Was given wrong item spoke to restaurant and the replaced with correct item very greatfull and understanding

Wasn’t expecting delivery is sooooo fast!!! I wish I can put 10 stars on pizza n delivery!

First class once again. Food was lovely and hot and fresh.

Ordered online, and delivery has usually been fast (sometimes only 10 minutes). The food I've sampled has been genuinely very good, tasty and reasonably priced. Last delivery included: Chicken shish & doner Combo-kebab: Lovely large pieces of char-grilled Chicken, without being dry. The doner meat slices were not too greasy (it's a kebab) and freshly sliced. Served with ALL fresh salad, BBQ and chilli sauce. Nice touch having the salad separated from the meats at either end of the container and the pitta bread (which was a little dry) served on the top of the box. This is a great sharing kebab. Chicken wings & chips (6 pieces):  We've had the BBQ & Southern wings before, but prefer the Southern style wings (less messy) with a salty, herby and crunchy coating. Neither were dry or greasy, always extremely hot and good sized wings. We love the chips at pizza hot, in between a French-fry and chip. DELICIOUS. Coleslaw: A relative small round tub of crunchy vegetables (Carron, onion & cabbage etc.) smothered in a thick and creamy dressing. Only downfall is there WASN'T Enough. Chicken was under cooked and beef on the burger was burnt and hard and tasteless and chips were just average

Hello guys, just heads up. I went to this shop couple of months ago to pick up take away food. When I had looked inside I felt that I should not come here again as I saw one of the staff eating where they are making food then serving me with same hand without washing them. It doesn’t look like to me they are looking after food hygienic.

I ordered chicken wings but got most of them are chicken legs,only few wings..that to seems like old chicken..stopped ordering from them

I have to say this was the first time we had used this place as our usual Greek was closed but we weren’t disappointed. We had the chicken Shish with salad and pittas, the chicken was delicious, the salad plentiful and fresh and crispy, really couldn’t fault it. Shame to read so many poor reviews on here, I’m glad we took the chance to try it and will definitely go back. We don’t get delivery food if we can avoid it as prefer to collect so it hasn’t travelled too far and gone cold!

I orderd one today and it was thin with no flavour and i was pretty certain it was like a chicken nugget type thing sat there instead of a nice piece of chicken with a southern fried coating that it used to be. I rang up to say it was like a big chicken nugget and the the man on the phone was very helpful and sent a fresh one out straight away. Then comes a phone call saying i was a liar! How dare they..... Says he checked the cameras and i was a liar and why did i do that with so much anger in his voice. I have spent a lot of money at that place over the years and they have blocked me from ordering again. After that phone call i wouldnt order from them again anyway!!!!! So so rude!!!!! What I'm saying is the food has gone so down hill that it was absolutely nothing like it was. Avoid if i was you..... Alright to take your money but talk to me like that is so bad. Not happy at all being called a liar cause they gave me shocking food!!!! Neither the person on the phone or delivery driver asked for the food back for starters! And once again in your reply you are calling me a liar. I AM NOT A LIAR! Your chicken fillet burger is not a chicken fillet anymore, false advertising, the second one that came was just as bad as the first and I didn't eat either of them! Asked for no tomato and received tomato, asked for onion no onion, no cabbage Was literally just lettuce and tomato didn’t want very disappointing

Worse meal I have had in a very long time. Dry tough meat, soggy bread, watery sauce. massively overpriced. Used to be a happy regular customer of this restaurant. Will not use again!

