes (which do happen on occasion) are owned up to and rectified immediately. Slight issue with a pizza ingredient, spoke to the shop and a replacement pizza was despatched almost immediately. That’s how to keep customers!! Thanks very much. Cannot recommend this place enough. (And the pizzas were awesome as per usual!!)

I went to pizza house, and ordered a garlic bread pizza which tasted very sour as they had put far too much tomato purée on I spoke to the manager Amir and he told me that this is how they served their food I would definitely not recommend eating here and am disgusted with the service I received. I even asked my friends to taste it to see if I was over reacting and they also agreed you couldn’t even taste any garlic nor the cheese.

Pizza was dry as plasterboard, not much taste really. Chips were lacking. Phone never stops ringing though some SOMEONE obviously rates the place.

Ordered a Pizza today and unfortunately it had a hair in the box. I phoned within a second of it being delivered to advise them about it and was put on phone to the manager. The manager wasn’t too impressed and asked to return the box as it is which I was fine with as the Pizza was untouched. 15 minutes later another Pizza was delivered and he had put “bring the other pizza back” on the order slip which I found rude as I advised the manager on the phone I would anyway. By the tone of his voice I felt he thought I may be after a freebie if that was the case I wouldn’t be returning a full pizza. I Really used to enjoy getting a take out from here but so disappointed with the service today!!!!

I waa offered a free pizza for another occasion When I came to order they'd changed their mind. A bit embarrassing as wasn't out to claim free food but to just make aware . Great pizza and calzone, loads of toppings and very good value for money

1st time order. Just ordered 2 burgers a pizza, cheesy chips and fudge cakes. Bacon cheese burger looked played with, whats wrong with frying the bacon as a slice instead of cutting it up, bread was soggy burger under cooked. Pizza wasn't even sliced fully was very greasy. Cheesy chips was like rubber, Desserts I don't even think I'm going to open. dissapointed. Looking for somewhere else for the next 4 nights to order from. Edit and your replies everytime to a bad review, are to try pull the customer down and criticise them for their review your food standard was very poor accept criticism and improve, people also like there food cooked not played with, after reading your replies to other bad reviews you've had and the experience I recieved I will not order again and will not recommend to anyone not only was the food of a poor standard, it seems your customer care/ realations needs some improvement too

Recently moved to yeadon from out skirts of city centre, and we was really worried about finding new takeaways that were as good as our regular ones we order from. 2nd order in less than a week. And its been fantastic. We have only tried the pizzas but cant wait to try other menu items. The service is very quick and comes red hot! The delivery driver we had this evening was also very nice and polite, a great asset to any business as for delivery these are the face of the company!

Driver obviously couldn't follow GPS, spent about 15mins on the phone giving him directions, still couldn't find us so he took the food back to the shop, another driver then brought our food Took over an hour altogether just to deliver it!

Service was great, pizza was delivered ahead of time, however the house special was loaded with peppers and onions but hardly any meat. The pizza tasted like a cheap supermarket option, will not be ordering from here again.

Great pizzas, and the fact that I can have gluten free too makes it my favourite place 😊

I am a regular and my burger was burnt and chips where under cooked.

Wrong pizza replacement pizza would arrive 10-15 mins later finally arrived in 30 mins poor service to say I used to use this place all the time. I'll change my star rating as its a bit low, but this isn't the first time pizzas have been wrong last time it was a topping on each pizza missing. And to the owner, I knew it wouldn't arrive in 10-15 mins that's why I rang after 25mins just don't get why your staff would of said 10 to 15 mins unless he thought it was a collection.

One of the last places open in Guiseley on a Saturday night. Only selling pizzas from 11pm (I think it was) and we were there around 1am. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was excellent.

They're Ok, we used to use them regularly but found the quality of the pizza was getting worse. Food was either cold or not cooked very well. The pizza base quality is different but hopefully they have gone back to how they used to make them. Potato wedges were either burnt or cold on arrival. The drivers however we're always pleasant and nice.

Allways good food and you get 2 pizzas for price of 1 after 10.30, love it 👍

Been my go to Pizza shop for many years now, food is always top notch and they are eager to fix any mix ups immediately. Prices are much better than the local Domino's down the road and better quality too. Plus speedy delivery is also a bonus! Best pizzas in the Guiseley / Yeadon area PERIOD.

I have never had cause to normally write a review for a local pizza takeaway but this time, I simply had no option. I used just eat and Guiseley Pizza House for the first time. I didn't expect much, I must be honest but the prices were good and reviews seemed similar. What I received was not only a first class service but great food also. Sohail and the team have this small takeway racing ahead of the competition. Well done guys. Menston was well pleased!
