Pizza Giorgio in Swansea

Order never arrived. Called x4 times to ask where it was and they finally said that it had been delivered. It hasn’t. Made out to be a liar. They read the correct address out. No delivery driver has come into my street. Was told it was actually the owner who delivered the food!!! He hasn’t!! Asked for a refund and told to contact just eat. Shocking!!!!

I never do this! I ordered from them through Uber and booked a slot for an hour and a half later. They wait an hour to cancel my order with no explanation. I wouldn’t have minded if it was 10 minutes later but an hour takes the biscuit!

Food arrived 40mins later than stated at time of order Food was ok but no pitta bread with the kebab spoiled The meal. How can you forget the pitta bread when making a kebab?

Lovely food after last experience.

Had good food always but not today unfortunately ! One of my orders were missing and others orders were not good . simply not old Giorgio ! Called 2 time and took 70 min to get the missing one and spoilt my night and dumped everything in bin ! Going to have something at McDonald's ! Hope the manager read this and take care of his business !

Meal very good, however, delivery time was ages. But the establishment rectified that by giving us a free portion of chicken wings! Will be ordering from here again.

Best kebab shop I've ever been to

Absolutely superbly cooked, order came with a five star quality, hot and fresh amazing food.

Im usually very impressed with the Giorgio Special keebab and tonight's was no different as far as the quality went, however unfortunately for some reason it was a lot smaller than usual and for over £15 I was a little disappointed with it tonight.

Ive never had any issues with Pizza Georgio before, but this is something I need to feedback. When I placed the order for collection, I had phoned the store prior to look to ordering a triple burger from the store. They honored the phone call. On collection, the store colleague built the burger in front of me, then put the lid on, not showing me that the top was burnt. On arriving home, we'd realised that the wrap meal that was ordered was not in the bag (we thought that it was put into the bag.) On contacting the store to complain, they advised they would send out replacement food. On receiving the replacement food, we only received the burger and the wrap, no replacement wedges or anything to say sorry. Appalling service from a takeaway that has always had positive reviews from us.

Always fantastic. Hands down best Pizza in Swansea.

This is a terrible takeaway! Said it would be here at 19:30 after ordering at 18:30, didn't update and took me calling them to know and was still another 45 minutes late! Terrible will not EVER be using this again as when i phoned to complain all they said was we are really busy! Horrific service!!!!!!

Missing a large chips from the order

Delivery was 30 mins late and when I checked the website it claimed the order had been delivered. it took nearly 2 hours to deliver and when I opened the boxes the pizzas were squashed up and the free sauce that we didn't order or like had spilt all over part of the pizza this is the third time I've ordered from Giorgio's and with every order we've had an issue

Absolutely appalling. Discusting food. Kebab was burnt, my plain beef burger had cheese on which I could not eat, I asked for no colslaw on one of the kebabs and came smothered in it, and also the fudge cake I ordered was stale and tasted a week old. Never ordering again, save your money!! We spend almost £20 on a few chips and a chicken burger!

Very nice and will be ordering again, fast delivery, I had the Hot Mexican Burger with Chilli sauce, they advertise it as being Extremely hot, I would say the sauce was slightly warm