I ordered from there for the first time this weekend. Unfortunately they don't deliver to Long Buckby but no big deal. Ordered 6 16inch pizzas. Deep pan. For the price (£58 as pizza is buy one get one free) I was blown away. The pizzas are square so you get even more pizza for your money. All 6 pizzas were different and all were great. So much better value than dominoes etc. all were still piping hot when I got them home. Will definately be going back

mines was cold wen I got it , my chips especially an my burger didn't seem.cooked properly so gelt unable eat it sorry

Absolutely disgraceful, food was stone cold had more lettuce than I did meat, chilli sauce was more like tomato sauce the temperature of the chilli sauce was hotter than my food will not be ordering again from here 🤢

I was disappointed with the quality of the pizza base, it seemed more like an aldi oven baked pizza than a take away pizza. We still ate it though so wasn't awful but not value for money for what I was expecting

We ordered pepperoni pireri on website and it put it a pepperoni hot and called the shop and we were spoken to in a disgusting manner by the person who answered the phone so I am not happy at all with the absolute shocking customer Service😡😡

Super fast service, extremely affordable, very friendly staff and amazing food. Always hot, fresh and consistently tastes great. I’ve tried basically the whole menu over the last year or so and would recommend it all! Whether you fancy a scampi and chips, a pizza binge or a yummy kebab, you’ve come to the right place!!

You text me 30 mins after a order had been ready and the pizza hot rang 1 min after saying it had been ready 30 mins buy time got there was sitting About 45 mins So Obviously was cold So We Didn’t want but said Had take up with just Eat as u text me say was ready and already been sitting there 30 mins AMD Estimated time had already been There while

Food great drink I paid for was missing got told he would bring it I’m still waiting! Tried to complain online and can’t need to call restaurant but reality is I should have been able to do it online! Sad about my missing drink now I have to go to shop :(

The best pizzas in Daventry and, going by my friends responses when they've come round, best for some miles around too. I've ordered here a lot and had a couple come not as good as the rest (still ok though), but they're mostly when we're ordering at really busy times. Get your order in well before pub closing time and you should have a great experience.

Not one off the best I’ve ever had.

Great food, Just expensive. I just ordered a single pizza with chips, but they delivered a second pizza which I refused/didn’t need. I would rather have had the first pizza only for a cheaper price than to have a second pizza built into the price making it expensive.

Chicken was pink, said would come to collect and refund but 2 hours no communication?

The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. As for the quality, utterly heavenly. I define my life in two halfs now: the half before I ate from Pizza Hot, and the half that comes after.

Not really had any issues with these guys before, but I feel like there efforts have gone down hill. Had 2 pizzas and cheese chips with beans. Chips where good but the 2 pizzas. Well the dough on one of them tasted horrible as if it was out of date. The second one was a mess. Wasn't even cut well and has the same horrible dough taste. I won't be ordering from these guys again. Rather go to Mcdonalds.

Total rip-off merchants charged £10 for 1/4 cheeseburger chip and a can despite the menu not adding up to that and me questioning it. To really take the piss the young lady tried to charge me again but this time £7.40. but still wouldn't accept they have over charged me. If you value you hard earned cash go elsewhere. I for one would prefer to starve than go here again

Me and my friend had a pizza each last night and were both write off I’ve been next to the toilet throwing up etc all night. Just go Pizza Hut put a few extra quid in I lived a long night of regret last night.

For me this pizzas were the best of I've tried in my life!!! And I've been in several countries , I'm spanish but these are from another league, now I'm back in Spain and I'm missing them 🥲 thanks for giving this pizzas when I was in UK . Rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Repeatedly interrupt you on the phone, won’t answer the phone, hang up on you. Honestly, the absolute worst experience I’ve had with Uber eats - missed their initial call, called straight back two minutes later, was told there’s no chance they’re coming back because they’re closed. Entire demeanour on the phone was so utterly rude

Not ordered from here in over 2 years after the Chicken made me and my grandson ill..tonight our food was crap. We spent 30 quid. The pitta was absolutely rock solid and the chips were repeats from godnos when. They have gone downhill. Plenty of competition in daventry and these won't last much longer if they don't care about the quality of their food. I even rang up and told them so. Go to the Greek vans they knock spots of this place.

Old meat dry kebabs, they just want to take your money and get rid of you. They don't even throw a plastic fork or a napkin..

This is my favourite pizza takeaway, we travel 15miles to get pizza from here. The dough is fresh and tasty. There is a huge list of toppings you can have. Best of all the pizzas are square so you get more for your money. I found these pizzas better than the big brands. Come and try pizza hot and enjoy a great pizza.

Delivery Timer said it was gonna be delivered within the 45 minute period provided, still didn’t receive anything I then called Daventry Pizza Hot Branch, spoke to the employee on the phone that said he could see my order in front of him waiting to be delivered in the next 20 minutes by the delivery guy, when delivery was made my food wasn’t hot only loop warm

Very disappointed, I bought a house special kebab for two people and those guys put both garlic and hot chilli sauce inside to my kebab . Sauce supposed to be in dips not inside the kebab as not everyone likes hot chilli sauce. My miss didn’t touch the kebab so I had to put half of it in to the rubbish bin. I rang the shop to make a complaint and I was told “sorry we are closed now” on Thursday at 23:45 shame I gave those guys a tip like I always have. Guys I’ll advertise it on FB as well. You done it really bad. Ps I won’t buy again with the pizza hot😡😡😡

Against my better judgement, I ordered from pizzahot tonight. As like my last order (a few months ago) it was terrible food. It was actually that bad, I phoned and complained and asked for a refund. They asked me to hand the food back as they were sending the driver back, which I happily did. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I need to share this experience.

Great value for money and the food is fab... garlic mushrooms are the best! Pizza and kebabs also fab :) I’ve never been dissatisfied or disappointed :)

Always provide quick delivery and soo many pizza options available. This place is great for a cheap but tasty takeaway, would recommend the thin based pizzas and kebabs!

Food arrived hot and really tasty, extra cheese ordered on both pizzas was clearly there sometimes you pay for extra cheese and its not, chicken wings were amazing a must when having pizza Just to let u know tried to leave a review through just eat, unable to find order dont know if I just had problem or u need to speak to them Amazing food anyway so much better than daventry domino's

I ordered from here last night. I had a mixed kebab and chips my housemate had chunks of chicken with chips. Both of my meats were dry. After eating my dinner 30 minutes later it all came back up. I was ill and still feel ill in the morning. Absolutely disgusting. I will never order from this establishment ever again. I gave it 1 as my housemate hasn’t been ill. Last time ever.

Great place for pizza when you feel a bit lazy to cook something and we really enjoyed what they had on offer. Did I mention if you buy one you get one free 😋🍕🍟

Was looking forward to ordering a kebab and I then placed my order on just eat and it went through fine. I then got a call from them to say there is £7 charge for delivery and £25 minimum spend, Is this a joke? It's 3 miles away not 30. This should be advertised on just eat instead of lying saying its £12 with £1 delivery charge. Disgusted, they should be ashamed. Liars! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordering was easy, Website also easy to navigate. Menu choice was good. Food turned up hot. Husband loved the pizza and my Chicken Kabab was lovely. Delivery great as per the website. Thank you. Well that was a nice surprise. Lived here for near on 30 years thought tonight we'd try pizza. After looking on doms site a well known pizza establishment I was horrified at the cost so looked for alternatives. Pizza Hot basically around the corner was such good value in comparison so ordered enough for our clan. Delivery was showing 1hr 15mins okay as its obviously busy at the moment. Low and behold to our surprise and delight 30 mins later it arrives at our door. We gather around to see what's on offer and sit down and devour 2 large pizzas in minutes. Bbq sauce base was our favourite but both had plenty of toppings. Even my oldest said he liked the numerous toppings and this youngling survives usually on your basic cheese and tomato. Only down side but not massively were the fries. For a large there was half the amount you'd get from a chippy. Could have done with a few more minutes in the fryer as well. Never mind I didnt get many anyway. Definitely will be using Pizza Hot again. Many thanks for your great service.......

The owner was so rude - I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food to arrive when I called to ask where my food was I was given such attitude.

Ordered large chicken kebab and jacket potato. Not the most complicated order , They advised 40 minutes. We had to chase and delivered over an hour later. They delivered a mixed shush kebab. Rang to complain to which the response was they were busy. No apology. Do not bother to use this takeaway. The service is awful
